Too good I'm happy with this resort and the best in the world

Really nice and well organized structure, while waiting for the delivery of the room we were entertained by the pool with aperitifs and all the comforts. Giacomo and all his staff very friendly and hospitable from every point of view. Very clean and totally efficient room. Very nice spa center and very helpful staff! We really enjoyed it. Compliments. To be redone as soon as possible!

Nice facility, so-so cleanliness and breakfast is not the best.
The correct rating is 3 and a half stars

2 days of relaxation, jacuzzi tub on the terrace, spacious room, too bad that in the background there is a carpet that is dirty and stained by time, the place is nice but it should be renovated, the signs of time are evident. Normal breakfast, without infamy and without praise. The restaurant is exceptional, you can eat very well and the staff are attentive, attentive and professional.

Beautiful place I give 5 stars only for the friendliness of the staff and do 3 for the SPA just because it needs maintenance. For the rest, I had a great time

A nice hotel with beautiful architecture. The context is not the best. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the muffled climate suitable for couples looking for complicity. The cleanliness of the Spa area has left something to be desired.

Wonderful four-star hotel, equipped with every comfort and rooms of excellence.

The staff is kind, competent, very available and prepared.
Suitable for families with children and wheelchair users.
If you want to spend a magnificent vacation, or moments of absolute relaxation, in a thousand and one night environment this is the right place.

Clean, elegant and qualified SPA staff. Unkind at the reception and incorrect in the economic proposals.

We were guests one day, I do not think we will be back, the complex is beautiful almost lovely, but overall the structure is very decadent, we did a path to the spa and also not so cheap, where there were broken showers, wooden strips detached with a leaked nail, water jets inside pool advertised in non-functioning photos, tiles of the same pool detached and left on the bottom, Turkish bath identical conditions, warm water, not to mention the outdoor pool with the same condition and stagnant water. The elevator hangs with us inside but we can get out. Broken doors etc. The day proceeds however in a great relax because the place is however beautiful, proceeding with the good dinner, that besides being very dear, has been with reduced portions and fish roasted in the same plate of the meat therefore with the same taste, the meter heard the complaint he goes to inform and never comes back. Well what to say over we will not be back! I give two stars for the courteous staff of the spa, the location, the taste of the dinner and the hydromassage of the spa, the rest needs a great restailing.

5 stars for: professionalism, availability, hospitality and friendliness. Guarantees quality / price. Excellent cuisine and impeccable service managed with special care by Giacomo who has made our stay a week of pampering and ... calories !!!
