This is a great place to stay in Rome. Helpful staff, great room and air conditioning, nice breakfast. Only complaint was the theft of a kindle. Be sure you use the safe and put important, large things in locked luggage.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was perfect. Cleanliness and courtesy, cozy room and delicious breakfast. I advise

I attended a lecture in the "Annamaria" room. The sound system was impeccable, and there were screens in the middle of the room that replicated the one projected on a white screen. We were offered coffee, juice, biscuits etc. And even after the lunch buffet. The food and refreshments were good but not exceptional. The service is very good.

Very near to the Roma Termini rail station, organized, perfect for my business trip.

It is a very good hotel, the reception staff is hospitable and in particular Mrs Anna, it has a great advantage of proximity to the central train station of Rome or the airport shuttle is provided.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. A good breakfast service.

Pleasant and attentive staff which see to your any need. Clean and comfortable rooms. 5 minute walk from the metro, around a 20 minute walk to the colosseum. Plenty of nice little places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. 10/10 would stay again.

We only spent one night here but it was fantastic. They have a mobile phone in the room that you can take with during the day. What a winner. Audio guides, site locations, directions, shopping vouchers, calls.. etc. This was amazing and made our stay perfect. Also in a good location with plenty to do close by. Will definitely return.

I attended the hotel for a conference. The service was extremely kind and available, they solved any need we had. The hotel is 5m walk from Termini Station, definitely recommended.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Rome. Excellent staff, courteous and helpful.
The kitchen and the rate I paid for a complete lunch (from the first to the dessert) and for breakfast surprised me positively, I certainly couldn't have asked for anything better elsewhere.

Very good location, very very comfortable beds. I highlight the fantastic service and sympathy of Monica who received us every morning at breakfast, should promote it has a lot of potential, a greeting Monica from the three Spaniards. It would not be bad if they reformed the decoration of the hall and corridors of the hotel towards the rooms.

Very helpful staff except those at the reception. Good breakfast and food but very little choices for vegetarians. Centrally located and 3 min walk from Termini Station. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Good value for money hotel.

It is a hotel where I always come back for the quality of the rooms and the beds, in the Termini area I consider it the best. I don't give five stars because I think the quality of breakfast can be improved.

Plentiful buffet breakfast but omelettes cooked coarsely must invest more in the kitchen.

Hotel convenient to 3 steps from Roma Termini station. Equally convenient for the center, 1 meters from Via Nazionale ... Excellent value for money for location and service of the structure. Rooms quite large and very clean. Good wi-fi internet. Breakfast rich in variety, very abundant and of excellent quality.
Absolutely to be considered in the event of a stop in Rome

Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Rooms are small but not inconsistent with other hotels in Europe. The in room wifi is free but not reliable in every room.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini. The rooms are well furnished with very nice beds, but are a few degrees too warm, at least for me. Service has been very accommodating when I've needed anything (ie spare key, extra pillows, directions to good restaurants).

Very good, less than ten minutes walk from Termini station, clean. In some rooms the soundproofing of the fixtures must be improved.

The service is superb. They are near to everything and there are a good breakfast.

They have a lender cell phone in each room that is a serious perk of the stay. The rooms are great also.

It is not the first time that I stay at this structure for work that is easy to reach, very central, with qualified, attentive and competent staff. Always tidy and clean rooms, abundant breakfast and with a wide choice. Too bad I do not have a great breakfast in the morning.

Some rooms are too small and it is noisy. The staff is charming

Only problem you have to pay a capital tax at the end off your stay we had three nights and payed 12 euros per night 36 .00.

Close proximity to central station is really good, rooms are clean and good but little small... breakfast was little above average..

This hotel is very nice, I spent one night, and the service was great. The rooms are very good equipped. It is very close to Roma Termini if you need to take a train early in the morning.

