Before you buy the vehicle the stuff is super nice, try their best to reach out to you and help you, but the second you sign the contract, there is no one to talk to.
The dealer is not answering his phone, shame.

They are friendly and courteous as well as professional. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing to discount them as a quality dealer. They would be my first stop for a new car. The stars reflect knowledge of the staff, ie, they could not get my phone working with my new car and gave wrong technical advise.

I picked up my new HRV yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rey Shah was the perfect blend of professional and friendly. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions with no attempt to talk me into anything. Rey got me the best insurance deal ever - the lowest rate I've ever had. There were a few nice touches at the end that left me smiling as I drove away. I would give Huntington Honda 10 out of 10 in all categories.

i get service every time hear .. the 2 nd last time when i get the service hear the recommended to changed transmission oil and i changed the transmission oil after couple of days my car show me low engine oil pressure again i tell him last time to but they come again in my car this time i get same issue with my cay is show me low oil pressure

June 17, I made appointments for no problem by phone. didn't wait too long. They took my car fast in.
The place is very clean. The guy who helped me was friendly. He didn't force me to do a service that I don't want. He respected. paper said service advisor is kern. I don't know if thats him.
they covered the hand wheels and seats with plastic before they took my car for service.
especially this days covid-19.

I received a recall notice for the passenger front airbag. Made the appointment ahead of time. Checked other things as well like my tire pressure, indicated light had been on and went off as the outside air temperature went up slightly. Properly inflated tires and all was well. Didnt try to sell me anything which was nice.

February 2019, I went to Huntington honda again. Oil light went on during the week . I figured better to bring to dealer. Had an oil change 3400 miles prior and figured i was due but didnt like the oil warning light going on. They did an oil change and going back after 1000 miles to check oil consumption. Told me of a beginning oil leak at the oil sensor switch. Something that could wait on. But otherwise nothing else. I noticed they checked my battery which was nice. The young woman thats the service rep is very nice. Like to deal with her.

Do not come here. Don't buy a car from here. Don't go to their service dept because you will probably get your car back with more problems. They are dishonest and will try to rip you off. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. I even asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me speak to anyone. It is honestly disgusting and shady of them. I'm warning everyone to stay away because they simply don't care about you.

I came in for a airbag recall..I also asked for an oil change which said included a visual inspection of tires , brakes, windshield wipers.I knew in advance that my tires were bald and my windshield wipers were torn up and my brakes were beyond due to be repaired
When I got my car back they said my car was just fine!I questioned the gentleman and he said that they said it was fine and I should believe it. But my instincts told me that I should question it. As it turned out , my windshield wipers were bad and so were my tires!! They were kind to give me the windshield wipers free of charge... but how can I believe that my breaks are even alright! If I didn t question it..I asked them to check because I knew they needed repairs, I wanted an estimate... Honda s loss

I have had my oil changed, my tires replaced, and other basic maintenance and upkeep services. The people at Huntington Honda are very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. The waiting area is clean and pleasant.

We had been to multiple dealerships, dealt with multiple salespeople. We were deciding between leasing and buying, old or new... lots to think about when deciding.

Once we arrived at Huntington, although initially it was a whirlwind with greeters and fluffers, we were introduced to our salesperson and settled in. By now, we knew what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. He assisted us and went through the numbers multiple times to insure we understood the potential outcomes. Although the specific deal initially made ultimately was impossible to meet (we had been told the bank fee for the financing would likely been waived), we did decide to accept the terms.

By the end of the day, we left with our new pilot.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience .

I have leased three vehicles from Huntington Honda. I made my last payment in October on my current leased vehicle, a 2015 CRV, and was expecting a phone call from them so I could return it and lease another vehicle. Unfortunately no one from the dealership contacted me. I am a good customer and feel that they no longer value my business. My vehicle was leased through Hann Financial, and I had to make arrangements myself for them to pick up the vehicle for return which was very inconvenient. When I called the receptionist to find out why no one contacted me, she offered no explanation and told me to come in. It seems like they are more concerned with walk in traffic and forget about you after the initial sale. Very short sited. With so much competition out there you would think they would have their act together. A very easy sale was lost. After I called and no one called me back, I went and leased a 2019 Subaru Forester. Great truck, very happy.

