I had to do some work on my Honda Odyssey and since it would likely be quite a bit of money I was trying to call for an estimate. Over a week I tried to call their service department only to be put on hold each time for over 10 minutes before I just hung up.

I get it that companies can be busy. That would explain one or two times but for five consecutive days?! That's a problem.

They lost my business and if that's the way that they treat their service customers then why would I go there to purchase a car. There are just too many choices out there.
