I purchased a Nissan Sentra from Charleston Nissan. I got a fair price and straight forward answers from the sales person Wylie Cauthen. I had a smooth experience with the sales manager Mike Simard. Finally Eddie Jordan (Sales Manger) inspected the vehicle twice and had the detailing people remove any specs of the sticker to make sure the vehicle was spotless when it was offered to me as I drove away.

My car shopping experience with Charleston Nissan was great! The sales team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the car I was interested in.
The leasing process was straightforward, easy and exactly what was explained and committed to me by the sales team.
I would definitely recommend Charleston Nissan to friends looking for a new car and could absolutely see myself as a return customer.

My experience with Nissan was very easy and helpful. I came to Nissan looking for a used car and the dealer John Arent did a great job of providing the numbers for the vehicle I was interested in instead of pushing me to test drive the car first. His manager also helped me get a better interest rate with the bank since I am a first time buyer with very little credit. They helped me find the PERFECT used car with affordable monthly payments. They also do a great follow up with you once you leave the lot. They are very consistent in ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Came in for some warranty service. Becca is a great service agent and helped explain everything well. Their waiting room is large, and they have free coffee and snacks, so I didn't mind the short wait to have my car done. I've been there several times now, and--like any dealer's service department--you pay a bit more than some shady repair places, but you do get confidence in the parts and that they did the job right.

We bought our first Nissan car from Hudson Nissan this week and I have to say the people there where a pleasure to deal with. Our Salesman Jay did a fantastic job of giving us guidance and his honest opinions which, made the process of choosing the right vehicle totally Stressless.

When our leased cars with Hyundai and GMC are up we will definitely be back to do business with Hudson Nissan in the future.

My Customer Service Marchello was Awesome. He negotiated with My Warranty Company to get all My repairs done at a low out of pocket cost and got parts included as well. I was without My car for a long time, but had another car to drive. I'm still testing out how it drives after a Control Arm and Sway Bar was replaced. I was told that I needed Front Shocks, but the way the Car drives now I'm not convinced that all My Problems are the Front Shocks. I'll have a conversation with My Rep this Week sometime about it though. Overall I was impressed with Marchello and the Service Tech. One thing I want to mention is that when a person's car goes to the shop the Techs should make sure they clean all the oily finger prints that were left from Service. I didn't think to take a picture, but it was around the ignition area, on the door, and on back of the seat. Finger Prints are My Pet-Peev. Thanks for Your Service.

This was the easiest experience we ve ever had leasing or buying a car. We were worried about coming into the dealership because of our age and Covid19, so we truly appreciated having the car brought to us. Bo, our salesman, helped us decide what cars we need to look at to get exactly what we wanted. We found one online we liked and he brought it right to us. After we drove it and liked it, he took care of everything else and four hours later we had the car. We never had to leave home! We very much appreciate everyone s help in getting the car we wanted! This is our 4th NISSAN and we think they re great cars, very stylish, comfortable and reliable! We know from experience that the service department is great, too! Thanks!

If you have time to waste this is the place. Saw the car online, called, was available. Went there and before driving it I asked: is there any additional cost on top of the price besides tax and tag? NO he replied. Drove it, liked it, he brings me the estimate with near 2,5k of miscellaneous additional costs besides tax/tag, and first thing he says it is not negotiable, I asked like 3 times if really wasn t because I wanted the car, and with an arrogant and careless attitude insisted that nothing could be done. Thanks for wasting my time hudson nissan

I was once a loyal customer of Morris Nissan now called Charleston Nissan. When it was Morris Nissan, I had one of the best car purchasing experiences from a car dealership. I went back and but 2 more trucks from this location (Charleston Nissan) My last purchase from Charleston Nissan was the worst experience. I was faced with liars and immoral sale associate. From the start or the transaction they were deceptive and dishonest. And they have no desency to make things right.

I contacted those who are in charge from that location to give them the opportunity to gain back my trust but they failed

l'll be sure to give an update once and after we go to court. They must have thought that I am a prey.

Folks stay away from Charleston Nissan. Do not trust anything that comes out of their mouths

Take my advice and save yourself any headaches.

Treated me like family and even went for me at the airport because I flew in from another state! Can you believe that? What other car salesman is going to do that!? Marcello was my service adviser and he went over and beyond any assistance I have had in ANY dealership EVER! I had purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from CarMax back in June 2019. although I was assured that the car was inspected thoroughly, i found out last week during my first service that the back brakes were barely even present. They were almost non-existent. Corroded, no pads remaining. And front brake pads were very thin. Brake fluid never been changed. The car was ruled unsafe for me to drive away from the dealer that day. I had called CarMax and they at first said they couldnt even schedule me for another 30 days. Then they offered to have car towed to their Savannah Hwy dealership. Marcello intervened and talked to their service manager and had CarMax cover th entire repair costs including the oil change. Repair estimate was close to $900. Words cannot even explain my gratitude and thanks. I was just sick with anger on the condition that my car was sold to me. My car had 20k miles on it when purchased in June 2019 and had 25k miles at the point I brought it into hudson for service last week. And Thank GOD I did bring it to your dealership I could have wrecked driving home that day never knowing the true condition of my brakes.

From the Genl Manager Paul Canovali, to sales rep Stephen Hardman, to finance specialist Christen Salvatico - this was the best car buying experience ever. Stephen did not try and sell us. He listened to our concerns and helped to build a profile of vehicles to show us and then patiently worked with our questions and helped us find the car we wanted.

I have the vehicle serviced 3 times since buying it. Once for a recall, the other times normal service. They make you feel important to them and your time is important. They educate and keep you apprised of what is going on. Estimated repair time was always guessed higher than actual repair time. And who doesn't like Starbucks Hot Cocoa and a cookie or two (or three) while waiting. And plenty of places to plug up and read the laptop or IPad or even real paper.

