I was there the second week of June, I found the structure to be very beautiful and elegant, very clean too..the friendly and helpful staff, the abundant buffet and all very good. Just two notes: I went to the Spa, and the pool seemed a bit neglected and then I found the animation not very engaging: I'm not one that particularly likes to participate in the activities, but in the days when I was the animators were limited to put the music in the evening, and to dance with those who wanted to do it, in the afternoon nothing. Maybe because it happened because the structure wasn't really full, I don't know ...

I had heard of a place with clean and fragrant linen, well-organized rooms, rich and high-quality buffets ... oysters, octopus, cannoli, fresh fish (after all, we are in the fish country) ... this year! We even found used bottles of shower gel in the bathroom of those who had occupied the room before us ... the tablecloths aren't even pure white and they don't smell good ... however, if you want to spend days killing yourself at a buffet together with many other desperate people who appreciate pasta with tuna, that with pesto, mussels that smell like feet, frozen shrimps thrown in mayonnaise, and moreover urinating next to you in the pool, well then the Basile beam is for you!

One day in total relaxation. Friendly staff, excellent dining, very clean and elegant rooms. But the real strength is the wellness center, the qualified staff and the Ultra relaxing massage. Experience to be repeated.
I can't say absolute perfection but still high level. I underline the great professionalism of the women in the wellness center especially Mrs Giovanna L. who does an exceptional massage for technique, competence, and kindness. (BRAVA!)
A Ferrari without an engine ... an exceptional structure but a bit disappointing the wellness center ... it is inconceivable that to move from the tanks to the Turkish bath to the sauna you have to go out and walk along a very cold corridor ... poor relaxation area with a herbal tea provided by the machine and nothing else .. maybe 2 biscuits that don't cost much can make the difference ... dinner ... served in a big room with tables shared with strangers even if there are enough seats to guarantee everyone their privacy .... breakfast is not international ... unfortunately bacon and eggs are missing and much more ... despite this kind helpful and qualified staff ... I attribute these gaps to the management.

Structure in excellent condition. Excellent cleaning. Eat good not great. The only drawback is the very grumpy waiters with customers. Nice for short stays up to 4 days after the holiday becomes routine
I was there two weeks ago with my family.Very friendly people at reception,good entertaiment for kids,rooms very clean,good food,just little far away for the beach;but no problems since there are all day shuttle bus from hotel to beach.Anyway all together was very positive.

It was a nice vacation, too bad it's over. The structure is very beautiful and characteristic, the outdoor pool is beautiful, the spa very relaxing, the food is delicious and the staff very kind. We'd been here 8 years ago but came back with pleasure. Negative note? Perhaps the fact that in the breakfast room there is a lot of queue at the bar. For the rest, everything is flawless

Monotonous even if beautiful and then it is unfair that the heating of the indoor pool in the wellness center is broken, moreover paying 10 euros per person with lots of cold water, not to mention the food always the same things, the cream always present in most of the first but above all the remaining dishes of the previous days such as salmon swordfish etc. transformed into following days in the salads, this structure in my opinion deserves more.

For me it is worth 0 stars, the waiters are not organized, and they are also stubborn, last night we went to eat them with buffet and we practically did not eat, all raw things, the cannolo was too solid and the inside was too crumble was to drink, THERE WAS NOTHING. The next day we went to have lunch there because we had booked everything, we went to eat and we can say that we ate, but not so much ... The only thing that I did not like and that the cassata does not make you take ONLY ONCE and there was a friend of mine who had the baby sleeping in her arms, her husband goes to get 2 portions for his wife and him and they didn't want him to take 2 portions, so he did so, he went there a second time and they didn't even bother to give him a portion, they only gave him a piece ... HONEST, REALLY. I did not like at all, too rude ...

Clean and tidy room, good and varied food. I also did the wellness + massage (shiatsu) path: the beautiful wellness path, the only flaw is the channel for the legs, as the temperature was not really cold. As for the massage, it was fabulous: Roberta followed me, she was really very good and prepared.

We were guests of the Baglio Basile for one night, with full board and with a wellness program included, thanks to a tempting 2x1 promotion that allowed us to imagine a romantic and relaxing weekend, but unfortunately the expectations were not fully repaid. The structure is really very beautiful, the rooms are large, clean and well finished. The restaurant is also a commendation, with quality food and well cooked, but if I can understand the choice of proposing buffet meals I don't understand the reason why to organize people in tables of 8 (the ceremonial table), doing to lose the charm of a couple's dinner / lunch that the "package" let assume. But the real sore point was the wellness program: if the structure is undoubtedly large and well-maintained, the organization is certainly not up to par. By allowing access to a large number of people, despite the obligatory booking, the structure was visibly overcrowded and, thanks to the indiscipline of some elements, the "well-being" path soon turned into "malaise", among the difficulties of using the services and background noises. Furthermore, despite the fact that the promotion does not indicate it anywhere, the kit of paper bathrobe, slippers and cap is with charge, even for those staying in the structure. I believe that it is really a pity that such a beautiful and well-kept location is lost in the management and organization of some details.
Elegant and refined hotel, shame about some rooms and the Spa. We mistakenly didn't book the Deluxe room but despite our mistake we didn't expect a dusty room from a 4-star hotel, with very ancient furnishings, with very dirty windows and cold to do fear. We spent a rather bad night, without considering the loud noises of the external agricultural machinery that forced us to complain to the reception. The spa is poorly organized, from the pool area if I want to do some sauna or turkish bath I have to wear a bathrobe and go out in the main corridor, forced to see other people in line to enter the spa, without considering that with the temperature change I also got very cold. Negative experience.

A few kilometers from Trapani Erice. To try. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Large rooms. Well served. Wellness path. Pool. Shuttle service to the beaches. Conference hall. Ample space for walks in contact with the uncontaminated nature of the place. Very green.

Very nice structure including room and great food..but I give three stars because in my opinion the organization is not the best because my boyfriend had booked overnight and wellness program and we found ourselves having to do a line of half an hour to book the route well-being among the people who were arguing (you should get there without any thought), after what you spent we had to pay another 6.50 more to get two headphones and a paper kimono which, in my opinion, had to be already included in the price and finally the journey of lost I did not like it because there was too much confusion it looked like a communal pool so I went away from it far from being relaxed.
