Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's nice that the staff can also hear the Swiss German or even the Lucerne dialect. The food, as well as the service in the restaurant, was excellent. (courteous and expeditious)
Room: a view of the lake is a must.
Furnishing of the rooms: I personally like it more modern than heavily traditional ... but that didn't take away the feeling of being in paradise for a weekend.
Massage was great too.
Despite Corona, there was still some socializing in the bar including piano player, rounded off the weekend with warmth.
I can only recommend this hotel.

Quite a beautiful restaurant, especially he is by the lake. The other side of the lake is just the train station. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the station for easy shopping. Next to it are a bunch of shops. Good, recommended!

This hotel lives up to whatever reputation you can give it. Indeed, the lust, beauty and grandeur of this establishment are simply impeccable, on the other hand I must say that I had a hard time finding sleep, this due to the comfort of the mattresses, and not insulation problems like might imply traffic.

Was at a wedding dinner with almost 30 people, everything was very pleasant and we were very well served and looked after. Thank you to the young ladies in service and the pastry chef.

The Hotel with the friendliest women at the welcomdesk

This is what world class accommodations are all about. From the stately old world decor with modern flourishes to the wonderful staff it will leave you with a feeling of never wanting to leave. The front desk felt like an assembled team just for you, ready to help in an instant. Housekeeping was amazing and super friendly. The restaurants were top notch. We couldn't bother with other places to breakfast after trying the buffet on the first morning. The dinner that we ate outside was phenomenal and made ever so lively by our server, Stephen. We were truly sad to leave Lucerne, mainly because it felt like we were leaving our family at Schweizerhof.

Just as good. Outstanding friendly service. The house is venerable and belongs to the cityscape. Recurring events. Very innovative with a lot of tradition.

Wonderful hotel, restaurant, bar and event area. Always something going on, very nice staff, very attentive, absolutely well-kept. The hotel still has the charm of an old house with all its stucco. The food is excellent and for a reasonable price. The parking garage is incredibly practical if you want to eat or shop in the city.

Nice hotel, elegant bar with my favorite Illy coffee. It would be nice if you could - as was possible before - park an hour in front of the hotel and leave the key at the concierge. In other top hotels in Lucerne this is possible and very pleasant.

Hotel with great events in the middle of the city of Lucerne. Delicious cuisine and great hotel bar.

Even though it is very old the old girl has character and class. The breakfast was very nice, different and classy. Staff members were outstanding.

Best hotel is Luzerne, well priced, very good breakfast, amazing service. Valet parking, great location next to the pedestrian walkway.
