The service took longer than the 1:30 minutes they said it would take. It took about 1:45 minutes to finished with the oil change, the software update and the AC unit recall. Then the car was sitting in the lot for another 20 minutes. They they not finish the paper work and gave the keys until I complained. I'm not happy with Huntington Honda service this time.

Worst service. They want the customers to choose car in 10 minutes and take your deposit and then make you wait 3 hours + for paperwork. All Gimics. I wish i could complain to honda directly.
Hi, everything was really very fine except honestly it took too long. I was there waiting from 1:15-3:53pm, for more than 2&1/2 hours just for an oil change and state inspection without any issues on the car. And that was with an appointment made previously for that specific time.
Our salesman Nicholas Turitto was very professional. We were in and out of Huntington Honda within 1 hour and we leased a 2019 Honda Accord. My husband and I had a wonderful experience dealing with him and would definitely recommend Huntington Honda. Also, when we went back the next day to pick up the car we had the pleasure of dealing with Marson who showed us the vehicle. He was very thorough and also very professional.

I had an appointment for 10:30 express. Didn t get out till 1:30 just for a change of oil. Was really frustrated. They however, did the right thing by not charging me $34 for oil change
Even though they took 3 hrs of my time I will give them another chance.
It was very nice that you picked up and delivered my car. It was a big surprise however that my oil change wound up costing over $ 300. I know that other items were taken care of but it was still a big surprise. We only have the car for a little over a year and was told it was important to flush my cooling system. I thought all important stuff was taken care of before we took ownership.
This was a great place to be in and not a time waster. They quickly said the car would come tomorrow. The management was great. One person recognized we are Chinese so he gave us a Chinese captain quickly, Jason Li. Very nice guy.Everything described quickly in high rate and quality. It really does qualify for a Emmy award. I am so impressed with the care and attention I received at Huntington Honda. Honestly, I never imagined a car buying experience could be so pleasant. Steven Macaluso was above and beyond in getting me in the car I wanted for a price I was happy with. Communication throughout the process was great and he was even willing to come in on his day off to get me this specific car I located at Huntington Honda after searching dealerships on Long Island. He spent time with me in the car going over features and making sure I felt comfortable and safe before driving off. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He is very professional and respectful. Not only was Steven great, but his team was as well. I would highly recommend this place.
It was a nice experience visiting this dealer location. I was attended by Mr. Vir Singh. He very graciously showed us the cars and provided details. The price haggling was quiet smooth with this gentleman. They have a good collection of cars in Honda. They have a service center too. Quite a big place with lots of representatives ready to attend you. They are very courteous and offers coffee and pop corn to make you comfortable. I visited on Saturday and was enquiring about new cars on lease, but when asked about pre owned vehicles they asked to come on week days. That was sort of inconvenience as we office workers barely get any time out of office.

I'm sorry you asked. This was my second lease with this dealership. We had no problem with salesman however his "helper" was no help to us. The car wasn't ready when promised. I'm glade we had three extra hours to waste. We were given mats for the car, however the helper just put them in the back of the car and didn't set them up... real professional. The agent we saw prior to picking up the car had reams of documents for me to sign. Why aren't these documents prepared in advance of pick up? I don't get it. Maybe you will have better luck. One last thing...I'm not sure about you but when I buy a 45K auto I'd like a key chain with the dealers phone number on it. I didn't get one the first time nor this time. They make you feel like you are getting so much for free. Nothing is free. Add a key chain in. Good Luck to you...
Hello, I didn t want to post this review but I feel I need to after dealing with Carlos M in sales.. if you do NOT want to buy a car go see this guy. I mean his middle name should be emotionless... cares more about eating his lunch then selling a car .. idk if I made him nervous or he lacked confidence but guy was mumbling and coming back to his back n forth 25 times... I finally left and purchased my vehicle elsewhere. Safe to say I ll never go to huntinghonda again !

He was professional from the beginning and followed up with a few times after my purchase to make sure everything was going well. I would def recommend John to friends and family.

I came in for my NYS inspection which was easy enough. I also needed a quote for a replacement key and although I didn't go ahead with it, Michael Canale, the service advisor was kind enough to glue it together for me. Always a great experience here as opposed to other dealerships!
Came in for an oil change at around 730am and was out before 9am. Service was super quick and easy even with several cars ahead of me. Customer Service Representative, Jessica S was excellent. Not only quick but friendly even for that early on a Saturday morning. She was. Very effecient and even got a cashier to help immediately after my car was finished. Wouldn t go anywhere else
With an appointment there was an hour and a half wait for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service! Went to the Jiffy Lube 1 mile down the road and was done in 10 minutes
Excellent Service. The Service Manager took my car in immediately upon arriving even though I didn t have an appointment. My car simply needed a quick fix so he accommodated me .All were friendly and helpful.

This was the first time we used this service location. We had an appointment made in advance for an oil change (it was supposed to take fifteen minutes) and they let us wait for two hours for the service to be done! At the end, we were sent to pay at the cashier and we waited for the person in front of us to finish his payment. It left me in stupor when the cashier took the person behind me and did not follow the order of the line, with any excuses or permission. I m giving a star hoping that the workers did their job!

