I called to the structure for information and the girl who answered me had rather rude tones and didn't even let me talk.

Structure less than a kilometer from the sea well organized and well maintained, a mole found in the spa pool where the pieces of the bottom are missing in some points
For the rest, a cozy room in a thousand and one nights style, Italian and English breakfast with a wide choice of friendly and welcoming staff. To recommend

Sublime ... clean comfort and relaxation are the basis of the vizier, beautiful benessre path, with heated pool, whirlpool sauna, turkish bath and emotional shower where you can enjoy some good teas both poolside and in the tearoom, delicious the ideal kitchen for romantic dinners and excellent breakfast in buffet, attentive friendly staff the food needs (for more correct to ask when booking), very respectable masseuses that will make you relax beyond imagination

A nice clean place and well organized .. sore maintenance of the spa. The blown mosaics have scratched us several times.

A few words are not enough to describe the splendid (albeit short) stay spent in this structure. Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable rooms where nothing is missing. Very good quality and plentiful food. We were given the option to choose separate meals for the children at no additional cost.
The Spa is wonderful; large and clean pool with many whirlpool areas. Beautiful wellness path with spacious sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and herbal tea room.
The staff is not taxed with the timetables and allows you to stay more time beyond the classic route lasting 2h AND 30 min.
Despite the stay in high season (Christmas period), the prices are commensurate with the quality of the services received. Nothing negative to say. I also recommend it to families with children, who have access to the wellness path pool without any problem !!

Immaculate bridge spent with friends, nice clean structure and great welcome from everyone, too bad that in the pool of the spa lacked some piece of mosaic, which makes you cut your feet or hands, otherwise everything is fine.

For some weeks I'm going to relax in the resort's spa. Very friendly and well organized. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi amazing, sauna, turkish bath and well-equipped relaxation area.

The staff of the wellness center is prepared and friendly, but the structure needs maintenance.

SPA, not everything works, drinking water has to be paid for. Modest breakfast with cappuccino and coffee machine, if you want it done by the barista you pay for it. Mah ....

We stayed only one night but we would have happily stayed longer!
We were enthusiastic about the service offered and the professionalism of all the staff.
A special thank to all the receptionists who have been very kind and helpful since the arrival and to the staff of the SPA.
We stayed in the Junior Suite with outdoor jacuzzi.
What to say, a fairy tale! The room was well clean and welcoming. On the bed of rose petals that made the environment very romantic.
The jacuzzi was already on when we arrived, in fact we didn't wait long to use it.
Dinner, served in the restaurant in a very pleasant and intimate setting, was really excellent.
We really enjoyed all the courses that were not at all minimal, in fact!

The SPA is truly exceptional. The girls are very kind and helpful. The environment is really clean and pleasant. Pleasant and excellent sauna, steam room and indoor pool.
What really thrilled us was the couple's massage.
We were accompanied by the girls in the room that we found warm, with soft lighting, ambient music, very intimate. On the sunbeds we found the disposable kit for both.
The massage was performed at the same time as both.
We took advantage of the 60 min "Visir" massage, which was offered to us by the operator a few days before by telephone.
This massage, which includes all types of massages: decontracting, relaxation, hot stone and Californian, is the icing on the cake in an already fantastic service offered.
We very much appreciated the professionalism and discretion of the masseuses who made us feel at ease.
I would say that I will definitely come back to this resort to spend a few more nights.
Being myself in the tourism sector and working in the hotel, I still feel the need to underline a very small flaw that I found:
The breakfast. I found it definitely below the quality of services that this resort can offer. The quantity and variety of products was not that great, but still acceptable.
We had breakfast at 9.30am, the buffet was still half an hour away and despite this the croissants were almost finished, a nutella tart almost finished and three soft but good cakes.
In addition, of course, to various yoghurts, cereals, fruit, cold cuts, eggs, single portion jams and more. I would have liked something more and better quality considering that this resort is among the best in the area.
I'm sure they can do better!
For the rest, I repeat that I will return willingly!

Horrible place believe me suck the photos are not fit for the real place. Feel I would have to say a lot about the hygiene of the wellness course, but wasting this time on them is not worth it.
However the only thing to say is shameful and disgusting

The reception staff, rude, unreliable, elegant texture, but inside the biutj farm would be restored, the elegant restaurant, good food, but very dear, structure is not suitable for children

Fantastic Arabic style structure, assorted with various functions such as: hotel, restaurant, wellness center, etc. I have been there several times, exclusively for the wellness center. The latter has a wonderful thermal pool with various massage sprays, a Turkish bath, sauna and emotional shower. Drinks and fruit, such as various herbal teas and apples, are included in the price.

Superb Location. All clean and tastefully furnished. Friendly and courteous staff. They should only manage bookings better to avoid overcrowding in the spa. Everything is ok for the rest

We stayed at this property from 12 to 15 August. I can only speak positively about it. All perfect . Cleanliness, excellent cuisine, beautiful spa and especially great girls in doing massages. Definitely a place to come back to

The beautiful structure has lived better times .. now it is in decline ... the friendly staff but the cleaning of the rooms leaves much but much to be desired ... an advice .... eye to the sheets ... I gave a star also if I would have gladly given less ...

I have been to the spa with a coupon ..... Reservation in over booking, at the entrance of the spa we have to buy headphones, plastic flip flops (used and re-wrapped nn wrapped) for a total of 8 euros. Let me explain 6/7 couples a swimming pool with 4 jetted jets for the whirlpool plus a occupied sauna area, a small free pool but with a broken whirlpool. Let's take a herbal tea with Lemon written on it but at the time of drinking it it was chilli ...... And then guys just lukewarm water cold cold cold ..... The 2 hour course, in an hour we were already regretful of the choice .... Never again, highly discouraged .... Given the shortcomings nn there was a minimum of understanding only a "hope to see you again" shame! Word of mouth I hope is effective in scouting you.

A place that seems out of space and time, a "thousand and one night" in the middle of Sicily. I enjoyed the calm and the silence as well as a great breakfast

the problem is the food, AWFUL. the prawn pasta was raw and not even the shadow of prawns.

The resort is very respectable with magnificent Spa. Personally I was invited for a party organized by a friend and I must say I was very surprised by the excellent organization and the excellent view. Being in Via del Mare is easy to reach and, if you wish, you can reach the sea by driving along the street where it is located. In addition to the pros there is also a counter (not because of the local), the "Via del Mare" road is completely dark in places and for those who are not from the area and come from the highway, driving at night could be annoying. Unfortunately it is not something that the local can solve by itself, being the fault of the municipality, but certainly the local suffers from this.

Quiet and welcoming place, professionalism and courtesy

We spent 3 days in this hotel. I don't think it's a 4-star superior hotel because it needs maintenance work. The spa is nice but very small and as soon as we left, we realized that our costumes were ruined by bleach. Eating leaves a lot to be desired, we have received food of little taste and some spoiled things. Really overpriced menu and poor food. Not to be redone.

We went to the room and got ready for the wellness program (very relaxing).
We went for dinner and ate discreetly, Although we paid for water (forbidden choking on food) and wine.
Anyway everything ok.
In the morning we woke up ready to go for the 30m massage (included in the package).
We propose to integrate with only the addition of 50 another 20 minutes of massage of course we did not accept.
