They think they are the best, but this is certainly not the case. They are quite happy to lie to get a sale to go through. Over and over again they would say one thing and then change their mind, just as the sale was about to go through the person who was delegated to complete the paperwork took a few days off and no-one knew how to find the documents. They seem nice enough, but are not trust worthy. Avoid them if you can.
It seems incredible but the treatment was the worst I have received, especially from Xisca, in contact for an apartment, we decided on a day for the visit, the SAME day of the visit I call to confirm and they tell me about a problem with the apartment, yes No I called just wasting my time they said we'll be back in touch it disappeared into thin air don't you want my money Ok I give them to another agency :)

I did contact them for a resolution, consistently for at least 2 months. They did not help in any way and eventually took to ignoring me completely. I would like to reiterate that, because of them, I lost over 1500 and a lot of time / upset. Steer clear of this company.

I rented an apartment in Palma through Balear Invest in 2013. When we were negotiating the rent they did little to earn the fee (1 month rent + IVA), apart from mediate between the landlord and me.
However what really makes me rate them as a 1 star is that since moving out I have been having big problems with my landlord. She will only speak to me via Balear Invest, yet Balear Invest are not returning my calls or helping in any way.
I would recommend against using them as they will not help with any problems you may have with the apartment/house.
They contacted us to manage the sale of our apartment, after several attempts they told us that a client had contacted them to buy our apartment. Indeed, very well: -they sold it- we signed the sale and their commission was deducted directly from the sale price and then they definitively disregarded the notary efforts and legal protocol. The buyer's lawyer put a couple of problems when completing the paperwork and they no longer wanted to help us. After several attempts to speak to the office manager (it seems as if she were the owner, her name is Antonia), she was already unpleasant with us and to the limit of bad manners, she was noticed that she had done the business, period. On the other hand, the commercial (Mrs. Candy) was much nicer, but of course her work had already ended in the sale and she didn't help us either. If they had collaborated, the steps and minutes that the other lawyer charged us would not have been necessary. Even so, it seemed to us that they could have helped us because more than 20,000 Euro commission was charged. WE WILL NOT ENTER THIS OFFICE AGAIN !!!

Completely disorganised. I was given an appointment to see an apartment and had to wait nearly an hour for the agent on-site. Head office had no idea about anything. Never seen anything like it.
Terrible service, I spent days calling to make an appointment and look at one of their floors and they wrote down my data but they didn't call. When they finally deigned to call, the woman who called me gave the impression that she didn't want to show me the floor, she had an arrogant and sarcastic voice, very unfriendly, she began to interrogate me worse than the CIA as if she believed that I am a criminal , that I am lying to him or that I do not have to pay the floor, I asked up to 4 times the same and in a mocking tone. It is the first time that happens to me that just to make an appointment and look at a floor I have to go through inquiry, he just needed to send me with a psychologist, ask me for blood tests or go through the polygraph. I know that everyone wants to find good tenants and that sometimes they have had bad experiences, but I don't think that this is the right way because they only make people get terrified.
