Wonderful hotel and great accommodations (sauna/gym/steam/pool/zen garden). If I could add a star I would for the efforts of their business center employee. She went above and beyond to make my life easier while on a deadline and while trying to catch a flight. Thanks again!

Went for the 2019 Cyber security conference. Easily accessible by MARTA. Looked to be a nice hotel.

I feel completely refreshed after my stay at the Grand Hyatt. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. My view from the room was incredible, and I loved the Japanese Garden. Hope to return again soon.

Classy, elegant yet friendly and easy to navigate. Right in the heart of Buckhead. The staff is attentive and responsive, and the Hotel Driver is a tremendous plus. It is safe. Breakfasts are fantastic. They remember you visit after visit.

Nice Hyatt. The restaurant is what you expect from a hotel chain, but overall the hotel is well kept and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is in the middle of the city. The building itself is fancy, but the rooms themselves are a bit small. Overall a good place to stay, so I recommend it.

It was okay, we booked for about $140 and never got told we also had to pay for $30 in parking and on top of that took a $50 holding deposit, so then we had $80 that we didnt know we were going to spend, the staff was alright but we were super lost in the hotel you could obviously tell and no one offered to help us, the room was tiny for the price it was honestly smaller then a cheap hotel room, not worth the money in my opinion

Nice hotel with super nice staff. Upon check-in the nice reception lady handed us 2 coupons to have drinks at their lobby bar. The rooms are spacious and very nice and their shuttle service is an extra plus.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very nice and always smiling when we walk them. I really liked our suite, it was larger than I expected and a great view. The suite had a few different thermostats for each part of the rooms. I thought that was convienent to have if we had other people staying with us. This is a place I would definitely stay again.

I visited the Hyatt for a trade show. Such an excellent venue. The staff and venue definitely made this a worthwhile experience. Of all trades shows and conferences I've attended, this was definitely one of the best locations I've visited, mostly because of the staff.

I booked a two night stay at the grand hyatt and ended up checking out a day early due to my entire floor, including my room, smelling like marijuana. I alerted the front desk on multiple occasions, but nothing was done to stop my neighbor from smoking. This is not what I expected in a non smoking hotel. I was charged for the second day despite checking out in plenty of time for them to re-sell the room. I won't be returning, and I'd advise everyone else to opt for other hotels in Buckhead. The Mandarin, St. Regis, and Westin are all superior.

Visited a friend staying there for a wedding. It's a beautiful hotel, rooms were clean and well organized. Minimal staff, but it was late at night so it may be a small crew. Overall, a lovely space.

Quality service, excellent location, with great dependable staff from valet parking, bellman services, and the club room ... my wife and I have been coming to this hotel for many years and have gotten to know many of the employees ... they know us and make us feel welcome.

Very convenient location, rooms are nice, friend was treated rudely when he was asked to downgrade his room bc it was already reserved the next day even though he wanted to stay another night

Grand Hyatt is a really nice hotel with first class service. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. We had excellent service from the parking attendants, the bellman, the front desk folks, the waiters at the buffet , and the maid service was great.

My wife and I had a corner king room with a bar and mini fridge that suited us perfectly - we bring our own whiskey. Fabulous king sized bed and a nice view south and east .

So now instead of the Ritz (down the street ) at $350 + a night , we'll just stay here . And the breakfast buffet at Cassis is excellent. No negatives at the Grand Hyatt and my wife and I are seasoned travelers and very particular about rooms and service.

I stayed two weekend nights at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead. The staff is fantastic. They were attentive but not intrusive. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is nicely shaded in the afternoons by buildings. The standard rooms are spacious and clean. The coffee bar is quite good as well.

I have stayed in a different hotel almost every week of the year, but this one has everything I could ever want and need. GREAT service, friendly staff, and the restaurant, Cassis, is awesome. I recommend the shrimp and grits.

The house keeping knocked on the door at 8:40 ... Woke me up. Not happy with this.

