Took my new Murano in for 5000 mile service, met at service bay by gentleman who guided me in and took me to Danny the service manager. He wrote me up took my key and invited me into the customer lounge. Had Starbucks coffee, snacks, comfortable chairs! A short time later Danny handed me my key, escorted me to my car and told me to call if any problems. Excellent service, nice people, I highly recommend their shop. Thanks. Chris Graff
