I have been all over the world and have been in some bad hotels but this one.... ohh my God! This was the dirtiest. From the bug trying to escape the sink and the dirty toilet and the need looked like a homless junkie just got out of it. Please please please pleeeeeeeeease. For the live of God do not go to this hotel.
The room was not renovated, the wi-fi was charged and there was no breakfast included. And the price is high.
No Stars if allowed! Worst hotel experience ever, reserved room months in advance, paid more for supposed upgraded room, called a day before to make sure there would be no issues with a late check-in, was told it would not be an issue, get there May 9, 2018 at 11PM New York time and no rooms. Many other guest were experiencing same thing, guests literally from all over the world, finally got a nasty, decrepit, old room that looked like it might have been used on a set of a 'Saw' movie at 3AM next day. Requested to speak to manager next day or for him to come to room, not happening, was not going to stand in line because I didn't have time. I have more but if this alone doesn't get your attention, it's all on you, you have been warned, DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!
Horrible Room. Bed was very Hard. Needs to be updated. Outdated Decorations.
Room is extremely basic, furniture is super old and looks that it's not being taken care of. The bathroom is clean but could use a reno. The pictures of the rooms on booking sites are absolutely misleading. There is always a huge line for check-in. However the room service is pretty good. Also it is cheaper than most NY hotels in the area.
Where I go to sleep on every 4th of July. It's very quiet.
The perfect location for our first time in N.Y. Everything so close. You feel safe! The room was really warm. Nice pillows!
Our room is a dump. My wife booked this on Orbitz based on the pictures. Anyway, we just checked in and our room looks nothing like the pictures. Our room is very dated, the tub faucet leaks water into the tub, the bathroom looks disgusting and even the lamp by our bed is missing the lamp shade. Definitely not what we expected. I even went down and talked to the lady from the front desk. I told her our room looks like a dump and nothing like what is posted on their website. She asked what room I was in and then said Oh those rooms . She then proceeded to say the ones that we have pictured are the Pal rooms and cost $50 more per night. We booked this room based on the pics we saw. This is mis-advertising. Guess we are stuck with what we have. Very disappointed.
Easy check in and clean. The room is small and basic but exactly what we needed after a show at MSG. Super convenient to walk across the street! Will stay again!
It's very old building but situated in a place where you can use Metro and other services easily. Empire state building is very near. You can get everything what you need at walking distance. They have very big reception and very friendly staff. The start I gave is two because they have to visit my room and check why.
WORST PLACE EVER!Long line to check in. Rooms are dirty and smell bad and the ac is worthless. I tried three different rooms and the only reason i didnt left the hotel its because I didnt have any other place to go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACES!
Excellent Hotel. Historic, clean, beautiful, and my wife was very impressed with the early check in. We always arrive early in the morning in NYC and have to walk around until 2 or 3pm to get our room but that wasn't the case this time. For $25 we snagged a room at 6am this morning as an early check in bargain. Love this place. Staying again next month for the Global Citizen concert in Central Park. Also there is an indoor pool. The clerk in the am was so kind(the younger man) to us by helping us get the early check in.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. This gets 1 star as it's the minimum allowed, otherwise it would be 0 stars. The uninvited furry friend in the room was not welcome, nor was the hotel reaction to our guest that lived behind the heater.... Decor was horrific and upkeep of room was terrible with the plaster coming off the walls, the shower leaking etc. Avoid at all costs, even if they give away the room.... The lobby is the best part of this hotel by a very long shot.
If you like staying at hotels straight out of a horror movie then this place is for you. Horrible... Only good thing about this place is the location. I can't believe that as packed as this place is they can't invest in fixing it up.
Well located but definetly needs improvements you pay what you get
Awful place. Not recommended at all. Room was like to the decorations to horror movie. We left this hotel immediately despite of the fact that we already paid for it.
Checking in the hotel already took 1 and 1/2 hours. My room was dirty, the housekeeping lady didn t even change the sheets on the bed! She didn t even clean the bathroom, trash was left in the garbage can.. so lazy! Never coming back to this filthy place. It s also creepy and I can hear the people next to my room.
Don't come here. I don't care how cheap it is, these horrow show rooms are not worth the price. The only way I'd ever stay here again is if they paid me.
