Very nice hotel, too bad that our room wasn't much for a booking error. We loved the Spa, with hot water and many hydro-massage stations. We will definitely be back

Experience not to be repeated. Despite the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the structure at a glance looks very nice. After about half an hour of stay we notice the degradation. Hotel to be totally structured, cracks everywhere, 70-80s-style nightmare carpets, sheets in the damp bed as well as the bathrobes provided for the outdoor pool, wellness center with broken lights, shower head with limestone that blocks the leakage of water and cushions of the beds unwatchable. I'm sorry for the staff that was very kind but we literally ran away doing about 30 minutes of wellness path instead of 2 hours

Unfortunately the hotel is not top in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The furniture would have to be partially replaced. Otherwise you will find a great pool and very nice service. The prices at the pool are absolutely correct. The dinner was very tasty, however we found the portion sizes not appropriate for the price. I think most people come here to enjoy the huge range of spa and wellness. We didn't use it. All in all we felt quite comfortable but only 4 stars due to the situation described above

Rooms always clean and elegant, spacious, bright and spacious. The SPA is not very warm and taken care of, but still very large and well-stocked. The restaurant is definitely the highlight! Great dishes for both lunch and dinner, plus a very stocked breakfast!

Very nice and cozy rooms. The structure is very large and also houses a SPA with sauna, Turkish bath and indoor pool. In summer, the discovery is also available. The restaurant has an a la carte and fixed menu with a choice for those who choose the packages. Staff very friendly. The first beach is a ten minute walk away. The SPA is reserved for hotel guests in the afternoon while in the morning it is also open to the public. A general restructuring would perhaps be appropriate. Internal parking available for hotel guests.

Structure with large dimensions, positive aspects: excellent food, very large outdoor pool, efficient and welcoming staff, super breakfast, standard rooms, underground spa with great potential, aspects to be reviewed: food and drink prices too exaggerated if out of package, spa to be updated, insert animation and dj in the pool at least in the most crowded periods such as in August, change color (brown) to the beach towels and bathrobes, we suggest a nice black with golden VISIR writing.

We stayed a weekend in February 2018, dated but comfortable, the five-star staff deserve it, really very kind and professional, the food, the cook made us dine well, and finally the visir experience massage that my wife and I we really recommend everyone ...

Always special experience at the Vizier, only a little neglected compared to previous years such as some attic walls of the spa, carpet in some rooms to be cleaned, some furniture to be restored. The staff is always kind and attentive. Finally, you eat very well.

Clean resort, with excellent wellness center, good food is good.

The location is nice, but for the five stars, corrections are needed. The pool area temperature is not comfortable as it is low. The turkish bath has an extremely low temperature due to the openings at about 1:40 from the floor (hot air rises and if you're sitting in low temperature). L 'water to drink for a fee you can not tolerate and I believe it's the first time I understood. Very nice massage and girls really prepared a relaxation assured.

Spacious room. Old-fashioned decoration. Basic restaurant (slightly salty cuisine). Full breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. An aging gym (only one floor mat, broken or partially functioning equipment). A spa with a decent sauna and hammam. A lovely outdoor pool although at this time of year we could only look at it. I recommend the hour-long vizier massage which totally relaxes you.
Not very practical geographical location when you are not driving (far from the city).

Too bad the inadequate spa at a resort. (dirty deckchairs, swimming pool with heated but cold water, Turkish bath and sauna, small and unheated).

The visir is a beautiful, elegant, welcoming, complete, peaceful and clean structure! Worth all 4 superior stars. The rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort, the spa is one of the best in Sicily, massages are carried out by expert hands and even if a dear Po allow a superlative experience of relaxation and well-being. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The restaurant offers the best recipes. The pool is very nice! The complete fitness room! You could not wish for better from a 4-star superior.staff friendly and excellent!

We received as a gift a package with living room and spa ... very nice hotel, well cared for and welcoming .... special and tasteful kitchen, efficient and prepared staff .... comfortable and very clean rooms ... certainly to be recommended for a nice relaxing holiday

Beautiful structure, very clean! Exceptional staff very kind, polite and very welcoming girls. My husband and I took a package with 3 hours of spa half an hour more torque massaggo (gorgeous!) All deserve 5 stars! I'll be back soon! Highly recommended !!

Great service, great welcome and very nice staff experience to be repeated

The reception of the staff is impeccable (with a good prosecco and Goji fruit, but a little more would not have spoiled) however the structure is old. The general whirlpool bath loses the covering almost everywhere. The sauna is warm and there is no steam. The emotional shower is a spray of cold water with birdsong. The dinner which according to the staff costs 40 euros each (we took a package with a wellness program and dinner for 120 euros) consists of a first choice of two, a second course with a choice of two, fruit, a glass of red or white wine, without any choice. Half a liter of water in two. Would they have given us another one on request? The first was discreet (no more than 70-80 grams of pasta), the second of the rather calloused and hard scallops, edible with 6-7 half-raw green beans (which I liked). The bathrobes provided are old and with broken belt loops. So bah, I don't know if it's worth it. I wonder if other more expensive services would be able to change my opinion.

