I walked in and spoke to a manager who blew me off and sent me to service. I got a brand new pilot. The first day the ac didnt work I had to bring it in which you guys failed to report as a post delivery fix which I checked with american honda.
Now my screen doesnt work, brought it in for this 2x already. I had to get Katie from American Honda involved so I can get some kind of service and call backs. To this day my screen still doesnt work.
Big mistake going with Huntington.

I purchased a CPO vehicle here about 2 years ago. At the time I check the CarFax before the purchase and was completely clean so went ahead with the purchase. Had the car back to the dealership multiple times for front body alignment issues and noises in the front suspension....each time told "that's normal for these cars". Come to find out (after running another CarFax) the car had significant front left and front right side damage 1.5 months PRIOR to my purchase, but wasnt reported until 9 months AFTER I bought it. DO NOT TRUST them!!

We were very discouraged when we walked into Honda Huntington for the second time but Andrew Potkin, who was recommended to us, took very good care of us. He worked and figured the numbers until we were satisfied. Andrew found us a white 2019 CRV that we wanted within our price range. He called us in to pick up the car and got us in and out within an hour. We drove home a very happy satisfied customer.

I am at a loss for words at what I witnessed on Friday September 1st! My mother in law saw a beautiful red CRV in the showroom and had 11 thousand dollars ready as a down payment! She also owns a paid off vehicle that would have been great re-sale value in a trade.
We opened the car, sat in it, and were there for over 45 minutes!!!! Sales people just acted like they didn't notice us and we left. I went with my mother in law to help her make sure she didn't get screwed over. I at least expected to be approached and get numbers rolling!
I have friends in the car business that double and triple customers! These clowns here clearly can't handle more than one at a time, and they missed out on an easy lay down deal! 800 credit score, 11k down, and a paid off vehicle in a trade?!

Very displeased with service. Actually Huntington Honda presently lacks anything remotely related to service. Contracted for a HRV EX four weeks ago to the day and have heard nothing. Incidentally, we were told it would be available in three days. I should not have to chase after a car I am going to spend my hard earned money on. I had purchased two cars from this dealership in the past and unfortunately the current experience is far from the same. The sales person is referred to as AK. If they were honest and up front with me regarding the delivery I probably would not be writing this now. I was misinformed (being polite) regarding the delivery so they can make the sale then forget all about you. They think you will just roll over and take their crap. Not I. As with anything else I recommend to my friends and family businesses to patronize and those to avoid. I have nothing good to say here.
Worst experience at a dealership to date made an appointment to see a car and they couldn t find it. Incompetency at it best. The manager didn t care in the least. Sales girl Natasha was an angel not her fault.

Couldn t go to my regular Honda dealership for an oil change so I went to Huntington since it was close to my place of work. Dropped my car off at the earliest time slot and got a ride back to work. Even though there was miscommunication when I called for an update, my service advisor got my car done in ~45 mins and I m happy she helped me! Her efficiency outweighs the miscommunication and I will be back. I got my car back in good timing!

Andre did a great job from a sales standpoint. Andre was very informative, polite and knowledgeable. Barry, the general manager was very personable and understanding. Lorenzo was an excellent finance manager explaining all my options. Last but not least, Michael knew the electronics and safety modules on the tip of his tongue. Overall, a very positive experience!
Worst service ever experienced! Had to take the day off for the appointment. When I arrive and again explain the reason for my visit the Service Adviser tells me that it will cost $200 just to look at the car and they are not sure they could resolve it in one day. They wouldn't provide a loaner and said I'd have to come back and sit there again while they tried to identify the issue with my Sirius radio. I left furious. No calls to the Service Manager were ever returned. After being treated this way, I will NEVER bring my car to Huntington Honda for service again. Babylon Honda Service is wonderful!

I walked in after talking to a woman via email who when
i showed up she wasn't there. I was introduced to Jeff. I cant say enough good things about how he conducted business. I told him I was looking a leasing a new civic, he asked if id ever driven it right off the bat, after I said no he was exited to show me the car. Iv never been walked around the car like he had done, and Iv been a number of car dealerships before. he started by showing me under the hood and telling me all about the engine and the specs. after he broke down all the safety features. Then we walked around the back and he showed me the trunk and gave me the key. The car it self is a Honda civic lx there was nothing amazing about it but it did come with a lot.
Back to Jeff 11 hours in to a 12 hour day I asked him for a borderline crazy deal and where other car sales men would laugh or just flat out say thank you for stopping in (telling me to leave). Jeff couldn't of tried more we were there till almost closing and he didn't stop working with us.
Jeff is the type of sales person that can relay take BS out of buying/Leasing a new car.
I could not afford the best price he gave me and I had to leave, I can absolutely say If i need to buy a car it WILL be from Jeff at hunting Honda.
They always go above and beyond to make sure the service experience is as exceptional as possible. I wouldn t take my Pilot anywhere else.