The room was not clean, and I did not feel comfortable sleeping there.
Where to begin?! The front desk staff is very rude and were unhelpful, the room was appalling to say the least! The bathroom was tiny and disgusting, the bathroom door didn t even shut all the way, the shower faucet constantly leaked, towels were old and had spots all over. The air conditioning unit didn t put out any cool air when on cool, it put out hot air. The carpet was disgusting and appeared as if it hadn t been vacuumed in a month, the mattress cover was literally just a sheet and hard as a rock. Laying on a bed of nails would honestly be more comfortable and it personally made me feel gross having to lay my head in that awful excuse for a bed. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every word your neighbors say and the only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location; it s very close to NYC land marks and attractions. Please for gods sakes take your money elsewhere!
$108 for a night in nyc, it's what you'd expect. Clean enough, not remotely deluxe. A good deal.
Pathetic place, except location I found it the worst place to stay ever. Moreover the hotel defraud the customer who has paid every thing in advance by charging $40/-per night in the garb of facility charges. So, I suggest never ever go to this hotel as rooms are dirty, carpet stink, heating system doesn't work etc. etc.
Great location. Room was in decent shape, just a little dated. No other issues. Would likely stay there again.
This hotel is horrendous. There s dangerous people surrounding the hotel, along with inadequate security and very rude staff. The rooms are tiny and extremely uncomfortable. You can hear people screaming and doors slamming all night. And the lock on the door can be easily broken open. Please never stay here I promise you ll regret it. This hotel is equivalent to sleeping on the streets.
Great location, check in horribly slow, whole front needs help there always was a line at the front. very crowded lobby, elevators overloaded at checkout, rooms were clean but well worn, no soap dish in the shower. Towels you can read thru. Iron worked though, although phone in room didn't so no Way to call to complain. It's reasonably priced but $20 more per night seems to get much nicer, but having said all that it's very convenient from the airport right across the street from Penn station.
The location is very convenient and the hotel staff is good
I am an entrepreneur IBO for Amway here is were we all meet for our Monday night meetings. It's Always a blast LOVE the excitement.
The worst place I have ever stayed in, even my 4 years old kid was so afraid from the first second we left the elevator to our floor and said i don't want horror, the carpet was too dirty even inside the room! It was terrible visiting for us and I got a depression feelings and had to check out 3 days earlier my actual check out time
My experience sucked at the hotel. Room was priced great but with all the issues in the room, messed up television, no working telephone in room, water pressure flooded the bathroom floors. Told management and nothing was done. To be in the hospitality business you need some kindness, I mean I know it's NYC but damn, I don't want to hear the porter yelling and cussing in the street. Horrible experience and put my husband in a horrible mood. Thank you very much.
The only good attribute of the hotel was it's position. My room was cramped, outdated and rather disappointing. My toilet seat was rusty and the shower water dirty. Not good. The costumer service or lack of it was unhelpful and unfriendly. This is a hotel for people who are out and about in the city and only come back to sleep. Great for schools. This hotel would be fantastic if the management stood up and took the challenge of restoration and modernisation head on.
Worst hotel ever!!!! My husband stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The room was filthy and smelled like mold!! The carpet and the pillows were completely wet. Very small rooms and even smaller bed. For that price isn t worth the staying.
The location is great. The lobby is unique. And the rest is very old. If you like retro, you'll definitely enjoy staying here
Rude service. Ugly rooms. The rooms look like a motel at hotel prices. I would give it zero stars if possible. Save your money for another hotel or Airbnb. The employees are rude and slow. They do not provide any service or help. Blankets stained with red marks and brown stains. Stay away. I called once for blankets and pillows and they responded with You called twice. and I am still waiting for my blankets.
Edited to add: Yes, I paid for the Penn 5000 upgraded room and still had these 3 terrible rooms. Service has been horrible. Our first room had tape and plastic bags covering the smoke detector, was extremely dirty, and the sink and shower were not working. We switched rooms, and got swapped into a room with horrible mold spreading over the ceiling and a terrible smelling bathroom. Our 3rd room was finally livable, but the air conditioner was broken and there was a plug melted into the electrical socket. Would absolutely not return again.