Nice hotel, friendly nice and extremely helpful staff, a few flaws on the cleaning staff that leaves something to be desired, but something that can be remedied, a great restaurant and you eat very well in the super arrival .. Located a few steps from Termini station for tourists facilitates movements, exiting in via Cavour you reach the Colloseo and piazza Venezia in 15 min on foot ... Super

Excellent hotel, clean, well-kept rooms and very friendly service. Breakfast with a rich buffet variety. Bars with beautiful surroundings and good prices. Location central, very close to the train termini station and 10 minutes walk from the Fontana di Trevi. Unique downside, street noise heard in the rooms and perhaps the feeling of a degraded area

I was SO pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We arrived early, not expecting our room to be ready as it was a busy Saturday in Rome, but they were able to get us in right away. The rooms are average size, but the bathroom is massive by European standards--and with a rain shower! Not to mention a furnished terrace in our 7th floor room, also with amazing views! Everything is extremely clean and we'll appointed. Definitely recommend; this hotel is lovely.

As soon as we arrived in the hall we breathed an air of cordiality and sympathy. From the outside we enjoyed the Christmas spirit with the wonderful hotel decoration lights. We found ourselves in an "international" atmosphere thanks to the multi-ethnic presence of the guests. What to say ... the thing that impressed me was the water that slid over my body that didn't want to stop enjoying this feeling ... the icing is the courtesy phone for internet calls etc.

Awesome; courtesy and professionalism. They gave us an early check and gave us free giving us a room of a higher level than the one booked. We also received a FREE 2-hour late check-out. Absolutely GREAT!

A nice hotel, I often go there for work and have always enjoyed it.

the biggest selling point is near the train station. Bath tub is dirty, no soundproof (you can hear the TV of the next room), no window in my room while the thermostat can t be controlled, looks new but the room design (including the hot tub) is ridiculous!!!!! not a 4-star hotel and not recommend!

Location is nice and front friendly. The breakfast seemed to be rich but the taste was plain.

Pleasant room and polite and friendly staff, however the breakfast was not great - a wider variety would have been better.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Termini Station and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious! The window overlooking the street provided us with a much-needed breeze.

On the other hand, the air condition was not working and the first night we couldn't handle the heat. Also, there was a 5 euro/p.p. charge for the breakfast which we didn't know about. It's not much but I think it can be included in the price.

All in all, if I were to go back to Rome, I would choose this hotel again!

Great stay, excellent breakfast. Fitness area, sauna and Turkish bath included in the price.

Having said that ... last time I asked for more attention on the breakfast buffet and today everything was perfect !! Really beautiful !!

This is a great hotel in the middle of everything and super close to Termini Station! I love, love this hotel for its value, convenience and very friendly staff. We just arrived from Paris at 10am and normally, their check-in time is at 3pm. However, a couple of weeks before I emailed them to let them know that we are going to check-in early. And to request that our room have balcony. They did exactly what we had requested and checked us in at 10am :)! The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was sparkling clean and we had an amazing view of the City. I highly recommend this Hotel when you want to maximize your stay in Rome and if you want to stay at the heart of the City. The breakfast was also outstanding and the Hotel itself was very clean :). We are very happy with our stay in this hotel and will not hesitate to book this again when we come back to Rome :)!

Good hotel with good service and location. Close to the subway, you can walk to all major attractions. Windows overlook a quiet street. Comfortable bed, great mattress. Very good restaurant with delicious breakfasts. Safe area. Walk safely.

Triple room is nice and clean with a balcony. It is very quite too. Hotel also provided Lindt chocolate balls as Christmas treats. There is a Huawei smart phone is provided to use during the stay. Internet local phone or even international calls are free but we didn t try. It says $5/day for using the phone as mobile hotspot. Supermarket Coop is next to it where we buy water from. Many restaurants around and we went one Chinese restaurant with very reasonable price often. Taxi is fixed price to CIA $30 or FCO $48 and taxi stand is right in front of the hotel (hotel charges more). Only complaints are, the room air conditioning may not work and wash room exhaust fan didn t work, glad we can open the balcony door to exchange air. Overall, a good stay.

We love staying at this hotel. It is centrally located. It has a staff that treats their guests in a professional and friendly manner. Their breakfasts are plentiful and have enough of a variety to suit the tastes and needs of their diverse guests. Their rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Very convenient to go to the station. Many services available. Also many groups.
