Marcello was my service adviser and he went over and beyond any assistance I have had in ANY dealership EVER! I had purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from CarMax back in June 2019. although I was assured that the car was inspected thoroughly, i found out last week during my first service that the back brakes were barely even present. They were almost non-existent. Corroded, no pads remaining. And front brake pads were very thin. Brake fluid never been changed. The car was ruled unsafe for me to drive away from the dealer that day. I had called CarMax and they at first said they couldnt even schedule me for another 30 days. Then they offered to have car towed to their Savannah Hwy dealership. Marcello intervened and talked to their service manager and had CarMax cover th entire repair costs including the oil change. Repair estimate was close to $900. Words cannot even explain my gratitude and thanks. I was just sick with anger on the condition that my car was sold to me. My car had 20k miles on it when purchased in June 2019 and had 25k miles at the point I brought it into hudson for service last week. And Thank GOD I did bring it to your dealership I could have wrecked driving home that day never knowing the true condition of my brakes.
