Negatives: Surprise of the total amount of service- it's not the amount necessarily (although it was high) but that I was not made aware that some of the services offered at my pre-service consult were not included in my service. I requested the 100,000 mile service & printed out the items & price from your website ($224 approx.). As we went over various items-air filter, cabin filter brake fluid exchange, etc.) I thought these were all part of this particular service-no additional prices were discussed or was I made aware that these were extra items. After the multi-point inspection, I was offered a battery service & given that price & rear shock replacement & given that price, which I agreed to. It was expensive but I thought it was important. Not giving me the prices of the first services & telling me they were optional-or suggested but not necessary made for a SHOCK when I paid. This was disappointing because I have always had good experiences here. Finally, at my pre-service consult, I mentioned coupons & even brought up those offered on your website on my phone. The person who helped me said to wait, he'd do the math & apply the best one. Needless to say, this was not done when I picked up my car. And with what I paid, every little bit would have helped.
