Very modern hotel near the motorway and motorway exit. Spacious conference room.

Very convenient hotel because close to the train and metro station. Spacious rooms, well furnished and clean. Breakfast with a wide range of sweet and savory. Coffee, cappuccino or tea are to be ordered from waiters. The stay included dinner: this was a fixed menu (daily variable), we still found it enjoyable.

Very kind staff, very comfortable room and a strategic position a stone's throw from Termini station and the Colosseum, I highly recommend it!

Ideally placed to explore Rome staff accommodation and food excellent - would stay again ..

Room quite comfortable. I could hear the sounds of the bathroom upstairs as if someone else was in my bathroom. The neon on the headboard of the bed also flashed when turned off. Good cappuccino, the rest of the normal breakfast. overall I would say a little below expectations

It's a comfortable, quiet hotel with good breakfast. The hotel is surrounded with nice restaurants
And near shopping areas. Very accessible to Rome Termini for going by train to other cities in Italy.
The bed is the most comfortable in all hotels I've stayed in. Just don't have the room with the smallest
shower area, you can't even bend to soap your legs. Be careful of the slippery bathtub, if you are given.

Very nice Hotel. Very clean, well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient (walking distance and train) to everything. A few blocks away from the Roma Termini (main station to/from FCO). Food & Gelato everywhere (hey, this is Italy) and shopping is not far. I would definitely go back.

Impeccably managed hotel. I had my reservation managed by Nicola. Really friendly and professional guy. Rooms perfectly soundproofed and equipped with every comfort. A few steps from the station it is ideal for business trips, meetings and pleasure! I hope to come back soon!

Our prime considerations for our first night in Italy were a place that was convenient to the train station and that would be comfortable and familiar. The Best Western fit all three. We were able to rest in quiet and comfort. There were good restaurants nearby. The check in and out process was quick. And the breakfast was reasonably priced, with varied choices and abundance. A good place to get your bearings before enjoying the Italy experience.

We had a great experience here; the rooms are comfortable, the location is walking distance to many sites, the staff is courteous, and the price-value is on point. Two of the most important aspects of the room - the mattress and the shower - exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also well-kept. Special thanks to Roberta for being so helpful - we enjoyed our loft-style room!

I stayed with my husband in this hotel from 3 to 5 August 2017 for our wedding anniversary and we were very satisfied. Elegant and comfortable rooms, excellent international breakfast and very friendly and nice staff. Strategic position for those arriving by train.

Room ok but a bit small. Very good equipment. Soundproofing perfectible. Very good restoration at the beginning of the stay, the last meal was catastrophic.

I was thinking long time before I booked this hotel. I wanted a nice room with terrace/balcony nearby Termini, reviews are mixed so I hesitated a bit but finally I chosen this hotel. The superior king room was very nice and clean, airy bathroom and good shower, and the main point, a terrace overlooking the Santa Maria Maggiore bell tower and domes. I was very happy about my choice and fortunately the room was very very quiet!
Breakfast was a very good treat, huge selection, I couldn't even decide what to have. Also the staff was very effective, they were constantly wandering next to the counter checking if something needs to be refilled.
The only one disappointing point was the check in. The guy who managed to find our booking was unfriendly and rude. First he didn't find our booking, I even gave him my phone with the confirmation, I don't know what happened but all of a sudden he found it and just said this: "-Passports!" Strange expression welcoming guests.
Fortunately the room was ready so only this fact saved this disappointing check in experience.

Request a double room we have two beds pushed together that during the
night they obviously parted continuously, but the saddest thing at 8:00 in the morning a nice hammer that repeatedly knocks on the wall ... we knock on the reception that with a stupid excuse we are sorry maybe it will be the building next door ... but I 112,00 in this hotel for what would I have paid? Lucky to have paid only 1 night

Nice room and nice bathroom, my room is on the inside and it's very quiet. Improved breakfast, coffee and cappuccino from a machine, good but not exceptional brioches

Welcoming hotel for conference. I was there for a 2 days conference. Service reliable !

Great location, with a lttile larger than usual size King rooms. We used our Best Western points and the six of us stayed for two nights in three rooms . The rooms were a little larger than most chain European hotels and the bathrooms were quite nice and large. We had king rooms on the sixth floor. We had to call about the A/C not getting below 72 degrees but that is just our thing. To most it would have been more than acceptable. The staff did respond as best they could by sending someone to the room to check on it twice. Thank goodness we've learned to travel with a small fan.

Highly recommend this Hotel. Location was nice and the staff excellent. All clean and organized. I was here for Vacation and all i can say is wow, i wish all the services they gave was a standard across the world. From the helpful people a the from desk all the way to the Bar / Restaurant attendants. All extremely happy and helpful. They had so many extras that should be mentioned. The free Cell phone usage during your stay with free Local and long distance calls is an extra that I was not expecting. For someone who wants to use the phone while site seeing, it is great and the apps are helpful with using GPS to get around town, be it by Bus, Metro or just simply walking around.

Thank you so much for an extremely satisfying vacation, your the Best in my eyes.

Beautiful Clean convenient for the station, good breakfast, with abundant and quality food, beautiful rooms very well maintained, prices in line with those of Rome

This hotel is in a quite good location, not the best but far away from busy streets but close enough to walk to all the major tourist attraction within a 0.5 - 1.5 mile distance going West. Very importantly we chose this hotel because it was close to the central train station so we didn't need to lug our luggage too far away and it's a 4 star hotel. The lobby was clean and compare to many hotels in Rome it looks good. Only reason we gave it only 3 stars is because of the hotel room since we originally requested a junior suite but due to being overbooked they stuck us in a standard room. Seem like many hotels were fully booked the week we were there. Oh well at least they did adjusted our cost accordingly so hotel was still trustworthy of a 4 star hotel. If we had the junior suite, this might be a 4-5 star for us. But all in all the hotel was quite good for 4 days in Rome. Couldn't wait to get home though.

Excellent hotel in the center of Rome located near the Termini station and near the metro stop.

hotel well placed (everything on foot), clean, very good staff (french speaking), a bit noisy (hallway), PDJ rather good, good address.

The room reserved for the training activity purchased was normal. The participants' stations are not too generous for robust people or even simply with bronze measurements. For the rest, the staff was kind and available for information requests.

Excellent 4-star hotel deserved seventh floor room not huge but very accurate in detail and clean, including a large terrace with deck chairs and table! A stone's throw from Termini station ...

There is a near you. The surrounding area is safe with many people even at night.
But the air conditioner falls down. It's rattled.

BEWARE! Very disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The reception, Luigi, had the most disgusting and condescending attitude. He was very rude and short-tempered. Would not recommend if you seeking basic customer service!

Everything perfect, limpo and a lot of professionalism. To put something negative the room something small, but on the other hand had an unbeatable terrace.

Very antiquated, outdated room. Dirty. Sink and shower were both clogged hard. Location was good but that s about it. Would not recommend. Also room was very small and tight.