This hotel is horrible, dirty, rude staff i do not recommend this transylvania hotel at all. This is a nightmare from minute one in the lobby to end it up at the dirty, disgusting rooms. I feel so embarrassed with my family for bring them to this horrendous hotel.
Location can't be beat !! I've been staying here regularly for business trips and both the facilities and the staff have been up to par. Steven Fennel has always went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my team are well cared for.
The hotel room was gross. The floor was dingy and felt wet. The room smelled like mold. The walls had stains, holes, & cracks. Not comfortable at all! Didn t even want to come back to our room to relax after being out. Didn t even want to take a shower or use the bathroom. Horrible experience don't waste your money
I was there for a conference and didn't take a sleeping room. The lobby was a mob scene but upstairs all was Serene and clean. The event floor was in good condition and the frequent food service was tasteful and copious. Can't beat the location across the street from Penn station. Highly recommended.
Hotel in great location ,lobby old style from the days back.rooms rate it poor. beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The furniture in room is old missing parts.the bathroom door don't close due to the moisture from shower no fan to remove moisture had old system. The owner of the hotel would remodel update room and bathroom lot would a great hotel too stay.
Was okay until the hotel charged us $700 for breaking a TV that was fine... they are trying to scam us so be very careful. We took picture of everything to prove that the TV was fine. Horrible customer service.
If the rooms were anything like their lavish foyer it would have been beautiful . Unfortunately we stayed here in 2014 and definitely would not recommend a stay here . Location was great but that s all it had going for it . The first room we got looked unclean and view was a brick wall so I went and complained so we got another room . It was better than the first room it looked over Maddison square garden . No fridge or coffee making facility , if we wanted a fridge we had to pay extra .. the staff were ok I guess but not really helpful . I notice that they now say they have refurbished rooms !!! Well I hope they have cause it definitely needs a big facelift in the rooms for sure . Would have to say look elsewhere when looking for somewhere to stay I know your not there to be in your room all the time but it s nice to come back from all the sight seeing to something nice . Sharon (Australia)
Very nice lobby. There are lots of shops inside the hotel. It is very convenient to both Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.
Had a lot of problem checking into the hotel, and after talking to the manager we were able to book a room after about an hour of waiting. However we wished we hadn't , because the hotel is pretty decieving from it's looks. None of the services are available and the staff isn't helpful. Honestly there are much better hotels in Times Square at a much cheaper rate. Paid 250 dollars for it which isn't worth it at all. Simple amenities like hot water and drinking water isn't available .
this might have actually been the worst experience at a hotel I've had a New York City ever. They need to really get it together to be in this location until be this behind the times with the rooms is terrible
Beutiful the location great thestaff wonderful roomsgood I would come again I loved and familythank you
The room was disgusting. The hallways are very dark and creepy. When we walked in our room there was only 2 lamps that barely lit the room. There were also lots of stains all over the walls. Our peephole was also broken and cracked.
Excellent location. Rooms are adequate, and clean. Had problems with tub draining, and getting adequate replacement towels, soap, and cups. Loooong lines at check in AND out.
The lobby is so beautiful but once you start to get in your rooms it just goes downhill from there. Rats, spiders, cigarettes, etc.in the rooms. You definitely get what you pay for I guess.
The rooms are kind of old, carpets are old too. Also, the bed was not nice.i wouldn't be taking this hotel anymore. However, it was in good proximity.
I booked the good and renovated rooms and nearly froze to death. Old Windows that didnt keep Sound our cold out. No heating in the room. Dirty and worn Down. I found another hotel after one night.
About THIRTY guests plus their families were standing waiting past midnight for THREE hours, only to find out they had overbooked. NO HELP whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
I would give it a negative rating if I could. The room is in unbelievably bad condition. I called for extra blanket and it never came to me. And when I wanted to picked up my car, they had me waited for more than an hour. Bad service, bad room, and the worst experience I have ever had in the city.
The sad state of affairs in this once grand hotel. Dusty rooms, outdated furniture, fraying lampshades and blinds, paint-splattered bathroom tiles, tiny beds, thin towels and a sticky bedhead that felt like it had never been cleaned. Definitely not staying there again despite the great location to Penn Station.
