All I wanted was some good BBQ that wasn't N. Carolina based. There BBQ is closer to Texas Pit or Kansas City BBQ. Great BBQ, go check it out.

Great pulled pork. Cole slaw was good. I liked the tie in to the history of the area.

I love this place. Food is always great and the staff is always friendly. I drive over an hour just to get here for food.

One of the best treats I have when visiting this area is the world class BarBQ. I ate here a few times on my last visit. All of the food is excellent. Food comes out quickly, hot and delicious. Plus several different types of sauces. Chicken or pork, doesn't matter both are great. Reasonable prices, very friendly staff and large outdoor picnic area.

Needs to be bigger because this place is awesome but be prepared. Everyone knows how good it is and seems to stop coming and going. Although the line moves quickly, you might want to be prepared.

Fantastic bbq! The food came out so fast. Best brisket we have had in a long time. We would drive from norfolk for it again anytime.

Went to Outer Banks on vacation stop there for dinner and it was the worst barbecue I've ever tasted the food was cold and the coleslaw was hot asked them to substitute for chicken tenders and they told me no it's not their fault that their no good

Very good barbecue, enjoy stopping there sometimes when we're coming back from nags Head. But this is another case of really horrible covid-19 compliance. Staff and patrons walking all through the dining room with no mask at all. This does not set a good example of the standards of this company.

Delicious Carolina BBQ. They staff was helpful as we had a large group order on our road trip through Currituck. The food was delivered as ordered and was so yummy! I highly recommend this spot especially if enroute to or from the beach.

Love this place. We pull a camper to Hatteras a few times each summer and the parking area makes it an easy in and out. The food is always quick and fresh tasting! If you get a chance try the banana pudding, it is a family favorite!

This place has great food. Also, it has an awesome outdoor eating area with clean bathrooms. Good place to stretch your legs, let the kids run around, go to the bathroom, and get some kickin' BBQ while on your way to and from the beach.

Best bbq from Yorktown, VA to Currituck County. All food s great, pound of Burnt ends are a must on every visit

I specifically drove here to get the burnt ends which I was craving for days. This place is about 30 min away but well worth the drive! We got the burnt ends, ribs, brisket sandwich and a kids hot dog. The portions are filling (and then some) and everyone devoured their food! We will be back! Oh! And we got peanuts to eat on the car ride back before we ate our lunch and they were so fresh! Our 4 year old is already requesting a big tub next time. :)

Cheap and great bbq. We had the brisket baked beans fries and bbq and it was all great.

Currituck BBQ was a huge hit for my daughters wedding, fed almost 100 people w/o breaking the bank. We opted to have food delivered and set up by Currituck BBQ, but rather than have servers provided, we had help keeping trays full for a self serve buffet, which everybody loved. Best tasting and most affordable in the area!!!

It's one of the best places to get Carolina BBQ. You can Chicken, Ribs, Carolina pulled pork and brisket. You can eat in indoors and out as well as take out. It's on US route 158 in Curituck, NC, minutes away from Kitty Hawk.

Above average BBQ. Portions are somewhat small for prices paid. Pulled pork was a bit mushy. Burnt ends were very good.

Best food I've had all week, only negative is not finding it earlier to have visited more.

I got the BBQ chicken sandwich. The BBQ was rotisserie chicken- it was so moist and not over sauced. The sweet potato casserole was incredible. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Good portion sizes, great prices, highly reccomend!

Don't leave the Outer Banks without stopping here for some of the best BBQ - all styles - in North Carolina.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER.....stood in line for 30 minutes...then after i ordered waited another 25 minutes for A LB OF BBQ and a pint of coleslaw...finally i approched the counter and asked what was taking so long...a bunch of youngins running this restauranr with ATTITUDES down to popping lips and rolling eyes...VERY RUDE!! take my advice and stay away!!

We usually stop by on our way to and from OBX for lunch. BBQ is plain awesome and you have to try the sweet potato casserole. Clean facility and friendly staff make this a must stop!

I love BBQ and this place will not be a must stop at place when I go to and from the Norfolk airport to the OBX. The brisket is so good and the North Carolina BBQ sauce makes its even better. I used them to cater our rehearsal/welcome party for our wedding.

the sweet potato mash stuff is on another level although the briskett ends were very salty this is a nice place to eat at.

My crew was working in the area. I visited this place and ordered lunch for ten members. The staff was courteous and assisted with carrying the food to my vehicle. Ohhhh, the barbecue was the best in North Carolina.