Fantastic Buckhead location, right in the heart of the action. Staff and attention to detail was above and beyond. 25th floor club rooms are amazing, and have access to snack and beverages on the 24th floor - including continental breakfast. 4 stars simply because the room's HVAC seemed to struggle to work correctly, resulting in a stuffy room during the night.

Always a wonderful venue and an easy walk from the Buckhead MARTA station.

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The only downfall was my room smelt like someone had just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes just before I entered which made the entire stay uncomfortable.

We stayed here for our 3 year Anniversary. We had a great time. The room was clean for the most part but some minor misses made me question the integrity of the cleaning services. Overall, the staff was great and the location was perfect.

Great Buckhead location. Nice amenities and plenty of conference rooms available for business meetings.

Nice ballroom and conference area for event. Google Cloud seminar was pretty sweet, too! Traffic and parking can be brutal, but that's ATL.

Over priced, out dated avoid this dump. Stranded here due to weather, the price imposed is the highest I ever seen for a property within the USA. As very frequent traveler I can say this property is out dated with older bathroom, noisy hvac, small rooms, noisy fridge, old small TV etc etc etc.... this exemple is a good reason for me to avoid the Hyatt chain in my travels... Gosh even in Hawaii or Manhattan I have never seen a price soo astronomical! This is price gauging given the poor room and poor service!

Well, it was only right to erase my poor review simply because the good folks at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead were absolutely stellar in handling my issue. I truly look forward to experiencing this beautiful establishment again in the future, and hopefully put a face to the names that were so delightlful and stealthy in their efforts. Excellent location, right in the middle of Buckhead. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants! Very clean hotel, room was large, and quiet. The breakfast room service was excellent as well. All in all, a great experience.

Very friendly hotel staff. Parking was expensive 28 for self parking and 35 for valley. Rooms were pretty standard, had coffee and fridges in each room. Starbucks in the lobby. Close walking distance to some bars and cafe. Centralized location.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a "special" night. Our room was on the club floor. The room was average, the club amenities were also average.

As a Globalist member, I expected better service. Lobby and elevators are nice, but rooms are small and dated

Rooms were nice but instead of double beds we received a single king for 4 people. One had to sleep in a chair... When we told them how the arrangements were all they did was apologize.... Didn't even offer any incentives for messing up our first night stay. Nice hotel bad customer service.

My company's conference was held here for a week and the attention to detail and amazing customer service that was provided by the staff was exceptional. Sal brought me my green tea for breakfast every morning after ordering only the first day even though it was not in our package. Everyone was great!

The room was very late and accommodating, loved the space it provided. However that was quickly over shadowed by the poor management and service team members. When we arrived we were somewhat lost and the concierge lacked fundamental communication abilities to inform us how to park in the parking structure. We were charged a smoking fee, however we did not smoke in the room. We left the room to smoke cigarettes outside and we came back into the room. The room itself has poor ventilation and was extremely hot. We were unsuccessful in turning the room temperature down, even when we tampered with the in unit air conditioner. I will not stay here again, the people who currently work there have horrible manners and need training in customer service.

I love this place, when I visit the furniture market for my interior design business, Mindy McVay Interiors...it is like a home away from home...wonderful service.

From the moment my family pulled up in our car we were treated amazingly. The valet was very polite and helpful. The concierge was very friendly, upgraded our room to one with a nicer view, and gave us a surprise bottle of wine with a personal note for our anniversary. You don t know how much this treatment meant to us. We had just came from another hotel in the city that looked great online, but was a nightmare in person. The difference between that other hotel and the Hyatt Regency Atlanta was night and day. We would like to thank the Hyatt Regency Atlanta staff for such a great experience from beginning to end.

TLDR Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, incredible and personable staff.

Very clean and awesome staff but the hotel wasn't worth the money. Beds weren't comfortable and the layout of the room we were in wasn't great. Also not used to paying so much for parking. There were a few issues with them taking money out of my account and fees were already paid.

Gorgeous hotel in Buckhead. Clean rooms, comfy bed , large rooms. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful, small Chinese Garden, waterfall. Would def recommend anyone to stay here for fun or conference. They feed you well!
