Beautiful well kept property. Staff was extremely friendly. I would stay at this hotel

Great location; beautiful decor; nice and helpful staff; BUT the bed was awful, I'd have gladly given five stars but I really couldn't sleep :(

The hotel is gorgeous and features a Japanese garden with a waterfall in the rear which was quite the surprise. I could have sat at the window and sent emails all day. The Grand Ballrooms were nice and featured beautiful light fixtures, that resemblance fine jewelry. The food was delicious and they surprised us today with virgin sangria and churros today prior to leaving. I can't wait to visit again. Oh and everyone that I encountered were informed and super pleasant.

Attended a professional event today at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was super attentive and the venue was great.

Fantastic place to stay! Room are nice and front desk was a big help since we had a baby with us! Will stay there again.

Nina at the front desk is amazing he totally went out of her way to help me. The gentleman in suit at the bar was horrible keep blowing me off when I need help or had a question. My waiter Sterling during breakfast was excellennt he was one point with any request. Hotel room was clean and great location near everything

Showed up w a reservation only to be told there would not be a room available until the next day. They paid for me to stay the night at Hyatt place w the plan that I'd move back over the next day... but w a 2yo that wasn't happening.

Rooms were clean but bare. Bathroom was slightly mildewed. With the cost of the room, I resourced breakfast to be included.

Was a pretty good experience. Room was pretty cool. Only thing I didn't like was when I got punched in the face by a stranger getting a beverage at the Onyx Lounge and nothing was done.

Guest service was amazing so was the staff except for the judgemental vallet, because I was in a pick up truck but management quickly took care of the issue.

The staff was polite and professional. The rooms were magnificent. The linens were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This is a gorgeous hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Atlanta. Beds however weren't as soft as I was expecting for a hotel of this caliber.

Pleasant atmosphere extremely nice employees the people who were visiting we're respectable not overly loud. I felt safe being able to have a few drinks and leave. Without an uber lol. Really thinking about moving down here

We were able to stay on the Grand Club level. It was great to have snacks, coffee/drinks, hors devours and breakfast included in our stay!

Did a 3-day event there and the staff was very good to us. Helped us anyway they could and provided a great room for our event. Surprisingly the food was extremely good. They had staff members regularly checking on us . I was very impressed.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was a bit disappointed because of the size and lack of originality.

House keeping could have been better. I have stayed in lot of GHs but house keeping is probably the worst here.

The only thing was housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 a.m. and I was trying to sleep in because I have chronic sciatic pain and when I wake up I have to get up because the pain is too bad to lay there so thanks to her I had to go ahead and get up cuz she kept on knocking other than that I thought it was a really beautiful place

I don't understand the appeal of an expensive hotel that charfes extra for all amenities. I'd rather pay more for amenities, not less. Though besides this the hotel is really nice. The area around the hotel is very nice as well.

Nice hotel very comfortable. Nice staff.
The hotel has a bar / restaurant on the ground floor very nice to nibble at night or drink a beer.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and of good quality.
On the other hand AVOID at any price the breakfast in the room. Everything is served in cardboard trays with plastic cutlery. The toasts are soft, the croissants are soft AND greasy, etc. It's worse than a Mac Donald, almost inedible for the price of a breakfast of a 4 star hotel!

We had our employee appreciation dinner there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area was clean and we'll lit, plenty of room for such a large group.

Enjoyed my stay and dine in breakfast was pretty good. Parking is kind of expensive, but it's rather normal for buckhead hotels of this caliber. Pool is nothing special, but the gym had enough weights for a decent workout.

Great food. Wonderful rooms, our suite was beautiful and the gift from the hotel guest manager was so sweet. Great hotel!

Ok hotel. People are friendly, bar is nice of a bit on the pricy side for hotel bars. Food is a bit pretentious.

It is going to be difficult for me to stay anywhere else when I visit Atlanta.
The service all around was superb. The entire staff always made me feel welcomed and special. Very clean great amenities...I didn't like that the hotel parking was not free...but I have to say the concierge and driving services made up for it!!

Great hotel with great service! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We took notice of staff members who have been there for many years as we have stayed at this location often. That says a lot about management here, too! Great job everybody!