Very impressed with this dealership. Great selection of the model I was looking for, very well run. The manager walks around and checks up on people who are waiting for the different purchase processes. Shout out to our salesman, Eric, who was really friendly and patient, finding me exactly what I wanted, and a really nice man to work with. Very happy with my new CRV, I hope it lasts as well as my last one.

I took the bus to Huntington Honda and the bus driver dropped me off to the new Honda and I was upset. I was waiting for the bus to go back home. The gentleman named Tammer drove me and I met Alam. He was nice from the beginning. I advised him about my credit.

I met Ryan the finance person and he told me about my credit and gave me infomation to get it straight. They put me into my car. 2010 Honda Accord LX and I am so happy and now I can work on my plans for my life.

I will be putting both Alam and Ryan in my prayers. I hope they feel good about helping me because I feel like it is a new beginning for me. Thank you Huntington Honda.

Went to Huntington Honda for an airbag recall replacement. The staff was incredibly friendly, the check in was smooth. I took their shuttle service to my office and the driver was incredibly nice.
The repair took less time than expected, so i was very happy to get my car back before the lunch rush.

Made appointment for recall on 2019 ridgliRid recall 815 am for a waiting appointment .so I would wait in lobby for quick service. Came in at 748am . Told it will be longer can be ready at noon.so I left instrad of waiting. I called at 1030 to see progress . service manager not in would call me back . No call so I called at 1140 still no news on truck.will call me back . Nothing so I called at 1 pm still no answer on truck wait for call back . Told them I needed my truck for work if it's not being worked on I need it back. Got a call at 140 it's ready. Got to serve center at 2 . Was told they couldn't work on truck because of dog hammock on rear seat are You kidding me !!! 6 hours and 4 phone calls and you couldn't work on truck .cuz you can't unclip dog hammock .and during the multiple phone calls u couldn't say anything. Remind you I had a appointment for quick service 815 was told multiple times done in couple hours.

Not only did he get me into a great car, but he got me a great price that I could actually afford. I would even recommend friends and family to him.

Found a certified Accord online at this dealer. Was contacted by Christina on Friday, April 1st, about scheduling an appointment. Told her I'd be there Saturday afternoon. She said OK and was looking forward to meeting me.

On Saturday, April 2nd, I call them an HOUR before heading out to make sure the car was still available. I asked for Christina but was told she was off. Nice, the person I was meeting was off. Anywho, Chris told me to ask for Jessica when I come in.

Drive an hour to the dealer, ask for Jessica and she shows up with a Lorenzo, a salesman. He has a paper in his hand with the info on the supposedly available Accord.

He grabs me and my partner chairs and we sit at his desk. The first thing out of his mouth was something about having a LOT of cars I'd be interested in. Right away I KNEW there was a bait and switch attempt. He then tells me the car was sold 1.5hrs ago. I say, I called an hour ago confirming the car was here. He said yeah I sold it.

Immediately we got up and walked out. Wasted a damn hour driving there for nothing. Typical BS from another Honda dealership.

I didn't feel I was getting any "pushy sales" when I met Pete Licata, one of the sales consultant, at Huntington Honda (Used). I had shopped online for the car I wanted, selected three, and when I went to the dealership, Mr. Licata was able to find two of them. (One of the cars had already been sold.) I was happy to find that the price online was the same price they were willing to sell the car. This is the fourth car I have bought in thirty years, and my first used one. Most of my experiences at dealership--including a previous visit to Huntington Honda in May of 2000--have been very unpleasant, where I find the salesman overly aggressive, trying his hardest to have me commit to paper some kind of sales transaction. How pleasant it was not to have that. Mr. Licata answered all my questions, suggested we take a ride in the car, and left me to think about the car and whether or not I wanted it. I did. I know that if I went back to buy another used car, I would see Mr. Licata once again. I have confidence that he would treat me in the same manner again--i.e. in a courteous, informative, and respectful manner. In fact, I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone else.

Honda owner for 10 years. Always have my car serviced at local Honda dealership both when i lived in Philadelphia and Phoenix. Never in those 10 years have i experienced the worst customer service possible like I did here. First time here and no one approached me as I parked in service area. So i went inside and service advisor told me to go back outside and wait. I waited for 5 minutes until someone gave me a tag and then went back inside to check in. I made an appointment for a basic oil change and it still took almost 2 hours. When i asked my service advisor at the hour mark how much longer she was condescending and wouldn t even look me in my eyes. Told me she ll let me know when she talks to whoever. 20 min later I m still sitting here with no answer. I will NEVER come back to this dealership. And I will NEVER recommend. Need an overhaul on your customer service team. From start to finish it was the worst experience I ve ever had at a Honda service center.

