comfortable rooms and beds, new amenities. not a great view, but it is near Termini and a short walk to most of Rome's best attractions
Spent 1 night on December 19, great hotel, close to the station, really super breakfast.
Great location close to train station and subway. Clean and had a great buffet breakfast for 7:50 euros or you could pay to have breakfast included in room rate.
For work reasons I had the opportunity to stay for the first time in this structure that I found very welcoming, well maintained, modern with a room of excellent level for cleanliness, spaciousness, quietness, wi fi system, with a new and well equipped bathroom . However, I would like to emphasize in particular an aspect that I do not always find in hotels and which I am pleased to highlight: attention to the customer. In this sense, I found much kindness shown by all staff at the reception is the one dedicated to the care services used for a meeting but especially one that operates in the breakfast area where, in addition to an excellent and varied buffet, I have met very professional, ready, kind, they gave all sorts of precautions (eg. coffee combined with something sweet and orange juice!) that rarely reflected in the hotel. Congratulations and thank you!
very good service, excellent room x its amplitude, cleanliness and comfort, only the refrigerator with little power so it does not cool much
Convenient location lacks shared outdoor spaces. I saw only conference room., Not rooms. Friendly bar staff
The room was very clean had all we needed. The breakfast was very good lots of choice. The location was great nears restaurants and attractions.
Great place to stay n Rome.
Elegant and welcoming
Small but well-attended conference rooms. The only problem is air change: badly positioned air conditioning so you can't breathe or freeze!
3 night stay in Rome and definitely a great hotel for location, quality and price. Would recommend and will be back :)
Clean and in a good location. Polite and helpful staff. A good choice.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast
Helpful staff and well kept rooms. No time to visit jacuzzi but they do have one if you need to relax. House red was good!
I'm still on the first day of a four-night stay. Let's see the other three. So far so good ...
Central, well connected a few steps from the termini station and from the places of tourist interest.
They have very good service, the staff were very kindly and serviceminded. The breakfast tasted good. The rooms were clean and have high standard.
Very good location, two streets from the Ternini train station. Good service and good rooms, some with terrace. Abundant and varied breakfast. Place to park at the door and unload suitcases for cars and buses.
Nice hotel
Nice comfortable rooms
Lunch was ok
Dinner was awful!!
This hotel is close enough to walk to the Colosseum as well as the train station, making day trips to other places quite easy to manage. The breakfasts are outstanding, served in an area at the top of the hotel, with Rome beneath you as you eat. The pool and exercise areas are upscale, quite wonderful. In the evenings you can enjoy a cool breeze from the rooftop bar.
Excellent central hotel of a good standard, always very friendly staff
Hotel close to Roma Centrale Station, which makes it easy to travel to other cities, port and airport. It is also close to Metro and restaurants. Modern and clean rooms with good breakfast. If you opt for capuccino or natural orange juice just ask the attendant to promptly bring it to the table. From there you can walk to the main sights.
Our first hotel on the tour. Very good. Great location. Loved it.
Great hotel! There was a case in the downtown area! Beautiful facilities and very good service!
Hotel 4 stelle in ottima posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Camere spaziose e pulitissime. Disponibile cellulare e lista x scelta cuscini. Letto comodissimo.
Sauna e bagno turco gratuito.
Non adeguato ad un 4 stelle, a mio parere, solo il ristorante. Ho usufruito della mezza pensione e, seppure i piatti erano buoni, la scelta era davvero poca.
Small room, which was a bit sloppy built. The rest was great!
Excellent hotel centrally located near the Termini station. Clean modern rooms .. Recommended for stays in Rome
location is ok but hotels staffs not helpful and not nice specially all front desk ladies staffs.
sent many emails to hotel but no reply! cannot rate this is a 4 stars hotel. Just a 3 stars hotel, Many better hotels around.
Reception area was messy, there are no queue for lining up so no one cares how long you have been waiting and who should serve first! Reception staff just served the person who just stand in front of them .... sounds so unfair.
I had the opportunity to visit this hotel for a couple of days.
Immersed in this road exceptionally busy by cars, buses, motorcycles, mopeds and many people and devoid of any kind of parking and / or stop, indeed provided with numerous road bans, in no way taken into consideration by the car population present and given the area is close to Termini train station.