This is by far the worst hotel that I'm aware of. They are technically thieves. When you arrive they request a deposit IN CASH and they say that they will return it in the bank card 7 weeks later. It's been almost 3 months and they refuse to return back the deposit of $100!! Absolutely ridiculous, never ever stay there.
Bang opp madison square garden. ...hotel rooms are kinda old but location of the hotel is great. ...
The place is screaming for maintenance I paid $200 a night to stay in a cheap $35 motel style room. No offense to cheap motels
The hotel itself is fairly clean, but the walls are covered in mold and dirt and the carpets were dirty as well. Our view was of a brick building a few feet away, so that s literally all we could see. Checking in is chaotic, you either wait in an hour long line or you can use a kiosk that only works 50% or the time. For a quick trip it s not awful, but I definitely won t be staying there again.
The service was fine. The room kind of weirded me out a little, felt a bit creepy to be in. The location was great though, right across the street from Penn Station.
Receptionist was rude, the room had no working AC and overall presentation of the room was disappointing compared to the lobby. 10/10 DON T recommend
Neat and clean, as well as affordable. The concierge in the morning was however rude.
Had an excellent time at the bead show!! Wonderful!! Nice beads! People were friendly and helpful
Not the best. Bad staff, housekeeping was wonderful
This hotel asked me for a guarantee and has not returned it to me. There's already been 3 months.
Big rooms compared to most affordable hotels in area not many frills but great location right across from Penn station and Madison Square garden
NICE PLACE, PERFECT FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION. LOCATION IS THE BEST IT HAS.
Rude staff on phonecall when I tried changing a booking 15 days in advance. Do not go near this hotel. Zero customer care and give Pennsylvania a bad name.
location of hotel is really the only good thing about it the water hardly warmed up and the amenities could be better not to mention the pass you have to get at the front desk for your "continental breakfast" just a bread of your choice and a drink.
A no frills hotel that is definitely NOT full service. Ok rooms, semi friendly staff, and a very busy lobby. Just so you know going in that it is an old hotel that needs rehabbing then you won't be disappointed. For the price and location...you can't beat it!
Most of what we disliked was around the room itself. Very frankly the room presented itself as being far below what one would expect of a small motel located in a less than good neighborhood. The room was beyond outdated, poorly updated and maintained. The beds and bedding were cheap and well beyond their life span for usage. The bathroom was even worse as the faucets required repair, the shower held a steady leaking flow of water throughout our stay. In general the room was without simple basic maintenance such as a toilet seat that was broken and disgusting looking. What is apparent is that the hotel cares less to maintain its rooms, or concerns itself with providing a decent environment for its customers to stay in.Bottom-line, as a customer I felt the room condition was very disrespectful to us. It showed a complete attitude of caring less and zero pride in the hotel and its guests. I understand the hotel has a volume of constant new guests coming in just due to location. However regardless of volume, simple pride in your hotel and respect for your guests should still be reflected.
Heavy doors at the front entrance. You will probably need assistance opening the door with your luggage. Multiple elevators to your floor. Rooms are clean and the rooms are nice. Old fashioned new York feel.
Do not go early, thinking u can check in at any time before 3pm. They will not let you check in at all. FYI. rooms are what they are, u paid for a cheap room and that's what you get. Very crappy rooms. But their clean and bed bug free. Its located at a ideal position and thats a plus
Dirty rooms, black walls in bathroom ,yellow towels ,air conditioner in the room dusty. Will not recommend no no no
The hotel is with old but our room was very large ,clean and the price was right for the one night we stayed.the room needed cosmetic work and the bathroom needed up dating but we managed..the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rollaway bed needed to go in the trash. It had no mattress to speak of only springs. Thank God I can sleep on pretty much anything. But again, the room served it's purpose.
