Feast of the Immaculate Conception at Visir, hospitality, restaurant, spa and room above our expectations! Very good lunch and dinner, qualified and efficient dining staff. Spa path quite relaxing, well organized and clean room. We hope to return during the summer to also enjoy the outdoor pool. Two days of super relaxation! Back! Vote 9 !!! Highly recommended.

Structure a little old fashioned but all in all good, Gentile staff, beautiful spa.

The structure, made in oriental style, is well organized even if it needs some restoration. Good SPA, good outdoor pool. Average breakfast. Below average restaurant for the quality of fish dishes. In Mazara del Vallo fresh fish is expected, prices too high for frozen foods.

At the moment we have not yet done any kind of experience, overall the place is nice, we are evaluating if it is possible to have a drink by the pool and how much it would cost. Waiting for further developments. We keep you updated.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the facility leaves much to be desired especially as it was very dirty. The spa center nothing like that, maybe for those who make a wellness program there for the first time may seem nice but I guarantee you that both the massages and the center in themselves are nothing exceptional. The sauna under the wooden slats hides heaps of dirt and hats that are unacceptable in such a place!

I went to the hotel exclusively for the wellness center. The place is very welcoming and the staff absolutely prepared. The rooms of the center are designed well and induce relaxation already from the entrance hallway. The pool is large and includes several zones used to tub, some unfortunately fails. Both the sauna and the Turkish bath are good. Finally, the emotional shower with color therapy and music therapy where, however, the water is ice cold. Area with herbal teas and apples kindly offered by the hotel. More than good value for money

I was the Valentine's Day bridge here with my partner. great food, total relaxation. beautiful room. ours gave on the sunset .... the only flaw too hot rooms. despite turning off the heater or lowering it continued to be hot ..... cmq all kind .... nothing to say

The structure is nice and the staff are friendly, but it leaves you wanting with some hydraulic disruptions: cold showers, dripping taps, blocked drainage in the spa showers. Furthermore not all of us were equipped with new towels, for example we received very old bathrobes. The fish-based menu was discreet, appetizer and second course, unlike the first one left to be desired, the clams were not very tasty.

Beautiful experience, exquisite staff, maximum relaxation, welcoming atmosphere, very clean room and maximum comfort. Highly recommendable ... we will definitely be back.

The management of Interlude Management is disastrous and above all it is not up to the four stars ... We arrive just before five without the welcome cocktail promised at the time of booking and in the room there is no linen in the bed and in the bathroom, after repeated insistence the maid arrives with some awkward linen, old, yellow and of poor quality, not to mention the shabby and battered bathrobes ... In the bathroom the shower door is broken and the fabric on the walls has several damp stains. In the evening the pool closes at seven and the use of all the sun loungers under the stars is prevented, if you want to spend some time in the fresh air in the garden the only possibility is to sit on the four sofas in the bar without cushions under a gazebo where there is not a breath of wind and no stars are seen.

Unique experience, I loved this place, they made us feel unique and pampered. However, I have to be honest, the Spa pool had parts where the mosaic had risen, so I risked hurting my feet several times because of the pebbles in the bottom, the structure would need maintenance, many things not they went .. it's a shame because they could raise their level by far.

Rooms (Deluxe) large and well-maintained, excellent bed, private parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent items.

I went to the spa with a coupon which also included a 30 minute massage. On the phone they did not inform me that I had to bring headphones and flip flops, even upon arrival I had to buy them!
Very crowded swimming pool, various sneers, sauna always full and very small. At the time of the massage I was hoping to relax and instead they force you to put on a paper thong (very embarrassing) and the masseuses were not very competent ... I didn't like it, I won't go back!

Nice resort with a normal spa center ... Ideal place for a weekend but definitely not for a longer holiday, given the lack of vitality of the place ...

You would expect more from a superior 4-star hotel. Structure to fix, like the rooms and the spa, unprepared and careless reception staff. Good restaurant instead. But for list prices it is below average.

After only two days I plan on returning with friends

Arrived at 14.45, made acceptance missing the light.we wait an hour the light does not come call enel .disdico and go away. (At 16.00 I had the spa) ps. Not even a hint of apology.

Great place to relax really welcomed us a young, motivated prepared, remember Mr. James, excellent person. We enjoyed the spa, cozy, well organized with specific times that avoid crowding. The cuisine is rare for a resort. We will be back soon

Beautiful the bathtub, the services leave something to be desired ..

