My Customer Service Marchello was Awesome. He negotiated with My Warranty Company to get all My repairs done at a low out of pocket cost and got parts included as well. I was without My car for a long time, but had another car to drive. I'm still testing out how it drives after a Control Arm and Sway Bar was replaced. I was told that I needed Front Shocks, but the way the Car drives now I'm not convinced that all My Problems are the Front Shocks. I'll have a conversation with My Rep this Week sometime about it though. Overall I was impressed with Marchello and the Service Tech. One thing I want to mention is that when a person's car goes to the shop the Techs should make sure they clean all the oily finger prints that were left from Service. I didn't think to take a picture, but it was around the ignition area, on the door, and on back of the seat. Finger Prints are My Pet-Peev. Thanks for Your Service.