( #hotelnightmare ). I d give it a ZERO (0/5). I have traveled for work for most of my 15 year career. I wanted to make sure when I took my family to NYC for vacation in Manhattan we got a nice yet reasonably priced hotel in midtown. But in my 15 years traveling for work and vacations, this was the absolute worst hotel experience ever, The hotel overbook and left 50 to 75 guest stranded in their lobby for over six hours. They refused to help us find a room elsewhere, and they would not let anyone cancel their reservation without waiting literally for six plus hours in line at their check in desk. My kids ended up sleeping on couches in their lobby from around 10:30 pm through 5 am the next morning. Moreover the hotel did not announce to all of us in line that they were overbooked. They waited to tell us one at s time after we had waited in the insainely slow check in line for hours on end. The hotel s mamgement is literally the worst I have ever seen. The only reason we didn t just walk out right away was because they led us all to believe that rooms would come available If were patient. T he worst part is that it was clear that this was not a one time issue. After we finally got up to the desk and found out we couldn t get a room for that night despit the fact that we had prepaid, the clerk told me this is not the first time something like this has happened! The bellhop later confirmed this was a trye statement when I mentioned it to him. Don t ever go to this hotel you d be better off going to national brand (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, etc.) that you could call HQ to complain if things are being miss handled.
One Word says it all NASTY......worst hotel I've even stayed in, I thought I went back in a time machine to 1920's no seriously THE 1920's. Smell like old classrooms, all the beds squeaked, bathrooms circa 1900's, and the carpet had stains of all sorts. I wanted to sleep with my tennis shoes on but my wife wouldn't go for that. Very disappointing because the picture they show online is not indicative of what we got. The only highlight is that they are directly across from Madison Square Gardens but I would give Hotel Penn "no stars" if I could. NASTY, NASTY oh did I say NASTY !!
Hands down the worst hotel I've stayed at in NYC. I'll very happily be staying at a best western, motel 6, or a holiday inn next time. I grantee those less expensive hotels will be not only offering more, but providing better service and cleaner amenities. The photos on their website do NOT represent anything close to what you receive.
Awful! Express check-in kiosks not working. Musty smelling pillows. Interiors are very old. Will definitely not come back to this hotel.
Great location (the only reason for as many as 3 stars), but the hotel needs some serious upgrades! Dingy, ripped carpets leading to the rooms The cleanliness of the room? Stains on the box spring and mattress covers, the carpet and walls between the bed and nightstands looked like the remnants of a crime scene.
If I could rate this zero stars I would, the room Is awful, it feels like you are in a jail cell the pictures online do not reflect the rooms you get give.
We stayed in a renovated room on the tenth floor. It was clean and comfortable . The rate was $106.00 ( or close to that ) for a king sized bed, shower/ tub combo. The AC was quiet and worked. The tv / remote worked and the tv was new, large, hanging on the wall opposite the bed. The door and the tub were original from the 1900's ! It was pretty cool. The water pressure was awesome, which surprised me, and the cast iron tub was deep. Plenty of hot water. The lobby was packed with travellers from all over the world. Call for reservations. Have your confirmation # handy and check in via kiosk, we did so , skipped the long lines and it was easy. The only drawback : taxes. Total came to $160.00 ! . Would stay there again. Great location.
Hotel Pennsylvania, in all honesty, is mostly average. It's their location that's their best pro and the price attached to it. Highly recommend it, especially for those visiting the city for the very first time.
This hotel is a threat to your health. Mold everywhere. On ceiling, on chair, in bathroom. See attached pictures! Dirty carpet, rusty air condition. Don t stay here! Not enough staff at reception. Checkin took 1 hour. Horrible!
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. When i first walked through the doors of the hotel building, i saw two people sleeping on the chairs that looked like they lived here. When i was sitting at the waiting area, a crazy man was yelling and arguing at a hotel person. The service is super long and once we got our room keys we walked into the elevator room and it was so rusty and old looking. There were just too many elevators in one room that is so hard to even notice one is open or not. Once we got to our level, the hallway was so disgusting and smelled literally like skunk and urine. All the hotel doors looked beat up. When we got to our room, it was very small and cracked in a few places. The ac was so dusty and the water is extremely hot in the shower. The room didn t look at all like the picture online. This hotel or whatever u call it should be shut down forever! I have to stay here for a week and i want to go back home right now. NYC u are sick.
Very run down, everything is broken or dirty, bathroom door won t close, had to queue a long time to check in and talk to rude staff, was asked to pay $40+ to check in 2 hours early or pay $5 for each bag for storage. Don t bother coming here - spend a little bit more and actually enjoy it!