I approached a leasing and sales consultant named Marlon Humphries and told him I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. He greeted me with a warm smile and offered me a seat at his desk. He was very polite and helpful and I purchased a vehicle from him. His service during the purchase was five star. He stayed late to complete the transaction, gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
I was getting my windshield calibrated. The insurance company required the Honda to fax/email the invoice in order to pay Honda for the work. However, the insurance company's customer service was horrendous. Kern, my Honda Service Advisor, sat there and dialed my insurance company over and over and over again until he got to a live person to process the reimbursement. He could have just told me to take care of it myself. Plus, Honda gave me a loaner for the day which was super convenient.

Great people fast service while you wait. John service advisor is the best. I bought a 2018 pilot touring Edition drove and from New York City to Badlands, Sturgis, Needles Parkway, Alaska and to Tuktoyaktuk, the Arctic Ocean, Labrador, Newfoundland, Gander, Prince Edward Island then back to New York City. Not one problem. Drove 11,000 miles in 31 days on the Arctic Ocean trip sometimes driving for three days straight only an hour asleep in between as the sun never sets up there. The car kept on going with it packed to the gills no problems. Fun, fun, fun, all the way and good on gas.
Service advisor Jessica is the best. Helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently picked up a used 2011 Honda CRV. Steve showed me several CRV's to choose from and took me for a test drive. The vehicles drive like a dream. The service was excellent and Steve is very knowledgeable about the features of the CRV and answered all questions I asked. This is the second Honda I have had and have always known they are very reliable vehicles. Overall I am very pleased withthe sales and service this dealership offers.

I have delt with Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Mercedes, infinity and a couple of other vehicles. I am very satisfied with my Handa. They took their time with me, did not rush me and try to scam my like a dealership did to me on 112 in Medford (You figure out which one I am talking about). Car was taken quickly. Everyone was wearing a mask and new Purell dispensers are every where. They even cover the steering wheel now when working on the car. I went in for an inspection and everything went well.
I am really happy that I choose this service department over the City Honda. They scheduled my appointment at 8:45am not even a minut later the car was already on the lift. I dont know if I can call her a receptionist ( I think her name was Alex) was awesome, helpful, kindness, professional and she was smiling the whole time. This is the service that I want to leave my car too, and those are the people that I want to deal with. Service took no more then 30 minuts from the moment that I left the car. My sales associate was a very nice young man. However, I gave three stars because his inexperience along with my assumptions and failure to research properly caused me to be a very unhappy consumer. I was told I could hook up Sirius XM, and the car is not equipped to handle it. Also, there was a miscommunication about how to use the entertainment system.
After having a major issue with our first rep, Marvin stepped right in, helped resolve the issues and made the buying experience a pleasurable one. Thanks to Marvin, we were able to get a great car for our daughter.

I would never recommend going to HH. I've purchased 2 cars from this location in the past 7 years. Now, I go with a $30,000 certified check to purchased a CRV and because I didn't test drive there car, they wouldn't sell me the car. After I repeatedly told the salesman that I already test drove a CRV & I'm ready to buy the car, he wouldn't sell me the car. Wasting the customers time all because I'm looking for a deal. General Manager Ray Brown should FIRE that salesman. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE even for someone who has purchased from you 2x's before.

This experience is for the 3rd and last vehicle that I went to get from Huntington Honda. I Went to Huntington Honda to inquire about returning my leased vehicle and getting a new one. Christian who was the sales rep and I came to an agreement that they would cover half the remainder payments and I would pay other half. I paid them my half when returning the old lease and picking up the new. Few days later I see a payment made for only half of the balance so I inquired about remainder half. All of a sudden they can t figure out what happened and etc.
After almost a month I kept calling and finally Jeff contacted me after contacting BBB and had me come in to sign liability waiver and shows me a check with the remainder half balance that is going to be mailed out after I sign the waiver. I go ahead and sign and it s been a week and my HFS account still shows outstanding.
I m contacting this guy Jeff who tells me to call HFS to confirm if they got the check. Never have I done business with a company with this low integrity and customer service. I will pay more money out of pocket next time when my current lease ends to do business with another dealer.

I am just finally getting around to leaving this review now. I bought a 2009 CRV over Memorial Day weekend. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no bait-and-switch, and all promotions were explained in detail. Don't get sucked into misleading advertisements! This is the place to go! Angel was great, and so was my finance guy (been so long I forgot his name)!

I love Honda's, and like the convenience of this place being close to where I live. The fumes get to me here, as I am very sensitive. The staff are great. I've yet to buy a car here, maybe one day, a new car. They were very helpful and accommodating. There is coffee and restrooms, and the service dept is separate from the showroom. I like the staff here. I will return, maybe to have an inspection or have something fixed.

Attributing 25% of the issues to the fact we are in the midst of a pandemic, the balance of the experience would be on the dealership and it was awful! Good luck getting a call back! Communication was basically non-existent and it just seemed like they couldn t care less if they sold a car or not! My 5th Honda from this dealer and it didn t make a difference! Hopefully things will change should things get up to full speed again!