My experience at Huntington Honda was the best experience I have had at any Honda on the island. I came in without an appointment late in the afternoon nervous about a light that came up on my car. Andrew was extremely helpful and made me feel so much better about the car. When Andrew called about what my car needed, he was informative. All the services my car needed was done in a timely manner. When I got there everything was taken care of and ready to go! I had been all over the island and New Jersey looking for a car with various experiences ranging from frustrating to terrible until I came to Huntington Honda about a month into my search.

I went in to the dealership with my mind set on a particular car ~ when that didn't work out the staff at the dealership went to great lengths to find a car that fit my budget and ended up being more satisfying than what I originally had in mind. Andrea and Eric really made this such an easy process that I had little to do but wait for my car and I barely had to do even that! I highly recommend Huntington Honda, make sure to ask for Andrea Mongelli!

My husband and I went to Huntington Honda's pre-owned location to test drive a 2010 Honda Odyssey. We were ready to make a purchase at the right price for the right car, and Robert Parnagia delivered! From the moment we walked in, we enjoyed the low-pressure atmosphere. We were able to look around while Rob wrapped up with another customer. He directed us to an area with about 7 or 8 minivans, and we were able to look at all of them in peace.

Rob provided a lot of detail about the car on the test drive, and we were pretty sold on the car. Only issue was that we had an appointment with a Toyota dealership down the road, and were hesitant to commit until we looked around a bit more. Rob offered us a great deal, an option to come back and buy the car at our negotiated price. This allowed us to keep our appointment with the Toyota dealership. We went there and were not impressed with the selection. We also thought the customer service was not as impressive as what we'd experienced at Huntington Honda. We returned almost immediately and bought our car. A 2010 Honda Odyssey with only 27,500 miles at a great price. We are very happy, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fabulous dealership! I leased my 2018 Honda CRV Touring from Huntington Honda and the sales department was very courteous and informative. They answered all my questions and worked with me every step of the way. They made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was happy with the whole process.
Today I brought my CRV for its first oil change and the service department did not disappoint me either. Everyone from the valet to the service writer Jessica were very delightful. Greeted me with a smile and were very friendly. Jessica got me checked in super fast and offered me coffee, tea and welcomed me to wait in the outside patio while the serviced my CRV. I asked her about a particular part and right away knew what the price was and how long the wait would be if they didn't have it in stock.
The parts department kept the same pleasant manner and again was greeted with a friendly hello and smile. The gentleman who attended me was polite and apologized for not having my part in stock. He said he would order it for me and hold it for me until I was able to pick it up.
Overall a very happy with the whole experience at Huntington Honda. I would not go anywhere else and do not mind traveling there from Queens. Definitely a much better quality of service from the Honda dealerships in Queens...

I got third class , lowest level reply for complain of the civic 2018 back rear Camara. Which is very dull and cannot see in back even in day light. When we complain excusing like you car is 2018 but may be basic model, which is not. Then compare with 2019 new car and check problem. Now they excusing like we update Camara in new model means it was worst in 2018.

They are thinking like customers once buy from them means they are absolute full and that's why they bought car from them .

After purchasing, it took Huntington Honda less than 30 minutes to have our car ready to go. Mike showed us all the features to make sure we knew how to operate every part of the car. I am so excited I just leased a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid!! Tamer was one of the most professional and helpful car representatives I have ever encountered. I am usually not a difficult customer but on this particular day I brought my six year old along to help me make a very tough decision. We were going from a 7 passenger Honda Pilot to a smaller vehicle but I was incredibly indecisive about what would make the most sense for my family. Tamer not only patiently explained to me all of my options, he was unflappable as my son hammered him with his own important questions. I walked away very very happy with my new lease and very impressed with the service.

Been to this dealership for four different cars with good experiences. Went with my father to buy a car for me, where we were being helped by the "manager." Rudest person I have ever met, no respect for the customer even telling us to go someplace else as if he was doing a favor by selling us a car. I don't know what he thought was happening, but it is expected to have negotiations taken place at this dealership, ridiculed us by saying he'd send us 4 dollars every month if it was such a big deal. Unbelievably smug, had the deal ready to go until I had enough of the way he spoke to my father, and left to get a Nissan down the road. Never coming back again, so much for customer appreciation.