Driven a bit by the photos that we know how many years ago they were taken and from the slightly higher price of the usual wellness centers we decided to book. Arriving at the venue, you believe you were in the wrong place because you will find yourself in front of a neglected, old and blackened structure. The staff must say that it is very kind and this makes a star earn as well as it earns the excellent food and service at the restaurant (even if the payment is for a fee). The spa is very small, the turkish bath was totally flooded and the dirt floated so we ran away, the sauna is better even if it can hold yes and no 4 people so if there is confusion forget it, the indoor pool also small but all in all nice . The thing that makes you miss so much are the rooms that I think have not undergone a modernization and refurbishment for a lot of years, unworthy dirty shower full of rust and limestone with water running out from all sides, phon that was bursting after two minutes , rather the heated mirror is nice to avoid tarnishing. I must say that I do not recommend expecting more

Returning from the vizier resort, a very relaxed weekend, excellent food, excellent staff, wonderful and spotless rooms, relaxed and silent Spa, beautiful and clean outdoor swimming pool, well-kept structure, congratulations to the staff who welcomes you and accompanies you for every day always. Staff very helpful, attentive and professional. They love their work and the structure in which they do it. The hotel is very nice and I am sure it will be extraordinary when the renovation is complete. Superb and welcoming rooms. Very good cuisine, with good fish and meat products and beautifully served.
Not only is there a very nice swimming pool but there is also a beautiful SPA, large and with several wellness services. For those who want the sea can reach it after a walk or in two minutes by car.

DO NOT GO! Seriously, such a waste of time. We travelled 45 minutes after reading reviews expecting to spend a nice pamper day. After arrival we were able to choose our treatments and were escorted to the spa area we were the told to purchase some swimming caps (first time that s ever happened to me at a spa) and were told that we had to wait over an hour till our treatments. Well surprise surprise the water was not working in the sauna and steam room. Very questionable for a...spa (because they didn t work period). The spa and hotel were seemingly falling apart from a lack of clients. Avoid at all costs.

Nice hotel with a great spa. Being outside the center of Mazara del Vallo it is not chosen for its location, but precisely for the services of the spa. Very clean, good food in the restaurant. All services and drinks are extra. The only flaw was the poor quality and quantity breakfast. to improve this aspect.

I gave a 5-night stay as a honeymoon for my family, and I must say that they returned home more than satisfied, and I even more than them in having booked you.

Bad hotel in absolute decay and dirty to say the least. 180 for a mini suite with a private jacuzzi on the balcony, but which has little private as you can see everything from the balconies above.
At least 20 years old hotel left uncared for. All rusty; carpet on the floor stained everywhere; broken and swollen furniture in several places; air conditioning with the control screen yellowed by the years; television without signal; dirty terrace, full of leaves, dust and bird droppings; blackened ventilation grid; window panes so dirty that you can hardly see outside; jacuzzi that literally falls apart. While using pieces they fell apart by themselves and other pieces were just missing. Called the maintenance technician for a piece that had come off and he put it back and left. Jacuzzi found at 38 degrees and unusable because it is too hot. Only in the evening did it hardly reach 35 degrees.
But the beauty was the breakfast: SELF-SERVICE BUFFET IN FULL EMERGENCY POST LOCKDOWN. Staff always with the mask down and customers inside the structure without the mask. On the food that I should have eaten 100 people will have breathed over.
And for a coffee? The automatic machine !!!! I don't know how old I am and never, not even abroad, have I ever found an espresso. There was not even milk, but the "milk-flavored drink" came out of the machine. Freshly squeezed orange juice, I don't know if it was the drink or the glass that smelled of rust.

The pool could be nice. But no: mosaic of the background that came off without even touching it; pieces of mosaic on the bottom; chairs rusty, broken and dirty with dry bird feces.
At the spa where we booked a massage, then canceled because expectations were zero, 5 employees stopped to observe us while we booked, all leaning with their elbows on the counter we hadn't even disturbed them from their Saturday afternoon in the games room; employees at the bar equally grouped to observe and gossip about all the guests. The only very professional and courteous guys at the reception, both day and night.
Money down the drain.
2-star hotel to be closed immediately and renovated, as it could have been beautiful 30 years ago when it was built.

There we found very nice beautiful 4-star hotel, the spa is wonderfully managed by very nice kind and professional girls, well-equipped gym, great restaurant, they also gave us the chance to bring our little dog, we spent a dream weekend in all relax. Excellent value for money