Entering through a pair of sliding glass doors, I find a comfortable atmosphere, a kind and capable reception. I immediately realize that the structure is widely used for congresses through a display that indicates the numerous rooms for conventions. Marbles everywhere and beautiful paintings of various art, sometimes retro furnishings and others by famous artists of the 60s such as the curved lamps in Castiglioni style, but they do not always adapt to a structure that tends to lead to a more precisely classical style. It is however nice to note, in this soup of various arts, even if at times refined, some truly remarkable and significant pieces, which also make us glimpse through the true style and initial conpcet of the historic luxury hotel. The hotel is large and has a good amount of elevators. There are eight floors that can be attended. By my personal nature, I am not a true lover of cameras in plain sight and of all kinds and types (even if not really modern and of the latest technology) placed everywhere, great for hotel security and staff control, less for the privacy of the customer who might feel a little too studied and analyzed by these anonymous presences and shots in front of the room door that record any movement. A little less pleasure of relaxation, a little denied, for a customer who wants to relax and stay with mental tranquility, considering an intellectual maturity that a four-star plus hotel should reserve for its customers in the trust of the selected clientele and that he can afford, given the high costs reserved for these types of environments.
These, in fact, could create a state of anxiety and subjection to the customer and experienced as a constant perception of alienation. My advice for this good hotel would be to renew the technological conception of the rooms and make everything more discreet and invisible to the customer, since this inexorably lowers the level of perception of the customer of the lived atmosphere.
The right "Martina" room for a slightly 90s style of furniture. Under the TV, a PlayStation2, also a bit dated and without any joystick and / or controller, much less plugged into the power plug behind the tv, therefore only an inert and useless element. The views of the two windows are really terrible and hallucinating and scary, really very ugly, facing other buildings, separated only by a small courtyard filled with split for air conditioners.
They remind me of a large and famous hotel in central London, but there was a block on the transom windows.
2) Smoke a cigarette.
After several changes of elevators I find myself on the eighth floor, greeted by an excellent scent of fried fish, I find this terrace abandoned to itself.
There, I deduce, also live some people, belonging to the service staff, since after passing two large plants lying on the ground, I certainly find myself in front of a splendid panorama but surrounded by clothes hanging and electric wires hanging over my head.
This same evening I decided to also visit the restaurant for dinner. Friendly, helpful and empathetic staff. Excellent dinner in quantity and quality.
My personal rating is 4-- (four minus minus) with no pluses. Too bad not being able to write more having run out of characters available. But the review continues on the dinner, international breakfast, employees, various and possible, that the team leaders and managers should not underestimate.
So much had to be done.

Great stay in a great spot in Rome. Breakfast was a little average and could have been better value
I attended a business meeting. The temperature of the dedicated room was very low for the season. The brunch offered by the organizer has been reasonably good quality
Great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Nice room and bathroom and clean.
Excellent service at reception and breakfast!
I highly recommend it.
Nice hotel located at the convenient location near Roma Termini and Roma national museum.
Lovely place bang in the middle of Rome, could see the Coliseum from our room. Friendly and helpful staff who all spoke excellent English. Would recommend!
The parking lot did not enter the hotel parking lot for some reason. We were introduced to nearby paid parking lot as if there was no parking lot at the front desk. It was 35 euros per night, being guided to a parking lot that is similar to the example but difficult to understand. The hotel was clean but it was noisy with American group customers.
Very good hotel, service of ten and the perfect location
Very clean and the bed is comfortable! Would like to stay again next time!
It was very comfortable, despite the fact that the room is small. Good hotel location.
One of the most interesting hotel stays in Rome. Distant from the center about 15 minutes drive offers top quality rooms at very affordable prices to anyone. I always choose it for my trips to Rome and I recommend it absolutely to everyone
Well located, quiet rooms to be in the center of Rome
Rooms are of an average size, very clean and modern. Great value!
Convenient location, just 5 min walk to Roma Termini train station, and nice staff. Annoying internet since sign in is required every time you return.
This hotel's staff is terrible at their job. DON'T STAY HERE! My rsvp was changed, my family & I were left at the train station with nowhere to stay when we arrived in Rome. My original rsvp was for 1 night AUG 14-15. I got a confirmation email stating my stay was 12 AUG then another saying 13 AUG. Upon my arrival and attempt to check in there were no rooms available then they charged me for a night. Marco was cluelss and kept asking me to send emails, which I did but none were good enough to stop them from taking my money. Another e of hand tourist trap technique from a dishonest hotel. I thought the Best Western was a reputable brand that wouldn't try something like this but unfortunately I was wrong. If you go to Rome stay far away from these guys they're terrible.!!!
Kindness and cleanliness are the first impressions.
The location of the hotel is great it very central to the sights. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.
