Needs updating and the food in the bar was disgusting

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are all on the ball, I mentioned in passing we were staying for my OHs birthday and an hour later they had sent up a cake and written a birthday card for him! Beds are insanely comfy and the rooms have everything you'd ever need from earplugs, coffee machine and brolly to deep sleep pillow fragrance and speaker in the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Definitely a hotel that must be visited in London. Near Hyde Park, or Harrods, two blocks from the hotel, you'll find hotel staff who are willing to help. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you will feel "home away from home".

The staff were friendly and helpful and the event was very well run. The food at the event was very nice. The building itself was spotless. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit.

Great facilities with some excellent staff. Ballroom is really nice and the view from the front room overlooking the park is amazing.

I attended a lecture there. From what I saw there was nothing spectacular about the place. Just an average hotel. I can't comment on the rooms, services, food...etc as I was only there for a couple hours.

Beautiful ballroom / function rooms in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Great location in Knightsbridge, just a few minutes away from Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Service is extremely friendly, but not superficial. We had dinner at the Rib Room and that was comparable with the best upscale steak restaurants in Argentina.

Visited for an event in the conference centre, very nice facilities, staff were excellent and could not be more helpful.

Prestigious and refined hotel located in a residential neighborhood. Bright and spacious rooms.

Wonderful service and lovely staff highly recommend.

The hotel lobby is special and I would recommend it if you finish your programs at night, you can sit down, have dinner and have a late night rest.
I expect it closes 1 day

We went their to have the famous cheesecake, it was DELICIOUS, definitely will eat it again

What makes a great hotel? it s the staff. Tonight, at an event dinner after I inadvertently knocked over a glass of red wine all over my white shirt. (My fault entirely). The staff came to the rescue. Much to the amazement of my fellow guests I was, within a short period of time, back at the dinner table looking fresh as a daisy. Well done and a great many thanks to the staff at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

It's a good hotel but the staff seem very stressed most of the time.

The hotel boasts simple 5 star elegance and fits perfectly well in its location and the most impressive gem in this property is the space, facilities and usability of it gym and pool.

Our family stayed at the hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel is beautiful; the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly; and the fitness center is spectacular. We will definitely return to the Jumeriah Carlton Tower every time we visit London. A perfect experience!

Attended an event at this well designed, modern hotel. Staff were friendly if a bit slow but food and surroundings were excellent.

Unlike a recent disappointing visit to the rib room, this was a private fully catered banquet and this was the Carlton Tower at its best. The quality of the food and presentation, the service were all first class. Well done.

Attended several events there in the past. Good location and nice conference facilities, but no healthy food choices during breaks. It's muffins and cookies, haven't seen a tiny bit of fruit...

Service: amazing. Location: great. Luxurious facilities: incredible. Loved everything about being there for an event for 250+ people. Some junior staff, but they need to start somewhere. Thanks for the experience.

I had one of the best lunches I have ever had at the Rib Room on Saturday. Staff are amazing and can not do enough for you and the food is world class.

I only went into one of the rooms so don't have an accurate idea of the whole place but the customer service to help me find it was good and the room I was in was also good

After my experience with sleazy guests I m not going to look at five stars hotels management in the same way. It s shocking how some people ignore human good values over money

Very posh hotel. Could only really justify staying here on a business trip paid by the company. Definitely caters to the middle east crowd. Always some fancy supercar parked out front. The waiter at the restaurant bragged to us they have the best and most expensive breakfast in London but people always come back. Well he was right about the expensive part. They have a golf simulator and an amazing pool - wish I had the time to try them out. The rooms are updated and they have good wifi as well as US powerplugs. Staff did a great job of cleaning up daily. Room does have a small safe, but it's hidden in one of the cabinets. It's right next to a row of high end boutiques so be prepared to spend some $$$.

Best location for a hotel in London everything is in a walking distance, plus you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon in hotels lobby.

Very good service also staff would offer to take my bags/luggage up to my room for me when I had been out.
Also lots of toiletries and some other snacks in a steel basket

Attended function yesterday excellent place and service

I was very disappointed when I visited the hotel.
We eat and the food wasn't very good compare to the prices and the service we got was terrible. I would of expected a lot more the lounge is very run down.
