I was not really happy with my stay. We stayed in room 909. It was a Staycation to celebrate our Anniversary. Our beds were extremely uncomfortable, we woke up with back spasms, they did not have an on-site Jacuzzi, no-indoor pool. Thank God "Treat Your Feet" Massage place was across the street, it really helped. We stayed up most of the night tossing and turning on the bed. Food was not bad, I was disappointed at the 22% Gratuity charge for Room Service, I felt that was over the top, because on top of the 22%, I was charged a Delivery fee that was more than what Pizza Hut charges and they drive to me. The parking was not convenient for 28.99 a day and 39.99 if you valet parked. I was just expecting more from the "Grand Hyatt". We were truly disappointed. We will not be staying here again.

Room quality was very good, provided complimentary pack n play for our baby. However, requested king bed, received double beds. Had to haul pack n play, baby, and luggage to front desk to correct room assignment. Very inconvenient!

My entire experience, from food to meeting facilities to my room, was exceptional! From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt for business or pleasure!

Excellent staff. Well appointed though smallish rooms. Nice touches like crown molding and tiled bathrooms. Bartenders are friendly and mix good but pricey drinks. The Grand Hyatt also adds the small details to boost comfort and luxury.

This place is amazing in terms of what it does for energy and water conservation. I've never been to a hotel that comes close.

It has everything else you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. It's grand alright. Give it a try. Easy to walk to many places from here too.

Excellent service and stay, as always! If you book the Bed and Parking package, please note that it is SELF parking. Also, we were informed it includes breakfast, which I didn't pick up on when I booked.

All of what you might expect from the Grand Hyatt. Attentive services, very good food, comfortable lobbies with waterfall views and a very clean and maintained property. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and it is in a nice area. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and have great views. The hotel has a gorgeous waterfall right outside the lounge area, a garden zen, and a newly redone pool area. The food at the hotel is delicious also. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Buckhead.

This hotel was great, it has a very large pool that the kids absolutely loved! The room was clean and there were lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was overnight parking was an additional $32 per night. I wish that would have been disclosed when I booked the hotel, as I was price matching on Priceline to get the best deal. It was worth it though, the room was nice and the hotel was fun for my kids. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location in the midst of the Buckhead Financial district, great places to dine, shop, walk, bike, and sight see. Very comfortable rooms and suites with amazing views of the city. Stone Mountain and Atlanta can be seen from some rooms and suites. There is a lovely garden, waterfall that can be seen from the lounge as you have a casual or business meeting. All of the staff are extremely helpful and very professional; genuinely. Beautiful exterior in the daytime and at night. Clean. Clean. Clean. Parks and transportation are close and readily available. Hope you enjoy as much as I did/do.

Everything about our stay here was great during our wedding weekend. The room bathroom are both large and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar put out pretty amazing food and drink. The staff, at least every member we came in contact with, was very helpful and very respectful. The zen garden was a wonderful place to take some casual and fun post wedding pictures; it is beautiful in its own right. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, loved it.

I stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday party at this hotel for a family member. It was a surprise party and it was a beautiful event. The staff at Grand Hyatt Buckhead treated my family very well from the moment we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located few minutes walk from the Marta station and right in the middle of multiple shopping venues. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The cuisine for the party was delicious and the morning brunch at Cassis the restaurant in the hotel was very satisfying. The only thing that was annoying was transportation. The hotel stated they offer shuttle service to the nearby shopping centers but when we were ready to travel no drivers were available. On a Saturday afternoon no less. We ended up walking . Im a New Yorker I adjust as needed.

I enjoy my stay my birthday weekend of Feb 17 thru Feb 19th. The staff in the Onyx lounge were wonderful. The young lady who serviced my room was wonderful. I think her name was Daralyn M. She was so attentive to my needs and wished me happy birthday the following day. I really hope management read this comment. Having employees like Daralyn made me feel special and would not hesitate to visit the Hyatt in the future. She is an example of true customer service and she should be recognized..

Thank you Hyatt for contributing to making my husband's birthday weekend amazing! We had a great room on a top floor. The hotel location is within walking distance to several nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was wonderful... each and every person. They provided a small dessert and champagne for us to make they stay extra special. We will definitely be back for another stay. If you find this review helpful, please press like below.

Terrible experience!!! Lydia was so rude and sarcastic...If you book through a travel agency...you better make sure they "trust them!" To be so upscale and and a 4 star...It's a 0 star in my book!!

Check-in was very fast. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was refreshing and the zen garden was beautiful. The self parking deck is a decent hike from the lobby. Drop your bags out front and park your car instead of trying to carry your luggage from the self park lot, which costs $24/night

Let's be clear! If I could give a -5 star review I would. Each negative star would represent $100 they drafted from my credit card that they had no right to. The zero rating would be for their staff. Specifically the GM. A short unpleasant lady that clearly needs a refresher course in customer service. If I come to your front desk and tell you I have a problem and I'm able to show you proven documentation you should immediately look for a remedy to the issue and a way to help with the inconvenience. It was like pulling teeth. Its laughable that the GM offered me to comp my valet parking (which are like a pack of wild dogs when it comes to tips) after taking $500 additional off of my credit card. It's the principle for me. The fact that no one in that hotel is willing to be a ADULT and take responsibility for their actions. If you mess up you make it right and follow through. With that said I'm currently on a 19 minute hold with the hotel after I asked to speak to their accounting department that was supposed to send my credit card company a letter stating that the charges we invalid after speaking with them Saturday morning. I guess I'll have to take my complaints further. I'd suggest to anyone looking to stay in the area to stay at the Westin or JW both are near by. Lastly their Bloody Mary's were piss poor for $15 with zero garnish. $15 Bloody Mary's don't come with Absolute vodka and bottled Bloody Mary mix. I'd suggest the Grand Hyatt Buckhead to anyone with a masochistic fetish for horrible treatment or if you've never stayed anywhere nice before. If the Ritz Carton didn't move I would have stayed there. Actually if there was a Super 8 on the block I would have gotten better service there. Just so we are clear I literally have been on hold for over 30 minutes now. Below is a real picture taken outside and in this roach coach's lobby.