The hotel is close to the central station and has amenities like making a coffee in the room and warm bed, however I had a terrible experience of having booked and paid a night and upon arriving there in the evening they said that I had no reservation., They let me in the reception and they said there was no room other than pretending they did not understand what I was saying. I had to take a taxi to go to another hotel in a bad area and pay again to find out later that they made a mistake. They ruined my night in the city. Far from being 4 stars
very close to the station, but very quiet room (and large bed with solid mattress); rich breakfast of choice
It is the first time that I have used this Hotel with my wife to visit Rome and it will certainly not be the last. The Hotel is in a strategic position to visit the city both on foot and by public transport, all within walking distance. The structure is very beautiful with rooms equipped with every comfort, and excellent and rich breakfasts are served. We were particularly struck by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Hotel really worth trying.
Considerable hotel as "decent". A little dated, antique furniture. Discreet rooms. The mattress in the double tended to sink in the center of the bed; unacceptable!
Professional and quite courteous reception staff. Obviously, in a large hotel the direct relationship between customer and staff tends to be more formal and distanced than that of smaller structures.
Rich international breakfast with excellent quality products.
Very central location 5 minutes from Termini station.
The rating is only three stars because a hotel of this level should be more carefully furnished.
Unacceptable the tiles on the corridor walls of the floors at bust height; it was like walking into a butcher's shop.
Final judgment "fair" and summarily recommended even if at the same price there are more advanced facilities.
The staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner with attention to detail. Beautiful and well soundproofed room. Strategic position for every activity to do in Rome, both for work and for tourism .. You made a weekend in a very rainy Rome special. thanks a lot
Excellent, very comfortable and comfortable. Also super attentive employees. I will return for sure.
Great location - in the centre of Rome, 300 m far from Termini station (metro, trams, buses, trains). The staff is friendly and attentive here (both at the reception desk and in the restaurant). Everything is clean. Tea, coffee and kettle is for free in rooms. Breakfasts are tasty, there is a lot of food, but nothing special. WiFi is operating well. We did not use air conditioning (February). Some low-frequency, non disturbing noise comming through the open window. I cannot say anything bad about the hotel.
Excellent hotel within walking distance from Termini
Amuchina and safety everywhere, spacious room with all comforts and the buffet breakfast completes the stay perfectly. Air conditioning of which you can regulate the temperature yourself
Very nice older property, nicely updated. Comfortable rooms breakfast is a great value to start of your day. Great location as it is within a reasonable walking distance to many attractions and also a 5 minute walk to Termini.
Guest for a professional event, the structure is very convenient to reach a stone's throw from Termini station, the well-kept rooms and the kind staff.
Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff rooms (the deluxe very nice) large bathroom shower quite comfortable, only flaw the slippers, otherwise recommended
Nice hotel near Termini, central to almost anything.
Very friendly staff, specially front desk. Comfortable and clean room with a balcony/view. Definitely, will book again. Thank you
The location was perfect if you re ok with walking to all the attractions. Also the train station is very close. The problem with the hotel room is that the phone did not work and the internet was not high speed . When asking for a bottle opener I had to walk down to the front desk (because the phone did not work) and they directed me to the bar. At the bar the only had one bottle opener so I borrowed it and ran up to my room and ran down because it was the only one they had. Thank goodness my room was on the 2nd floor. But remember the lobby is 0 so technically it s the 3rd floor. Got my exercise tho!
Very nice and spacious suites . convenient location .
nice hotel, very close to Termini and public transport. surrounded by different types of restaurants which was nice. Hotel room was nice and clean. House keeping done good job cleaning the room. Breakfast is basic but good.
Fantastic hotel, good breakfast, sink drain smelt a little of drainage
So far so good. Only been here an hour and it looks and feels very professional. Well this has to be the best hotel we have been in our whole honeymoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Can assist with tours and information. Great buffet breakfast with chocolate fountain. Ideal location, walking distance to central train station and well within distance to tourist sites. Great room with great amenities.
A great hotel friendly and eager to accommodate the wishes of the guests.
The hotel is very close to the main train station in Rome and from there you can get to all the sights of the city, the metro, or the bus. The city center can also be explored on foot from the hotel.
Good welcome and excellent service from the operators. Good cooking
Hi I wanted to know if near this hotel there were courses for casting and advertising.
Because it is a hotel around Termini Station (train, subway, etc.), it is convenient for individual travelers. Because of the proximity of the station, pay close attention to your personal belongings when walking around.
Comfortable hotel, not far from Termini station. Good services, cleaning. Attentive and courteous staff
Very nice and with totally independent rooms because with private access! very good!
