Nice hotel. Great location. Grand restaurant and heritage property.

Five stars hotel ,located near the lake ,with breath taking view ,plus they have excellent service.

Very nice old building with renovation backlog, too bad

The restaurant ambience is very, very nice, the old ceilings, the lighting and the subtle decoration make it look very romantic. Not loud, not too close.

The staff was very competent, attentive, friendly and motivated. To feel as a guest that they all enjoy doing their job is no longer a matter of course, big compliments!

The dinner was excellent and very pleasing to the eye!

We were really pampered from the beginning to the end and had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

Very nice hotel with an innovative concept. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Great location right on the lake. There is a star deduction for the very manageable wellness offer and for the price.

I don't think so!
With all the sophistication of this hotel (from the welcome of the guests, the food served here, to the comfort of the rooms - especially those overlooking the promenade and the lake), you only need a "thick" wallet or a golden VISA card and feel and all the beauty of this place.

In the hotel video you arrive - the car keys are removed from one of the car keys and the luggage is unloaded. Nothing - only after a long wait someone came out of the hotel to help us.
We had booked two rooms, the porter left a suitcase in the middle of the aisle and pointed his hand in the direction of the end of the corridor and said these are your rooms.
Sauna area made very nicely. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice, only with the cheese and ham selection you would expect more than standard quality at 5 *.
The booked menus were plentiful and very good. Service consistently very courteous. Hotel bar well sorted. The location right by the lake is very nice - you can't hear anything from the traffic thanks to the soundproof windows.
The invoice was not correct on departure, but was then corrected. Overall, a nice hotel for the star category one expects more.

This is truly a 5-star hotel! It is stylish, classy and elegant. Yes, the cost is high, but, Lucerne is an expensive place to visit. The hotel is centrally located in downtown. You can grab a map of the tram/bus routes and jump on very near the hotel. You could easily walk to the Lucerne central train station. Buffet breakfast is served in an elegant ballroom and selection and quality of food is outstanding!

5 star European hotel. Historic, pricing and best to drop in for tea or lunch unless you have something left after buying out your high-end watches. Lovely location but $$$$$ for 5*

Was a wonderful weekend in this hotel. Everything is wonderfully luxuriously elegant and, above all, gives you the feeling of warmth, you feel welcome. It was a birthday present for my 40 from my oldest son. I heartily recommend it.

Nice place to chill in afternoon with coffee or beer

This is a very historic hotel. Many celebrities have stayed there. Once all the VIPs enter the room, they will see or hear some special decorations, which means that the celebrities who have stayed in the same room have what brilliant achievements.

We only enjoyed the terrace bar, but it was very nice. The location on Lake Lucerne is wonderful, the staff nice and courteous, the "little things" from the kitchen delicious. Gladly again!

The food was excellent and we had an extremely attentive staff who looked after us very well. The oval tables were a bit unfortunate because we (10 people) sat a little far apart. Everything else perfect.

It is one of the best locations for Luzrin hotels, the service is good, the rooms are air-conditioned and there are options in capacity, the bathrooms are acceptable,

Ice coffee in the Schweizerhof is not ice coffee to drink! We didn't know that as guests and were nevertheless asked to pay for a mug with 3 scoops of coffee-flavored ice cream! An impudence! The service staff was very rude, portrayed us as stupid and thought you should explain what an iced coffee is. For us it had nothing to do with 5 stars. Pity!

I was there for a few days for a congress. Modern orientation, friendly staff. Clean (of course). Nice wellness area. You feel really comfortable.

Very good cuisine. Original restaurant set up on an old paddle steamer. Nice and attentive staff.

We expected more from the anniversary menu. We were there with friends, we all had the same opinion, it was okay, but nothing more. Above all, the fillet was a disappointment, very bland in taste, little sauce. Wouldn't come back because of the menu.

One of my favorite hotels in Switzerland there is no hotel that offers as much as the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne. It certainly won't get boring. Whether dancing Concerts Carnival (Carnival) or a place to retreat The Hotel Schweizerhof has something for everyone. The staff is very friendly, the food is a dream - and you immediately feel in good hands, the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne radiates a calm and cozy atmosphere from a different holiday experience - let yourself be surprised

We were staying at a different hotel, but had a fantastic afternoon here after a long day on Mt. Pilatus. The drinks were so refreshing and the environment was welcoming, elegant, yet relaxing.