We had a lovely time my husband was at a conference and I was exploring Buckhead and visiting with relatives. The Hyatt is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. I highly recommend the regency club on the 24th floor

To say I am disappointed, and embarrassed is an ab...

To say I am disappointed, and embarrassed is an absolute understatement to my first and last experience with Grand Hyatt Buckhead. I was booked under a wedding block for a king size room. I splurged to stay at the Hyatt for this wedding for multiple reasons, first and foremost that it was for the wedding, and the whole wedding party would be staying here as well. But also, my boyfriend flew from Ireland to come to this wedding, it was his birthday week, and this was a part of my gift to him. The morning of the 23rd I called twice, finally got someone to take my call. I requested early check in that morning to assure no issues, as well as have all my luggage there. The lady was extremely unhelpful, and hard to understand, and she was not sure if she could grant my request. So I asked how I would know she said "I'm not sure." I asked to receive a call if I could check in early and she said I would have to call myself. I did let her know if we could not check in early we would not be in until after midnight, and she said she would notate is reservation. I sent my boyfriend around 12 in the afternoon to go leave our luggage, and ask. Still no response if we would be able to check in by 1pm, but they asked us if we would like the special going on for the night of a two bed allergy free room, he stated no. We wanted to keep our reservation as is. Well it is almost 1am and we go to check in and our room is now "no longer available, only a two bed room is open". WOW. So they gave up our room they admitted by mistake, and they only had 2 full beds. Well that doesn't work, as I didn't pay $175 to sleep on a full size bed, and my boyfriend is 6'3. Tiara and Shonda stated they were completely booked, and there was nothing they could do for me. No suites, no nothing. So we asked were was the next Hyatt was to see if they had room there. Which they did, and stated our room would be comped. Fine. We went on our way to find out we went to the HYATT PLACE, which is not a Grand Hyatt, and definitely not up to par for our expectations. Shonda and Tiara were rude to us. Got an attitude because we were upset, and that was an obvious. Would you not be upset if roles reversed? And then when we got to the Hyatt Place we waited an extra 30 minutes just per request of feather free pillows. What a ruined night.

They had a really nice lobby area. The room that me and my girlfriend stayed in did not have a good view. The room smelled like a nursing home. We called to the hotel reception desk and asked for something to make the room smell better...the receptionist had a nasty attitude with my girlfriend. Then we go to use the bathroom...flush the toliet and the whole handle came out. We had to play with it to flush it. The grand hyatt is not so grand as we thought. Very disappointed as we spent 500+ dollars to stay 2 days. Not sure if we will ever stay there again.

Very pleased with the hotel choice for a weekend conference, hotel was quite nice and felt upscale. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Food served for our conference was good, they made a lot of effort for my gluten free needs (although not always trustworthy...they labeled the whole wheat pasta dish GF and served wheat chips in a GF lunch bag...). Room was spacious and comfortable, good enough water pressure in the shower and access to plugs and good wifi. I'd definitely be pleased to stay here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible experience with this hotel, did not receive good customer service. Overcharged . Even escalated the issue and spoke with the manager and he offered to do nothing. So, basically a waste of my time. Will never stay here again. Reason for 2 stars is the view from the hotel room & location. Overpriced, overrated.

I had a lovely stay there, but I think they should be more strict on the parking they put a car on my bill that had nothing to do with me I had one car in my name at valet and they put another car on my bill for 3 days which wasn t cool, and the head parking manager had no respect at all to me, talking mad loud in my face, I had to get to the airport so I couldn t stay and deal with the problem and they just charged it to my bill

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel located in the buckhead neighborhood, right on the peachtree road which is one of the main streets of Atlanta. Near the hotel there are in fact the main things of buckhead ... shopping malls (point out the lenox center), restaurants etc etc ... all reachable even on foot. so the location is strategic! the hotel is very nice, it has a large waterfall right in front of the longevity, at the top of which they have placed a zen garden very well designed and also quite large. then there is the pool on the 3rd floor usable by the customers of the hotel that allows you to swim and sunbathe right in the middle of all those mirrored skyscrapers ... beautiful!
large and comfortable room, excellent cleaning.
2 nights 355 breakfast not included!
From Home!

UPDATE: 11/10/2020
I edited my initial review those who've already Reddit everything that was written in that still stands however since then I've had opportunity to speak with the actual sites manager and between him and even whichever admin originally responded to my review I edited the review in large part to the superb quality service that I was offered even after I had the experience that I had. They were able to get to the bottom of why I was incorrectly charged which actually wasn't even through the Hyatt even though I got to them or to that site from the Hyatt site so just wanted to come back and give a round of applause and a great appreciation for Mgr. Mehdi Natanzi and his assistance. This is the Hyatt brand that I've come to know and love the fluke of my non trip it was just that thankfully , a fluke
