Great hotel with a music theme
Going out of the restaurant is a good place for shopping
There are many specialty restaurants and shops on the shore of the lake
It is said that every room has been lived in by celebrities
The books in the room have relevant records~see which room you live in
The rooms are comfortable, elegant and well-equipped with Lucerne Swan Lake outside
It is recommended to take a walk by the lake early to see the swans

Very good accommodations. Has room to improve on customer service. Restaurant needs more server during peak breakfast. Variety of cheeses offered but no standout. No smoked cheese.

Attended Sylvester Ball. Food great. Entertain well. Yes ... Exorbitant prices. Sorry but for so much money you can expect more. After the gala dinner the table was cleared and we spent the rest of the evening standing for at least 5 hours.

Nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, service level. The staff is friendly. It is possible to speak several languages.

very fine luxury hotel in the middle of Lucerne. just walkimg distance to famous wooden bridge..plenty of restorant nearby...

As boring as a 5 star hotel can be.
But class and location are outstanding and it's historical.

Is a Beautiful hotel , Lobby with Lake Wiew. The woman waiter from bar is polite and good.This hotel is a five star hotel with very nice Design.

We just spent the weekend in this hotel and we had a fantastic stay. The staff (even with the mask) are always smiling and make sure you are always ok and not missing anything. We received complementary little cakes and signed card to welcome my family. Breakfast was really good too with various dishes to choose and taste.
The room are great and bed very comfortable.
The kids were so happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families who want to share a good family moment.

Highly recommended, we enjoyed the stay from start to finish. Exemplary - from booking, reception, to spacious and individually furnished rooms with a view of the lake, to the spa and exclusive buffet. Uncomplicated, friendly and with the highest class. We will definitely come back for two nights next time.

Too bad that there is no warm tea, otherwise everything is great!

Excellent service which goes hand in hand with a warm welcome and a great availability as well as a nice helpfulness of the staff. The house is also not stingy with gestures that are fun.

Was unfortunately only there as a supplier but super nice helpful staff from the cook to the house technician

Bar visit: Cozy bar with piano accompaniment. The olives with the great cheese are great, except for the dark olives. These are tasteless.

Chic hotel in a prime location with attentive service

The best event hotel in Switzerland and otherwise top notch. The crew is always in top form and fulfills almost every wish. The rooms are of the highest standard. Clemens Hunziker and his team deserve a big round of applause.
There are always good reasons to come back to the Schweizerhof. Great voucher book; every guest receives :) (see pictures)

Experience good, food unfortunately quite bad - far below the expected standard, probably as a result of the special wishes for the bio.inspecta company event.

The location and ambience are first class. Service is decent.

For CHF 35 you can enjoy a really generous breakfast buffet where egg dishes, salmon, various hams, really freshly squeezed orange juice every day and of course all kinds of fresh bread can be enjoyed. Excellent service combined with really generous space. It is advisable to reserve a table. And since the hotel has its own parking garage, parking problems are never an issue.

Very nice hotel ideally located in Luzern. By cons we wanted to take advantage of the Spa, one of the hamman was privatized and the other did not work. We had cocktails offered as compensation. There was a concert in the evening at the hotel and it was clearly heard in the room.
For a 5 * in Switzerland, we have already seen better. But it's still a nice hotel, well located with a super nice old elevator.

Simply dreamlike.

The hotel was wonderfully located very Central to everything you could want. Right on the lake and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and various landmarks. The rooms were spacious and beautiful...and had AC !!!! This was very welcome with the heat wave going through Switzerland of an average of 95 everyday.

Schweizerhof is always good but too good you often have to wait too long on the terrace, I can still recommend everyone to visit this top hotel

1 star was wrong! We were thrilled, that's why 5 stars.
On New Year's Eve we went to the Hotel Schweizerhof for dinner.
The atmosphere Christmas and cozy.
The staff very pleasant, friendly and courteous.
The food is light and very fine.
When we asked later about "Winter Wonderland", we got free entry.
When we said goodbye, each of us received a chocolate guardian angel as a thank you. We would go again.

Stayed just one night, but what a fantastic place. Service and personal recognition was amazing.

With luxurious decor and friendly staff, it is the highest restaurant in the area.
Many shops and lakes and mountains nearby, with different atmospheres during the day and night

It couldn't be more central and top location in Lucerne!

For walkers or to go out for a delicious meal Participates actively in various cultural events.

Superb room, big concern for soundproofing (we can hear the neighbor upstairs walking and it makes the chandelier vibrate) restaurant nothing more, nice breakfast

Unfortunately not at all like before. A lot of German staff, just have to wait a long time to order something to drink. Not worth the price. However, good location, nice view of Lake Lucerne.