I had a wonderful experience at Morris Nissan this month. I made arrangements through Melanie Bell in online sales to look at some used vehicles for my son. I had a budget and she made sure all of the cars we saw were within that budget. When we arrived Melanie handed us off to our internet sales rep Chris Compton. Chris really listened to our needs and showed us cars that met those needs. All in all the experience was very pleasant and so easy. No pressure just great customer care. I would highly recommend Morris Nissan based on our experience.

When I shop for a new car, the service department is one of my first stops and has a huge impact on my decision where to purchase. I must say Charleston Nisson stands out as a star in every department. When I chose my new Rogue-which I love, love, love-a small blemish with the upholstery was noted when it was being prepped. The service manager himself got involved and assured me a replacement seat was on the way-and followed up with update calls until it arrived. Its been like that every visit I have made to the service department. Every party involved has demonstrated superior care and concern. The friendliness and eagerness to assist by everyone is refreshing in today's world. And they have awesome new equipment! When you drive through the service entrance and stop in a certain position the inflation in all your tires is checked automatically! When I was leaving after my last oil change one of their service techs, whom I had not interacted with before, sweetly called out to me to express his condolences on the loss of my mother. They seem to genuinely care and take time to know their customers. This is my new car home!! Thanks Charleston Nissan for taking such good care of me!

I will not buy another car from this dealership. After you sign the dotted line and buy the warranties you are no longer valued. I will only have maintenance done that is covered under my warranty. I will not recommend their service department.

Positives: online service scheduling, video of inspection, text communication, snacks in waiting area, car wash
Negatives: Surprise of the total amount of service- it's not the amount necessarily (although it was high) but that I was not made aware that some of the services offered at my pre-service consult were not included in my service. I requested the 100,000 mile service & printed out the items & price from your website ($224 approx.). As we went over various items-air filter, cabin filter brake fluid exchange, etc.) I thought these were all part of this particular service-no additional prices were discussed or was I made aware that these were extra items. After the multi-point inspection, I was offered a battery service & given that price & rear shock replacement & given that price, which I agreed to. It was expensive but I thought it was important. Not giving me the prices of the first services & telling me they were optional-or suggested but not necessary made for a SHOCK when I paid. This was disappointing because I have always had good experiences here. Finally, at my pre-service consult, I mentioned coupons & even brought up those offered on your website on my phone. The person who helped me said to wait, he'd do the math & apply the best one. Needless to say, this was not done when I picked up my car. And with what I paid, every little bit would have helped.

On a trip with friends to play in a golf tournament in Charleston and ran over a nail late in the evening. We were forced to use fix-a-flat to get back to hotel and to Hudson Nissan next morning. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and explained to service writer (Daniel Brennan) our situation. He was very polite and professional and explained what they needed to do since we used the fix-a-flat. Gave us a tip on a great place for breakfast and within an hour, we were on our way. Repairing a tire is not a large profit item, but we were not pushed to the rear of the line. Daniel took care of us and we made our starting times with ease. I highly recommend Daniel Brennan and Hudson Nissan.

I usually dread buying a new vehicle because of the haggling and awkward back and forth payment negotiations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Charleston Nissan. Brendan Bligen was kind, patient, and made the entire process enjoyable with his humor and friendly personality. He also got me an excellent price on a new Rogue! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Charleston Nissan. Don't forget to ask for Brendan!

Just picked up my third Nissan Leaf and am thrilled with the car and the dealership. Clay WIckersham handled everything thoroughly and efficiently, and when my lease is up in three years I plan to drive away with my 4th Nissan Leaf from Charleston Nissan. Love this car!

Sales associate did a good job but the car needed ...

Sales associate did a good job but the car needed an alignment, it pulled hard right. They agreed to the alignment in writing in my sales agreement. Picked up the car and it still wasn't right, the steering angle seemed to be off. They insisted they couldn't do that there (which I knew was unlikely). Just had another mechanic shop take a look at it and he says it doesn't look like they ever aligned it. So the final touch that got me to agree to buy the vehicle (the alignment) was what they then lied to my face about the next day when I picked up the car. UPDATE: I moved this from a 1 to a 3 because of the follow-up of their manager, Paul Canovali. He took care of the alignment at another shop and apologized for the dropped ball on the service side of my purchase. I appreciate his customer service and I'm satisfied with the car itself and that they have honored our sales agreement. Thank you for making it right.

Took my new Murano in for 5000 mile service, met at service bay by gentleman who guided me in and took me to Danny the service manager. He wrote me up took my key and invited me into the customer lounge. Had Starbucks coffee, snacks, comfortable chairs! A short time later Danny handed me my key, escorted me to my car and told me to call if any problems. Excellent service, nice people, I highly recommend their shop. Thanks. Chris Graff

Didn't have time to go in to a dealer. Emailed Brad Braun and he did everything by email and text. By That evening I was down there to sign papers and left. I was not passed around from person to person and that was a huge plus for me. He worked very hard and got me everything I needed. Oh course I would like the weather floor mats but didn't get them lol. This was by far the best shopping experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would recommend him to anyone shopping. This

When I went to see a car it was supposed to be 'ready in the VIP spot' in the lot when I got there. It was there but it looked like it had been parked in a corn field for 6 months. Filthiest new car I've ever seen (I ended up buying it anyway). Paid for locking lugs but they weren't on when I picked the car up. Car finish feels like it was painted in a dusty room, but that doesn't really have much to do with the dealer. 2017 Maxima acceleration is much less responsive than the 2016, even though everything is supposed to be the same..
