Came here with hubby for a fathers day staycation!!!! And it was absolutely amazing!!! We did not feel like we were in Atlanta at all!!!! They brought us drinks pool side and the zen garden is so beautiful!!! Had such a great experience!!!! Will def be back!! The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is because the pillows sucked!!! (For me anyway) I dont like feather pillows no matter how many they give you... ill just bring my own pillow next time!!!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Atlanta. Everything is top knotch. The property is gorgeous and the zen garden is very unique. The rooms are very nice and so clean. The view is of Buckhead and watching the people and all the nightlife was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival, I checked in and went to my assigned room only to be surprised by a man coming out of the bathroom. After an awkward and embarrassing apology, I went back to the front desk to get an unoccupied room. The woman apologized and said she would inquire with housekeeping about the mix up. The room that I was then assigned was not the view that was described in my reservation but when I called the front desk they had no other solution but to have me switch rooms tomorrow. When I returned to the hotel after dinner I bought a glass of wine to take to my room. Got off the elevator and it wreaked of marijuana so I reported to the front desk and they said security would be up shortly. Lifted the glass of wine to my mouth and found lip stick around the rim. I took yet another trip downstairs to get a clean glass of wine. While the hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly, there is an obvious lack of attention to detail that has made this stay anything but relaxing.

Attended a graduation event recently at the Grand Hyatt. The ballroom was nice, but not very beautiful. The event I attended had a ticketed bar service and sit down dinner. The food was reasonably good and the service was OK if a little stilted.

Great service, wonderful staff and loved the amenities. Best of all a nice and spacious bathroom. Much room in the toilet area so you can sprawl your legs out and take a glorious dump. Will stay again.

Hmm I m not sure how an original 5 star review was left because I would not have rated it that. My actual stay was fine but then I was charged for using 2 bottles of water which I definitely didn t drink. When I emailed the hotel about these charges I was just never responded to. It s interesting that my email was ignored but a 5 star rating (that I don t know how was left) was responded to. I realize it s only a small charge but it s the principle and the fact that it was never addressed.

it is 2016, almost 2017, the business center at this hotel is ridiculous - they charge $1 a minute for web access! That is not the bad part, their system looks like it was built by Alexander Graham Bell - it took forever for the card reader to read the card and then it charged the card twice. all this to print a page from email - which they charged a $1 a page for - not sure about that - the printout bill was unclear - but the two minutes I spent online cost me $10.70. It would have better to go to BestBuy and buy a printer and then throw it away for all the help they gave. Bottomline - if you need to print something other than a boarding pass don't stay at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and hospitality. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The only issue I have is how insanely expensive the food and parking are: $20 for a mushroom flat bread, $18 for a simple Ceasar salad (which is served in cardboard and plastic) $42 each day for parking... A little pricey.

The Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead is an impeccable hotel. It has beautiful views of the city and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The hotel is centrally located in Buckhead and is within walking distance of the bar district as well as the two malls: Lenox Square and Phipps plaza. It is also very close to MARTA train system making the hotel really easy to get to from the airport or from downtown.

This place has the most polite and friendly staff I've ever been around! Not one staff member said good morning or welcome back, have a good evening. It was the most amazing hotels I've ever been to. I will definitely go back!!!

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, easy access to all the sites in Buckhead, and an overall great experience! Parking $ are a little high, but that is to be expected for this area. The room was immaculate, and the view was great from the 21st floor! I enjoyed some time in the Japanese Garden, as well as in the Onyx Lounge and Coffee Bar.

The service and food are excellent. The staff makes you feel right at home - so accommodating. The food in the restaurant is delicious and its presentation 5 star. The rooms are cozy also. Loved the hot tub and how a telephone and phone are in the bathroom. This hotel comes with my highest recommendation. Oh and it situated across the street from the Lennox mall.

Feels like a museum.

Feels like a museum.
Curated.
Ensconced in marble, travertine, stone, and objects de art.
Appropriate for an important business trip to impress clients, but it would definitely not be on my list of fun or relaxing places to stay for vacation or pleasure. More fitting for older men in their new Benz's with a trophy wife in the passenger seat and the obligatory "accessory" toy white dog.

The noise at this hotel is AWFUL. Please be aware that if you plan on getting sleep on a weekend staying here, you re out of luck! Yesterday from 8 am 5 pm they were outside BLARING music and microphones for an event. On Saturday morning they started doing the same at 6 am and it is 7 pm the same day and they re still going!!!! It s not just a little loud, it s VERY loud and my head is throbbing because of the constant noise. They also have very loud outdoor Indian weddings with street dancing every weekend. If you re looking for a place to relax and enjoy, this is NOT it. They have no courtesy for their guests nor anyone living around their hotel. A good nights rest will not happen here.

Great stay. Beautiful hotel. It was clean. Had great ameneties. Walking distance to alot of things. My kids loved it. The room was spacious. You dont have a microwave by default in the room but they are more then happy to bring you one if you have a little one you need to warm things up for at no charge. The view from the room was great. The price was great. I would warn you to car pool as they charge a 32 dollar per day parking fee which is at a near by garage. Other then that go and stay and have fun.

Our first suite smelled like a teenager's socks. The staff politely upgraded the room. The upgraded suite was okay, but old and dilapidated. Nothing overtly dirty, but the whole place felt like it had a patina. The rooms are not what you'd expect from the lobby. They closed the pool for a photo shoot without warning and denied guest access for most of the day. Despite a good view from small windows, the room felt dark. Polite service at the downstairs bar one night. Ignored the next.

My entire room and floor stunk from marijuana. I complained and they didn't even offer to move me to another room. I felt like I was at a geto hood rat convention. I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely time my husband was at a conference and I was exploring Buckhead and visiting with relatives. The Hyatt is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. I highly recommend the regency club on the 24th floor

Really nice hotel in a great part if town. Plenty of excellent places to walk to for food or drink and a short walk to the MARTA Station. The rooms are beautiful and the staff attentive. Lively evening lobby bar. Uber drops you off at the lower lobby level, which can mess with your bearings. Go straight to the elevator.

While the hotel is gorgeous on the inside the rooms are small and very dim lighting. The reason I m ranking this with two stars is due to the fact that our truck was stolen across the street from the hotel. Even though the lot isn t owned by the Hyatt it s directly across the street and seemed like a legitimate location when your vehicle is too large to park at the hotel. Be very careful where you park. Make sure the lots have cameras and do your research. Don t count on the police there to help you either. Takes over an hour for them to show up and when they do they re not helpful at all.
