The best hotel in the world. I was so lucky that I got the balcony spot and it was winter so it was so perfect! I don't know why but I loved the seats inside the elevators. Unfortunately, I skipped my breakfast because of a blood nose since it was winter and it was dry! Next time I go to Lurzen, Switzerland, I will stay at this hotel again. I highly reccomend this hotel if anyone is travelling to Lurzen, Switzerland.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the prime location. The lake view is super beautiful. It takes a different look during the day and night and early morning. It is well worth staying for one night. The breakfast was a lot of yuan and it was delicious.

WOW! This has it all. Superior room with large space & King size bed with extra- Balcony view of the Lake and Mountain! Close to everything food and retail.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. Our room overlooked the lake and everything was fantastic from the accommodations to the food. We would stay there again.

Chic hotel in a prime location with attentive service

Location, ambience and service great. Hotspot for presenting cars from the upper to the luxury class. The aggressive pigeons, which peck on the tables and from the plates and are almost impossible to drive away, are less great.

Good food and friendly service. Location on the main road unfortunately not really great, a bit noisy ... All in all, it was great!

Unfortunately, we cannot rate the hotel as we did not stay. (However, we only hear good things).
We were invited to dinner in the adjoining restaurant and it was very impressive. Excellent food, great wine, professional service and a cozy atmosphere. All around perfect, it was a nice evening.
We will definitely be pampered there again!

The food was excellent and we had an extremely attentive staff who looked after us very well. The oval tables were a bit unfortunate because we (10 people) sat a little far apart. Everything else perfect.

This is a beautiful historic hotel. It provides all the updates necessary to maintain modern comforts while preserving the authenticity of the original architecture and feel. The members of the staff and the hotel managers are all very accommodating and professional. This has become one of my favorite hotels in the world along with the beautiful city of Lucerne, Switzerland.

Location is perfect. The hotel rooms have a nice design touch, I just wish there was a real shower and not just a bathtub.

Fab fab fab! We stopped for cocktails. The staff were great as was the ambience. A very special place to sit and people watch. Lovely clean toilets and a great cocktail list. A really grand hotel in a very central location.

The hotel is very well located, next to the train station, in the heart of the city. There are snack bars, markets and bars around. In addition, the hotel is extremely comfortable and well maintained.
