Good hotel, good food, clean neat and close to everything. I do not find staff friendly, and the room is medium

I visited him for a conference and I must say that the impact was positive and was confirmed over time. Really well-kept and trendy environments, luxury, excellent both breakfast and lunch ...... really hotel to keep in consideration.

Very close to the central train station (Termini), easy walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon and other ancient sights. It's not too far from the Vatican either. I was pressed for time, so I took a cab instead of walking, but the cab ride was under 20 euros. The great feature of this hotel is that as a guest you get a free smartphone to use while visiting. It has tourist sights etc programmed in. It was great for using for directions etc.

My room smelled horrible. It's cramped. The bed is like a brick. But for one person at the front desk, they were rude. I had to stay in Rome an additional night, so I understand I could not be accommodated due to there being no availability. I stayed at a nearby hotel and regret I tolerated staying at Universo. The breakfast is low quality with instant coffee. It was clean...I can say that much.

Location was convenient and was clean room, and was able to stay calmly. The staff also felt good. I do not understand Japanese, but it is OK if I can speak English. You can feel better if you speak some Italian! Moth

Work conference. It looks very large and well organized to accommodate multiple conferences. Well equipped and equipped rooms. Very good catering service and good service. I don't know the prices but I don't think it's really cheap ..

Close to the main station is the only pros, I can hear noise and sound outside the hotel till night. And the room is clean but wet.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Very good breakfast to start your day.

I was hosted in this hotel where my expectations were really high ...
It's not that I was totally satisfied but obviously it's a special time for everyone.
The staff is at the top, perhaps a little less than the cleaners where I found some flaws, not common by best western standards, the food barely reaches enough but they compensated with the kindness and friendliness of the dining room staff.
Surely if I had to choose it I would think twice given the wide choice of Rome.

Very good hotel, in the center next to the Railway Station, with fantastic breakfast, must try it costs 9 euros per person always the buffet full, I have stayed at other hotels but that was unprecedented. Clean polite staff and good. Vale la pena visitarlo

Large rooms equipped with all comforts. There is no shower but a bathtub. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied: I recommend the filled croissants and cakes.

Amply breakfast buffet, comfi beds, sauna and equipped fitness. Well situated.

The room was a decent size, and while the close proximity to Roma Termini meant being surrounded at times by some less than desirable people, I felt pretty safe and felt the location was ideal for getting around by public transit. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and I would definitely stay again.

We spent 4 nights in this nice hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, the room 319 was nice & clean, had a mini-fridge. Perfect location.

A short holiday in Rome during the holidays, a welcome return to the capital. Comfortable hotel near Termini station, friendly staff who are also available to provide advice on tours, accurate half-board service, from breakfast to dinner. Clean rooms with WiFi. Recommended!

Our room had a great size, plus a perfect arrangement of furniture. Nice location close to good restaurants, metro and sights. With a taxi stand at the door of the hotel. We had difficulties with our air conditioning which throughout our stay did not work diteito. Biggest negative: there is no breakfast included, you must pay separately

Positives - Great location. Only 10-15min walk to the Colosseum. Nice modern double bedroom. Fridge in the room. Maid service good. 3 breakfast.

Downsides - You can hear everything going on around you. Light switches being turned on and off in the rooms next door. Doors slamming. People talking in the street below...and we were 3 floors up. The restaurants across the road emptying their glass bottle bin at the crack of dawn. Wouldn't stay here again. Definite no no if you're a light sleeper.

Great location! close to Termini station, great service. We loved having a little fitness center, we used it 2x per day because we couldn't run in the streets

The first night the room was not the one we had booked, but the next morning we talked to the person in charge and they gave us another one. The location in termini is ideal for the amount of public transport. The breakfast room is small at rush hour, Yes, the breakfast is very complete although the juices are not natural, and the coffee is self-service.

Good hotel for both business and tourist customers. Small but comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The pluses are the location and the "free" smartphone that is a bit superfluous for the European customer, but for the non-EU one it is certainly a gem.

Good customer service; nice location accessible within walking distance to major points of interests; modern amenities in every room; very comfortable linen; and exceptional breakfast buffet. As for one reviewer who identified the breakfast buffet as "mediocre," that's simply an unfair and inaccurate statement. There are generous hot and cold food options at the buffet, and everything was delicious! The vast majority of future guests will have a pleasant experience.

This is a stylish hotel, clean and well equipped. The room I stayed in was like a clean, narrow and concise 1R atmosphere. A full-length mirror is attached to the door that separates the toilet and bathroom, making it convenient to prepare yourself.
The toilet on the lobby floor is large and clean, and there are several places to sit down.
There was a tong on top of the toaster at breakfast and I got a little burned with a hot tong. I think it would be better to improve because it is dangerous.
It is also attractive that there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it is a convenient place.

Excellent hotel, not very recent as a structure but nevertheless renovated with care.
I stayed in a Comfort room: very spacious with a large king size bed, well soundproofed, modern and functional furniture, large bathroom with shower, all the comforts one would expect to find.
Attentive and friendly staff. Very rich and quality international breakfast.
Convenient location for Termini station, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Excellent hotel! We stayed in a two story apt ... very nice ... amazing breakfast! Very well located for those who travel by metro ..... very close to the station! From the front and around to souvenir shops and restaurants ... the heating of the hotel does not go beyond 24 degrees ... enough not to feel cold ... Well worth it! Everything that was in the fridge was of free consummation and Free! Every day they rebuilt ....

The room was very small I felt clusterphobic. The 4 stars are for the location its well placed in the city center.

Very well placed. The rooms are good. Shame not to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival. Beware of room 112 which is very noisy because next to the general piping.

Very comfortable hotel with splendid meeting rooms. Easy to get to from the termini station, close to the underground and the termini station. The meeting rooms are many and of various sizes. Attentive and very kind staff. The rooms are of a good standard, adequate for the stars.