Disappointing so far. I just checked into this place. My first impression as I saw the outside as I exited Penn Station was that this hotel has the best location in New York City! It's so close to many of the things I want to do over the next week. The lobby is beautiful and impressive. But that's where things started to go bad. The check-in process was unpleasant. The girl at the front desk was so unfriendly. It was a slow night and nobody in line. She didn't take 5 seconds to greet me with a hello. "Last name? Swipe your card." We're not robots. After traveling all day to get here, it would have been nice to see a smiling face and exchange pleasantries. I booked two rooms for 7 nights each on the same reservation. The $2500 was all paid for by my credit card in one transaction. She wouldn't allow me to check into my other room because I put my guests name on it. My friends' flight from Australia was delayed and they won't arrive until almost midnight. I wanted to make sure our rooms were close together and she refused to even look into it. "I can't guarantee anything." The rooms are supposed to be the upgraded Penn 5000 rooms, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. The beds are cheap and sag in the middle. It certainly doesn't look as nice as the room in their website pictures. I can't help but feel deceived. Would give one star if it weren't for the amazing location. I'm here for a week, so we'll see if anything warrants adding or subtracting a star by then.
Really bad customer service from the accounting department. I was charged twice on my credit card. I have been calling them and left several voicemail as they suggest on the record machine. No response so far.
Very old building, not too clean in rooms, out dated.Bring your own towels.
The only good thing about this place is the location. We stayed at this place because it was the least expensive and had decent reviews. While we were there the water had to be shut off for a few hours for maintenance... that few hours turned into 2 days. They upgraded us to a suite which was more creepy than the original room we had but atleast we had water. Super old, very dark and feels like you re in American Horror Story.
Just horrible. It's too expensive and doesn't have nothing special, not even a mirowave or a small freezer...
It's a really, really old hotel. And it's huge. The Pennsylvania has a long and rich history in this city which you would never think of just be looking at it today. No today it just begs the question, "is there a 24 hour emergency clinic nearby?" The first time I went to 'The Penn' was over 25 years ago to attend HOT97 FM's "Summer Jam 1994". I just got my drivers licence. Even back then the hotel was rundown. Today it's in desperate need of renovations. The rooms are non-discript. Moderately clean because there is nothing in them besides some cheap furniture bought in the early 70's. It's not the worst on the city, but defiantly in the bottom 10% of hotels if you count the number of crack dens and shooting galleries that take reservations. I personally would look at the deals of other hotels online before even considering renting a room here, even at the chain hotels. Which I don't really care for. The Hotel Pennsylvania is the kind of place you get a room at if you have... let's say a nefarious itinerary for the evening. Like if you're looking for a place to take a 20$/night prostitute that defiantly has an room available and no risk of running into anyone you work with. (and if you should run into someone you know there, chances are pretty high they won't even acknowledge the coincidence lest they have to admit they were there themselves) It's popular with the low cost porn production companies the drug/sex party crowd, or so I've heard. Not as bad as the Senton or the LaSamana on 25th by far. But the chances of finding empty bags of crack or the vague remnants of a chalk outline on the floor are way higher then 98% of hotels in NYC. DEFINATLY NOT SOMEPLACE TO GET A ROOM IF YOU'RE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN! Unless of course you want to spend your vacation explaining the in's and out's of sex to them along with a number of it's many perversions. How the group of people in the next room aren't being mean to one another, that sometimes, some people, say things that sound bad to one another for "pleasure". And even though it sounds like it, the lady they hear screaming four different names is not being slapped around or choked. There's a reason there's no artwork on the walls in the rooms and it's not because of theft. Any mirror or painting hung up would just fall off from all the banging. The incessant, loud, intermittently rhythmic banging. Accompanied by every imaginable sound a person can and will make when naked and high in a hotel room that doesn't require a security deposit. Book with caution. If you do, bring your own towels and sheets (and plastic), an extra large bottle of Purell, and be prepared to burn everything after checkout or you may bedbugs on the list of things you picked up in the city along with your I NY tee-shirts and mini Statue of Libertys.
It's location was very convenient. Right across the street from MSG and many other attractions. The website did not however specify that a $100 deposit was needed upon checking in. The room was OK and the TV was out dated. One of the towels had a stain and the bathtub/shower was not in great condition. The rooms "climate control" was missing knobs and that too was outdated. We only got two pillows. The receptionist was not very helpful and ignored my question on why a $100 deposit was needed and wasn't very courteous.