I have been waiting for this weekend for 1 month and I was really excited to get to the Vizier. Beautiful beautiful structure the Spa very nice girls. We get to the room hell 60 degrees broken air conditioning. There was no air back and forth from the reception to find out if a solution could be found. Morale della Favola we didn't even have dinner I left the Vizier disappointed I didn't expect that in a resort like this, not even in a b & b at 35 euros per night I never had such a problem. I was hoping for a dream weekend and it turned into a nightmare. After 2 hours by car and 100 euros in advance, because the total was 240 euros rightly not paid, we returned home fast and very angry. Never again.

The structure from outside looks like a paradise ... a really nice place ... but trying the SPA I had a big disappointment ... left to ourselves, x es. The herbal tea was there on the table ... take it yourself ... locker room divided x men and women (in others they give it to a couple, much more privacy), changing room that gave the impression of not being very clean and cared for, in fact under the panchetta (but in plain sight) there was a dead cockroach (yes ... a cockroach out of the shower drain) both when I arrived and when I left after almost 3 hours ... walking barefoot was not a good idea ... then in the SPA the "emotional" jets of water didn't work right, nearby a machine that made ice in a bowl (I don't know why) with the full bowl and all the ice on the ground melted ... the deckchairs / loungers did not give the impression of cleanliness with the drinks and the rest left there by the other customers who had already left the SPA ... x then finish with the slippers ... they were included in the kit along with the towels (these too all frayed and battered) that they initially hesitated to give me ... then with a little insistence provided me with a pair of slippers (sealed) but oops were perhaps a 37/38 (I wear the 44 were say "a bit small") and I had to insist x have a couple close to my size. ..in the end in the account they also made me pay a couple more slippers that I made them open ... what to say ... I was tempted to put a star ... 2 only for the structure that if managed well can give soooo much more.

Six-day holiday at the Visir Resort SPA in Mazara del Vallo. Clean and comfortable room, other rooms as well! Decent breakfast! Friendly and professional service staff! The Spa is excellent, with excellent staff: Qualified, friendly, nice and respectful of privacy. Maria Luisa a member of the spa staff gave me a super treatment that decontracted and relaxed me! Rated twelve more than ten and praise! I'll come back!

Used to be nice, but the rooms are badly dated, and need repairs and cleaning. Staff is accommodating, breakfast is limited options but plentiful. Lots of parking. Better options nearby.

I was there at the beginning of February 2016 with my girlfriend, after buying a coupon that included a night in a double room, 2.5 hours of SPA and breakfast.

Very nice and professional staff.
Good food, very nice outdoor pool, spacious and well maintained.
The spa is also very well maintained with very kind and very professional staff.
My wife and I had a relaxing massage (very good) with music and scents that made the environment even more welcoming.
The only flaw I found in the spa is that in some places where there is a whirlpool there are missing mosaic tiles that make the position of the feet a bit difficult, I hope it will be repaired soon.

Arrived at the Vizier, we immediately found parking inside the structure very clean and well organized, at the reception we were greeted by a kind lady who after the formalities of entering the structure explained the available routes. The room allotted clean and tidy. Beautiful outdoor pool excellent spa. A finally relaxing late September compliments I will definitely return.

A little bit expensive even a little dirty is not so good I expected better

We purchased a coupon for 3h30min path to wellness. Initially the center looks good, welcoming, but once you get to the pool the environment disappoints ... the roofs are cracked with humidity, the mosaic is broken in several places. Too bad, if it was settled it would be advisable, but at the moment I don't feel like doing it.

Bad service. Breakfast is awful. Hotel room is fine.

Ferragosto rip-off
It was supposed to be a mid-August holiday dedicated to relaxation and comfort and instead it was a whole other story. We had booked despite being informed that the next day we would have to change rooms, but we never expected that upon our arrival we would find a disabled bathroom in the room, a used bathrobe with a dirty handkerchief in the pocket, dirty carpet and paper. stained wallpaper.
As soon as we arrive at the reception they assign us a room for both nights, we x fairness say that we are aware that the next day we would have to change, she completely unaware she tells us that we have to talk to the manager (as if we had asked we). At that point I go back to reception and point out the inconvenience of the bathrobe and the discomfort I have with that bathroom.
The next day I waited until late afternoon for the room change, at 19:00 they finally assigned me a new room, in a basement, with only one window, with the loft bed and on the roof a infiltration of water and a bad musty smell.
The final blow arrives on the evening of August, the evening turned out to be a real chaos as they hosted 40 more people than allowed, the quality of the poor food.
The facility is very neglected. While swimming in the pool, the mosaic tiles were detached to the point that someone even cut themselves. The pool water is not transparent at all but full of dust.
The owners have never apologized for all the "inconveniences" listed above.
The only positive note: the excellent entertainment, and the very friendly staff.
I strongly discourage anyone who intends to spend a relaxing holiday in a welcoming structure to choose this "resort".