I new Huntington Honda was very busy so I made a appointment to buy new tires which I really liked because I have gotten 5 yrs on them! They are the best tires I have ever had, because they wore slowly & evenly also no flats on h))them too! Well when you go to check in I always feel rushed, I didn t have a chose of tires. That makes me mad now that I drove home on them! After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked my advisor how much longer ( originally I was told it wouldn t be more then a 1 1/2 hours) for the job. I was offered a loner car, that helped a lot so I could babysit & get my grandson off thbus from school. I do like this dealership & I will continue using them!

I came in as a walk-in on a clearly very busy day. Nonetheless the customer service rep Jessica fit me in and told me it would be ready at the end of the day. She was so courteous and kind and honest. She help arrange for a Shuttle to take me home in the meantime. I got my car back in 4 hours good as new and ready to go. I bought a preowned honda accord 2016. After few days I went to the auto body for polishing and they said the paint of the car is fake. Front bumper and front side s color doesn t match. Seriously Huntington honda!!! You did shady business?? I did trust you about a good product and you ended up giving me a fake paint s car? Never again to this dealership. They are liars. All the sale people are liars. Specially the indian guy who sold the car.

The worst! We called four numbers related to this site and left 8 messages with NO response from new sales. We went toBabylon Honda who returned our calls promptly and they asked HuntingtonHonda to swap a civic coupe for the grey we wanted (Huntington had 2!) and Huntington said NO! So three days later Babylon Honda got the car from Jersey! Screw You Huntington!

His personality was welcoming and he was the determining factor on me coming back to Huntington Honda. The guys that helped with all the other keys factors in my decision were great as well. My uncle financed a used car from Huntington Honda. They did their best to help get him in a 2010 Nissan. The salesman went as far as to make my uncle think he took $200 bucks out of his own pocket to cover his registration and plates. Only to be told by the manager Anthony, he didn't need to pay the salesman, the registration, plates, taxes, and fees are all on his loan. Then three weeks into having the car he started noticing the transmission slipping and the wheel barring sensor winding down. He brought the car in and spoke to Anthony. He assured my uncle that it wasn't an issue and encouraged him to keep driving the car and see if it was a regular occurrence. He told my uncle not to worry if anything was wrong "they" would take care of it and shook my uncle's hand. After a while my uncle noticed that it was happening again. He brought the car back to find a new person, Lorenzo. When he asked him where Anthony was he was told that "Anthony is gone". Lorenzo says there is no formal record of him coming in and now he was pasted is lemon law warranty. His attempt to help my uncle was offering $5000 to him as a trade in (on the car he just bought for $8500) then said they would have to add the balance of $3500 to his new finance. So basically he bought a car for $8500 and they will take the car back and give him $2500 towards a new vehicle???? After going online we found there is a class action lawsuit for this model Nissan bc of transmissions seizing. Also, when I reviewed his paper work there was a $1000 charge for a tire warranty he didn't even know he was getting. He belongs to Costco and always buys his tires there. He would NEVER purchase a $1000 tire warranty for $360 tires!!!! This place is a trap for seniors and people with disabilities. They saw my uncle was old and disabled and they took advantage of him and his limited income. He is now in a position where he is stuck with this vehicle. We have contacted the state's attorney general's office as well as Honda's corporate offices and the BBB. This kind of practice is outrageous. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. I will not stop making complaints until something is done about this. Next, I will be contacting the AAPD!

Like any dealership be prepared to negotiate, but more so than most they're flexible and will work with you. Went home with a new car. This is the 3rd time in 3 years that I have brought my 2006 Pilot in for the air conditioning not working Despite spending somewhere over $500 to fix the problem, I am being told that I need to spend over $200 to.recharge and put dye I system. This is not a fix so the cost will be more if I choose to go forward

I leased an Odyssey a couple of months ago and have been, for the most part, pleased with the vehicle. The process of selection was fairly straight forward since I already knew what I needed and researched the options. My only real gripe in the process was that we had to wait for over an hour and a half the day I went to pick it up just to fill out the final paperwork. It appeared the sales team was far more concerned with new customers coming in rather then getting those whom already purchased out the door with the vehicle. I don't remember how many times I heard "I'll be right with you over the course of an hour and a half.
It was horrible experience for me. These employees are very rude and force you to buy their cars. These emplyees will take your car keys and your money and no matter how many times you asked for your belongs, they refuse to give until you buy their car. I wanted to trade my car in and was offered $4,000 for a six years old car that I bought on October of 2015 and I paid $11,000 for that car. I asked the guy to make it $7,000, but refused to do it than I said no deal to him. As soon as I said no deal, he bought his manager and the manager was so rude that he was telling me the same thing on what the emplyee was telling me to do. The manager showed me a very bad attitude and was very arrogant. Never trust anybody who works here.
I couldnt be happier with the service we received from the moment we walked in. The energy and atmosphere the welcoming feeling was amazing. The time they take to make sure everything works out in your best interest was very important to us and they did just that and more. Great place to go and good people that actually care about making sure you leave happy.
