Then John Greenwood the manager taking time to personally show me what was wrong with my car, and help me find an affordable set of tires to fix it. Everyone was very helpful and willing to make us feel welcome! Not The vulture and pray atmosphere. They were able to answer any question I had, as well as the wife. So there were two of us asking questions. That made it twice as hard, but they passed with flying colors! While I was signing the paper work, they made me feel good about what I was doing, Knowing that buyers remorse can sit in at any time, but that didn t happen. One of the best service departments. Out of town and stopped by to get my truck looked at. Jason the service advisor took my truck straight in the shop and had it repaired. I have owned Dodge trucks all my life and this was a service department that went above and beyond. The entire service staff was excellent.

The Service Department Manager Neil Williams always takes care of me. They are always professional and do what they say they will do in a timely manner. I have had issues with other Dodge dealerships but not this one. I drive an hour to let them take care of my car and it's needs.

Despite having a great experience in 2013 ( which is why we went back to them), lasts weeks experience was terrible!! In 2013 we went there, told them what we were looking for, how much we could put down and could afford and they 100% worked with us and made sure we left with a car and no gimmicks! This last time we left with no car and felt a little offended. We looked at this car that was a little over $9000, of course we negotiated price and they took it down to around $7800. We felt good with that number and felt like we were getting a great deal again. well didn't turn out to be the case... after being there all day long, they finally bring the papers out to sign. we were pretty excited. Then we noticed (before signing everything) that the total jumped from $7800 to almost $12000...... of course we knew there would be some taxes and fees and figured to come out around $9000 but almost a $4000 difference? We started looking and they put all these fees on there and there were even two different taxes?! So we immediately stop and say this is not what we agreed on. The numbers just didn't add up. So we try to renegotiate the price and I guess the guy thought we were stupid cause he tried to tell us they were only making $10 off the car...and then said if we would sign he'd fill the gas tank up...( that's where we felt offended). Little did they know that we have a friend in the car selling business and we know a few of the gimmicks. and knew obviously they were making more than $10. Being there all day we had to leave because we have jobs, they were suppose to call us back on the price negotiation and never did. Despite having a friend in the business we wanted to return here because of our first positive experience. clearly that was a mistake. We will not be going back there, nor refereeing people. I hope other people have a better experience with them than we did. Good luck

Programmed new key fob. Didn't work non refundable programming fee. Was going to buy new fob from them but that would be another programming fee. Had an aftermarket system put on at an electronic store cheeper and garunteed to work.
We traded our Chevy Cruz in for new chrysler 200 love the car and our sales lady Marissa was very nice and helped us a lot .

My sales lady was wonderful, her name was Shara.ive never had such a good salesperson, she wasn't pushy,aggravating, she talked to you about things and very helpful. The manger told me that he could get me in the vehicle for a certain price but he wanted to run through service before he sold it.i got called after ran through service I went over and the price had went up over $2000 more than promised because they had ran it through service even though he said for that price he wanted it ran through but didn't say it would increase so much for putting brakes and a set of rotors on.i left because I was upset over that much of increase I later got a text from Shara who had went to speak with the manager that gave us the 1st price and was able to talk him into dropping it down by a $1000, it was still quite a bit more than I was told but I got it because was in desperate need of a car
I am more than pleased with my recent experience at Stan McNabb service department. Jason Holland was able to get my car in the same day that I called and assess the need. He explained what the issue was and explained every charge and the reason behind them before the service was performed. I feel like the service department went above and beyond to help get me back on the road as soon as possible. My car was in much better shape when I returned to pick it up. My daughter ran over something and had to have a new transmission oil cooler put on. She went by herself to the shop and of course they tried to take advantage of a young girl. Anyway she got it done and came home and the my didn t even put the plastic skid plate back on!! What a joke of a shop. For 700 hundred dollars i would think they d at least have done that!!

The salesman was friendly and courteous, however communication was lacking about our deal. I had to call three times (and I allowed time for them to talk to banks) to get any information. Even then all they told me was they needed a crazy sum down. I physically had to go to the dealer to get more information than that. Only then did I find out they were offering a completely paltry sum for my trade (1000 dollars whereas another dealer offered me 5500). This was enough to walk away. I'm no fool, I don't expect a ludicrous amount for a trade because I know they need to make money too; but when you insult a customer by lowballing them don't expect any sales. I don't want to be petty, but I would strongly urge anyone not to go here. Every customer matters. Treat them as such. The only reason I gave two stars vs. one is because I felt that the sales guy was nice and I could tell he was new..but that doesn't excuse the rest of matter there. Buyers be warned...

I will say the rudest person i have ever dealt with there is Dakota, refused his last name and really did not care that he lost our business. He is a reflection of what kind of staff you have and he is not polite in any way shape of form. Flew in from out of state to purchase a car. Yes they picked me up at the airport, the driver was extremely nice and did all she could to take care of me. However after arriving to the dealership I was informed that the price of the vehicle had increased by $500 because they forgot about something. Here is 7 weeks later and my vehicle still is not registered in my home state nor do I have paperwork for a license plate.
Neal was great and worked me in last minute before I headed out on a 6 hour road trip. Jason was kind enough to drive me to grab lunch since I was stuck at the dealership for 5 hours.

We found the car online. Because it was a good deal on a good car, we traveled from Gallatin to Tullahoma (90 min drive). Shara greeted us and took us directly to car. We got to the dealership about 10 am and were driving off the lot at 11:30. Everyone was pleasant, the sales team was willing to negotiate some without all of the "car lot" stigma associated with car purchasing. Very pleased with the car, the process, and the people at the dealership, especially Shara. We will definitely look to purchase from Stan McNabb again when we need to buy a another car.
