Calling their customer service, customer service is an oxymoron. Brought my car in for a recall. Dropped it off night before my scheduled appointment only to get a call next morning that there s no part available. Told them they checked The part was in when I made an appointment. Put me on hold never to pick up. I called back they were rude, unapologetic I had no way to get my car back it cost me $20 for an uber. When I went there I see someone driving my car. They said he must have been pulling it up front for you. I don t get it cause they didn t even touch my car being there was no part and they didn t know I was there. Won t be getting another car from Huntington Honda.

Horrible. If I were you I would not go. This was our second time going and we did have a great experience at all. We went to discuss to lease a 2018 CR-V, now we had discussed a deal that we had agreed on, but we only took it because we were getting more for less. We had other options too. When we went to go pick up the car, we saw it then we went inside to do all the paperwork. When we came outside to see the car, the car had been moved and when we inspected the car we had noticed that the car paint had been CHIPPED and, scratched. We had demanded for another vehicle ASAP. They told us it can be done it 30 mins, then they came back to us saying that it would take 2 hours. Other than that we came to the finance manager and they marked our price of the lease by $60. Never called us, and didn't find out till that morning. When we got the second car, there had been more scratches and at this point we were very disappointed, never coming back again. Absolutely horrendous experience. Visited with a friend a few weeks back to help him buy a certified pre-owned 2015 Civic. I believe the salesman's name was Andre Guerrier.
Firstly, the two cars we'd booked for test drives weren't there - one was apparently sold, the other gone for 'detailing.' This could have been mentioned when the appointment was confirmed, saving us the hassle of the visit.
We proceeded to identify a few other cars we may potentially be interested in. Throughout this process, the salesman took extremely long to verify what cars were present, and what they would cost. He also took a 15-20 min call in the middle, as well as another customer for half an hour, even though his priority should have been us.
Eventually he identified 6 possible cars which met our criteria. We were told they were present at the Huntington Honda West branch, so we drove there. He spent nearly an hour trying to find the cars - apparently none of them were there. We went back to the main branch, found a deal we liked in their inventory, and were assured the car was not present because it was gone for 'detailing due to a spilled drink' but would arrive in a couple of days. We put a deposit down, and finally confirmed the deal after spending >5 hours at the dealership.
When we checked the CarFax report a couple of days later (prior to making the full payment for the car), we saw that the mileage had jumped up from 10k to 20k in the space of a few days. After repeated calls and emails, we were initially told this may be an error, before being told that the car had been sold to someone else. At this point, we'd had enough, and went to collect the deposit (which also took >30 min for a 5 min process).
All in all:
- How do you double sell a car?
- How does a salesman not know which cars are present in the lot and which aren't?
- How inefficient do you have to be to take 5 hours to make a simple deal?
- Surely salesmanship 101 is to prioritize the customer in front of you before taking another and ignoring the first?
Would not recommend this dealership at all. In the end, we ended up finding a much better deal for a lower price from a private seller.

The process was a little slow getting started. I had received an offer letter to purchase my used car for a new car. They didn't have the new car available so we had to negotiate a price on a higher level car. In the end, I feel like I got a good deal out of it and once the price was negotiated, the process went very quickly and I even got to go home and clean out my car while they worked on the paperwork.

I wouldn t recommend getting a Honda at this dealership. I spent probably close to ten hours here. My salesman was nice enough and I was happy to give him the sale... I know it s the nature of the game, but I showed them the national promotion on my phone and got a run around about how there are hidden fees on those ads. It wasn t until I was about to walk away that they were all the sudden able to come down. Which again is a huge waste of everyone s time- but I guess to be expected. The day I picked up the car, I waited hours and didn t leave the dealership until after 9 pm because the financer wasn t ready for me. I was pleased to finally get my car, only to discover the remote start didn t work, nor did the pop trunk feature. I was very upset I had to be coming back in, and was even hung up on a couple times while being transferred. I was told I needed to talk to Barry. I left messages for Barry but I never got a call. This morning I went to fix my remote start and service department was very nice but I wasn t happy to be back. They had to reprogram my remote- so not a big deal but one that could have been avoided if there was a thorough check of my brand new car. One last note- I found out that the pop trunk feature on my key fob didn t work bc my cr-v EX 2020 doesn t come with that. In fact, there isn t even a feature on the inside of the car- you have to go to the trunk and unlock it. Maybe I m naive for assuming my car would come with this- but my last car was a 2007 Honda Accord and it had both. I feel like for the price I m paying I would have liked to have known that the particular feature is essentially just for show on my fob. I know it might sound silly but I probably wouldn t have gotten the car if I knew that- I m always bringing in packages and holding 1,000 things for my 4 year old and not having that is a huge inconvenience to me. I don t know if it was my salesman job to tell me it doesn t come with that or if I should have known, but it s a huge bummer. When my lease is up, this will be my last Honda and I wouldn t go back to Huntington Honda if I change my mind.

As soon as we walked in the manager Barry walked over and remembered us and our names gave us a salesman and took good care of us Barry checked up on us a few times to make sure we were treated right we are very proud to be Honda owners and will continue to be part of the Honda family even the sales person Steven Macaluso who was their with us through the whole process but a big thanks to the manager Barry who on the last day when we came to pick up our pilot came over to see us and congratulate us on the new car thank you to you Barry and your staff for treating us like family.

if you go and deal with AK make sure you WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN! Guy straight up lied to my face. Told me over and over and over again that he PROMISES he will take care of the over mileage fee. Once i got the bill he says "Mr Torre we never even discussed the over mileage bill" So although the manager was able to help me months later, i will never deal with AK again. Somebody who at first thought i could trust just to find out he is a liar. Never returned my calls, just wanted to make the sale get his money and move on. Only leaving 2 stars because i love my car.

I get it that companies can be busy. That would explain one or two times but for five consecutive days?! That's a problem.
They lost my business and if that's the way that they treat their service customers then why would I go there to purchase a car. There are just too many choices out there.

It s my 1st Honda and I wish that I would of joined the Honda family along time ago. My salesman, Jim was exceptional. Very informative and friendly. I never felt pressured by him or the management team. They were very understanding that I wanted to get all the information to make a sound/important decision. Steve was one of the managers who assisted in the final dealand was great. He sling with the business managers Julio and Lorenzo made me feel like I was the only customer In the place. I felt very apprecuatwd and important. Then when I didn t think it could get any better one of the young tech. gurus, Zack, followed up with me (the very next day) knowing I had leased a hybrid car to make sure I understood all the features and asked if I needed any further assistance.

I was searching for a used 2018 Accord and everywhere I went they were asking for a crazy amount - not including taxes! I went to Huntington Honda and was approached Jay. He wasn t pushy nor wanted to talk about a monthly payment he spoke to me like a friend. We sat talking about numbers for maybe 40 minutes until we reached a very reasonable deal. I left satisfied with the customer service as well as a brand new 2018 Accord! I ll be sure to tell my friends that if they re looking for a used Honda car to go to Huntington Honda first.

Wanted $80 for a cabin filter change which you can easily do yourself for $20. Wanted another $300 for a fuel injector and throttle body cleaning on a relatively new car. I would avoid going here unless you need warranty service.
