The Hyatt is in the best location in Atlanta and my room was super clean and comfortable the food was great and drinks at the bar were over the top. All the employees were very friendly and made sure my stay was going to be enjoyable. I would definitely come back to the HYATT IN BUCKHEAD again.

Loved everything about our stay this weekend. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. More than accommodating with a pack and play as well as a microwave to heat up the baby s bottle. From checking in with Taija, Thad and Innocent to checking out with the same crew everything was great. We stayed on the 25th floor club level and the light breakfast and afternoon snacks were more than enough. Thank you so much and see you next time we are in Atlanta.

This hotel is beautiful, it used to be called hotel Niko in the 90s and used to be a Japanese owned and themed hotel. It still retains the Japanese garden and details and is absolutely breathtaking.

I am a Westin girl, but I now have a change of heart. Hubby and I celebrated our 2 yr anniversary and I surprised him with a stay at the Grand Hyatt. He loved the hotel and especially the convenience to restaurants, stores, Marta, etc... We did not have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. We had a corner room and there were plenty of windows including one in the bathroom next to the toilet. We could see buckhead or atlanta from anywhere in our room.

We received exemplary service from all employees we had contact with during our stay. The breakfast buffet at Cassis was delicious.

We are anticipating our next stay.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Nothing in walking distance and unpleasant to take a walk anyway.

Rooms are ok but a bit run down. Carpets a bit gross (you dont want to walk barefeet), shower curtains (dont remember the last time I have had one of these). The only thing that is new is the oversized TV however with very limited access (no cable, no Netflix or other perks).

What really upset us was the lack of service, even in COVID times. When we arrived we had to carry our own luggage. The luggage cart (whose tires were flat) stood in our hallway on the 21st floor for two days. Same with a half-eaten meal that we ended up taking down to the lobby because it was disgusting. No maid service unless you specifically requested it in the morning (however no one told us we had to find out). Coffee and water were only restocked upon specific request. Generally, the staff was nice but almost non-existent - we saw the same 4-5 people all week long so it seems they are understaffed.

Generally, this place was a disappointment. If we ever come back to Atlanta, this is not where we will stay.

I would just like to say what a lovely visit we had with my husband and our two children at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. We arrived on Saturday, April 13, for a one night stay. Narda was so pleasant to check us in. She asked the children if they were going to enjoy the pool and what were their plans. Narda even made a special trip to the room and delivered milk and chocolate chip cookies with a handwritten note so the kids had an afternoon treat. It made our short stay so much more enjoyable. We certainly appreciate the special touches and hospitality. My husband and I always stay at Hyatt hotels. I m very impressed with the staff. Narda is a treasure to Grand Hyatt. We will definitely return.

This grand dame is showing her age. While she's generally wearing it well, there are some things that could use a cosmetic procedure or two. That said, the room servers are the kindest staff in the hotel and the food is generally quite good as one would hope.

I would give it 5 if there wasnt hair in the tub on the first room , then a stained toilet in the second room. Other than that I had a fantastic experience with the staff Effort in accommodation and the great breakfast . Such a beautiful hotel

The event space was nice, but the overall experience was just alright. After carrying our bags quite far from the self-parking lot (in the heat), it took probably 20 min to get checked in. Long wait in line and then our reservation had to be moved around because of delays getting rooms cleaned (this was around 5pm btw, much later than the earliest check-in time). We had been promised a beautiful view and the new room was such a disappointment after we had been given such a nice promise. Just don't over promise next time! By the way, it took so long to even be able to talk that reservationist when we called to find out if there were special event rates. Started off the entire experience on a bad foot. After finally settling into the room, we were in more of a rush than expected to get ready for our event. We saw a note that we could call downstairs for a complimentary wine bottle opener (among other things). 45 min later (and a few calls later), someone came by with the opener. I would have happily gone downstairs myself if they told me it would take so long. Anyway, disappointing overnight experience at what was described to me as a very nice hotel. It was a nice spot for the event, though.

First I'd like to say that the staff greatly made up for their mistakes and were extremely apologetic for it. The reason, they didn't have our reserved club room and put us in a lesser room on a lower floor. My friends had to walk up the flight of stairs to the room and my friends have slight handicaps therefore one passed out in the stairway all of which reflects poorly on the initial welcome. However as I said all the staff thereafter made up for their mistakes and we are sure that our next visit there will go smoothly. Thanks again to the staff.

If you're planing a trip to Atlanta, this is the place to stay. I was lucky enough to spend 2 nights here a few weeks back and got the ultimate service. You name it, they delivered. Exceptional service from the bell-hops and doormen, to the spa and pool, all the way to the complimentary shuttle driver. This place spares no expense! A beautiful pool and zen-like garden leave you in a feeling of peace and tranquility. An extravagant workout room and sauna are a good way to start your day. This place will be my go-to spot when returning to Buckhead int he future. Enjoy your time here because it's never long enough when you stay at the Grand Hyatt!

Very lovely hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was very well worth the price!! Enjoyed it and the amenities (which there are dozens of, by the way!!). Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants. It's also right down the street from a shopping mall. The front desk employees were ok- not super talkative or friendly (none of that "how are you today/ how was your drive in/etc). Valet was also just ok... not really talkative or friendly. It would've been nice to see a genuine welcoming smile or two. We've definitely gotten better service elsewhere.

There's a conference of some kind going on, so the bar downstairs was busy. Lots of adults around. We've seen one teenager in the lobby since checking in yesterday afternoon.

We booked a higher floor room with a view. We got a nice, clean room in the corner with 2 doubles on the 19th floor. The beds face a wall of windows. At night, the room has huge spotlights pointed towards the building right outside the windows, but the blackout curtains worked well enough to keep out the beams. It's a city view, and we can see the neighboring building's pool from our room. The room itself has plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 6 and under). The bathroom is a great size. There's even a tube of Colgate toothpaste in there. The no frills shower head is tiny but the water pressure is ok.

Overall, the hotel is nice. We'd stay here again if the price were right.

P.s. We drove into Atlanta and our suv has a cargo box on top. It did not fit into the parking garage so our only choice was to Valet. I think it's around $35 a night, compared to $24 for self parking. Please keep that in mind if you're driving in with a similar setup. Valet ended up parking our car right in front of the hotel... so they actually just handed us the key and we got our own car. :)

We were in Atlanta for a conference and enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt. Rooms are CLEAN and the bathroom was CLEAN! Ariana at the front desk was AMAZING! She was so kind and had the best personality ever! We were at hotel for a couple days and called front desk to ask for extra towels within a few minutes towels were at our door. Valet parking staff was very helpful and so kind. Grand Hyatt we enjoyed our stay and will be back. Keep up the great customer service your staff is delivering and the clean rooms will keep you booked and busy. If your reading this looking for a clean place to stay you will not be disappointed!
