Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and with all the comforts. There is a minibar, a safe and air conditioning. Breakfast is very good with lots of products. Staff prepared and kind. There is also a wellness center and restaurant. Wi-Fi is free

Excellent hotel!! Highly Recommend staying here! The entire staff is very very friendly and helpful! Helped us out on many things, from places to eat and transportation from place to place.

Very close to the Train and Bus station (Roma Termini) and many excellent restaurants! Easy to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and much more. The street where the main entrances at has lots and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Definitely try out the Amedeo Ristorante the is down the street to the right once you walk out of the hotel.

For costs that has very high ... no breakfast ... has disappointed me a lot. tiny rooms ... ... distracted staff to more than 400 for two nights with King room comfort I expected much more

Very good hotel. Room big enough, perfect bathroom. Sauna and steam room. A little noise due to the machinery of ventilation and air conditioning but it's because I sleep with the window open. I did not try the restaurant but the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Well placed in the center of Rome, ideal for visiting ...... discreet and friendly staff. Do not speak much French but it forces us to make an effort to speak Italian

Beautful hotel with very friendly staff. Exceptionally designed rooms. Although, air conditioning is only offered during certain seasons so just be mindful of when you go. WiFi is also spotty in some areas of hotel.

This hotel was a great base for our exploration of Rome. Situated near the Termini transport hub it allowed us to travel easily by bus, metro, train and tram. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and helpful. On any matter we needed answers they were keen to help and get us back on our way. The room was comfortable and relaxing and the breakfast menu was varied and fresh. We visited the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Catacombs of St Callixtus; we went to the opera which was fantastic and visited numerous museums and art galleries. The whole trip was a massive success and our accommodation at the Best Western Hotel Universo really helped to make it so enjoyable.

Our flight was delayed for hours getting to the hotel from Amsterdam. Obviously we were tired when we went to check in but we were told all the computers were down so we had to wait to check in even though it was almost 11 PM. Well waiting at the front desk two different gas came to say their keys were not working and one of the two returned a second time to say his key was still not working. The worker the evening we checked in was courteous and apologize for the delay. He offered to take a city tax off of our bill which was six Dollars per night. I later found out I was never going to be charged it to begin with.
While we were there there was a news story about people being overcharged at a local restaurant so when I checked out I asked for the bill so I could see the zero balance. I was told there was no way for them to print a zero balance or anything showing I had paid and would not owe any more money. This was rather troublesome because of the recent article the day before but even more shocking was how rude and arrogant the front desk employees were while I was attempting to get my bill.
The location is decent but the hotel room itself was very small.
The bad attitude and unprofessionalism John by the workers during the check out completely turned me off to the Best Western brand.

This is a great hotel. It is conveniently located. You can literally walk to the train station. If you are a tourist, then the Hop-on Hop-off bus tour pickup points are also at walking distance. Hotel has all the amenities, breakfast buffet had good variety. Rooms are excellent, properly maintained and just luxurious.

On Friday we got a family room for 3 nights quite spontaneously. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, and were happy to print out our return flight tickets.
The rooms were very clean and very nice, the room service was always in a good mood and thorough.
The breakfast was very rich, with fresh fruit and typical Italian cornetti, really delicious freshly brewed espresso and cappuccino, no coffee pot.
The service team from breakfast greeted us on the second day by name and with a happy smile on our faces, it was a pleasure to be your guests.
Grazie di tutto, alla prossima volta veniamo con tutta la famiglia e restiamo qualche giorni di piu.
Tanti saluti della famiglia

Beautiful hotel room and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is ideally located in Rome. The continental breakfast is 5/a head and you get a wide variety of choices.

Excellent hotel and very good location.

Excellent hotel and very good location.
The road along the railway is not pleasant, but certainly enough to move a block that changes everything. This hotel confirms it.
Friendly and helpful staff.
They offered us a coupon to use at the bar to make up for the delay in preparing the room.
Superior room with small terrace with a beautiful night view of Rome and the domes of the churches.
Very comfortable beds and pillow menu in the room.
A great 4 star

Sadly they dont look after best western members very much here - no upgrades and no real benefits at all - would actually say I wouldn't even bother trying the best western chain at all from now on.

Room wise, they are pretty small and only big enough for 1 person, you'll struggle to fit 2 people's suit case. The lifts here are also very small too.

To be fair this place, is in great location, is clean and has a mobile phone to borrow.

Overall though I am disappointed at the chain in general and I probably won't be staying at any best westerns from now on.

We went to Studio Samo for a web marketing event and I must say that the structure was exceptional. Outside it does not demonstrate internal quality. Everything is taken care of to the last detail and the furnishings are modern. The event hall is well structured and both the audio and the video are exceptional. The hotel is a stone's throw from the station and is therefore very convenient for meetings that require the movement of many people by train. Really great

Great

Good feeling of cleanliness and location.
Amenity (Toothbrush, shave, bathrobe) is not so much, so if you go to the feeling of a Japanese hotel, it may be for the price ....

Visited on the occasion of a conference.
Small conference rooms and cramped with no telephone signal. The coffee with croissants was good, not so was lunch

Hotel location a stone's throw from Termini station, in a quiet and not busy area, great for getting to the city center. Generally clean and cozy rooms but I stayed in a small room facing an inner courtyard. Excellent breakfast. Staff available and ready to respond to our requests.
