This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. When i first walked through the doors of the hotel building, i saw two people sleeping on the chairs that looked like they lived here. When i was sitting at the waiting area, a crazy man was yelling and arguing at a hotel person. The service is super long and once we got our room keys we walked into the elevator room and it was so rusty and old looking. There were just too many elevators in one room that is so hard to even notice one is open or not. Once we got to our level, the hallway was so disgusting and smelled literally like skunk and urine. All the hotel doors looked beat up. When we got to our room, it was very small and cracked in a few places. The ac was so dusty and the water is extremely hot in the shower. The room didn t look at all like the picture online. This hotel or whatever u call it should be shut down forever! I have to stay here for a week and i want to go back home right now. NYC u are sick.
