I attended a work event in the conference space of this hotel. The staff was courteous and professional. The catered meals were tasty and accommodating to wide variety of dietary needs and preferences.

The location is great. Lots of good shops, restaurants, and drinks to be had in the area. The hotel is nice and staff interactions were all pleasant. The parking fees are a bit excessive.
I chose this hotel for a staycation. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and will cared for, and the pool was great. I planned to eat breakfast at the restaurant downstairs but it was freezing in there when we went down for breakfast so we left. The hotel's location is great. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and mall.
The hotel was nice, but not as nice as I was hoping. The bathroom had cheap fixtures that were poorly installed. The bed made a lot of noise and everything in the room was just a little bit cheaper than I would expect from a hotel that claims 4 stars. I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price for it. The staff other than the valet was nice though, and the room seemed clean.
My employer has held its annual event here over the years. Consistently excellent service. We've had events at other hotels, but the Grand Hyatt is a cut above the rest. Staff and guests alike really like this place. I recommend it!
The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very nice and helpful, also breakfast was included and was delicious. The bedrooms are nice and large the only complain was that the double beds are not spacious enough for 2, they are very narrow so we have to ask for an extra bed for my daughter. Other than that we had a great time.
Located in beautiful Buckhead, this place is a beautifully made hotel. I loved the lounge on the 24th floor. In the lobby is really something to look at. All the workers there were very kind and friendly, too.
Ah, wasn't impressed. When receptionists look at you like you don't belong be their type of hotel and speak to you in that manner...hello, that should have been my first sign. Check-in/out was difficult, she did apologize for the check-in process but it wasn't sincere, rather fake and just get out of my way- type of apologe, same for the check out process. Lower Lobby (LL) & Lobby (L) were clean and very pretty, more for business rather than vacation. Elevators were beautiful in design...which lead to believe that the Grand Suite room would have reflected the same type of decor style...I'll get to that in a moment. By ALL MEANS do valet parking bc parking is a MAJOR hassle, on top of a $24 daily charge!! To which we were not informed and the fact that we had never stayed in their chain of hotels prior to this visit-which was to celebrate our anniversary. We got to our Grand Suite room...it was okay, nothing to what we expected. Lack of decor, plain plain plain! Couch was not comfortable, tv & dresser/tv stand and the desk should have been flipped around bc it was odd to watch tv from the couch, bed was fair, pillows were amazingly squishy but TERRIBLE to sleep on, your neck will be sore, I strongly advise brining your own beloved pillow. There are 2 thermostats, 1 is visible in the living room area and the second one is behind the door as you walk towards the bathroom-it controls the awkward hall space & bedroom temperature. Bathroom door hits the shower ,awkward positioning as well, shower is not walk-in, nice counter space and open caddy space. We never understood the phone next to the toilet. Nice views from living room & bedroom windows, clearly Buckhead is the rich/fancy area. Take your key with you when you go to the pool to get in,(3rd floor) towels are provided, bathrooms are located in the Women's Spa & Men's Spa which you pass, well as the gym as you go to the outdoor pool. Pool isn't deep but nice and plenty of lounge seating there & on the deck, Zen garden was nice to walk through as well. I could go on but I hope this is helpful enough for future travelers.
I visited the grand Hyatt Atlanta in buckhead for a work conference in one of several meeting rooms available. It's definitely impressive how many are available for use but they have the most confusing layout and it was difficult to locate the conference initially. Thankfully the staff is very helpful and once we found out way everything was great. We enjoyed the bar afterwards and would recommend thisbhitel to anyone whom isn't driving. The larking was next remelt ex pens oven as we paid $20 for few hours at the conference. Be sure total an uber or catch the Marta train instead!
I was on a business trip. The one thing I really wanted was reliable internet. The only time it was reliable with reasonable speed was at 2:00 am when most people were sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and very polite. The banquet food with the conference was ok.
Utilized the grand ballroom for a company event, and the personnel at the hotel are fantastic! The venue is great, but the crew really went above and beyond to make the whole experience amazing.
Stayed in room 1919 which is a corner room commanding a spectacular view of the Atlanta skyline in two directions. Stayed a week for a business event and frequented the Restaurant and Bar. The drinks and beer selection are good. The food catered for breakfast left something to be desired though. It's a great location waking distance from some great dining and nightlife options. And you'll want to walk with how bad traffic gets in the area. The staff are friendly and there's a refrigerator in the room. Microwaves are not in the room but are available in the ice machine room on some select floors.
We as a family enjoy this hotel as an nice little upscale staycation escape. The hotel is immaculate and the pool area and garden are enjoyable. There is just nothing bad you could say about this hotel.
I have never been so disappointed in a hotel! We chose the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead to stay for our wedding night. When we arrived in our room we noticed the door was unlocked. When we came in and sat our stuff down... when I went to throw my eyelashes away I noticed the trash was full. Then I looked around noticed the bed was not made and towels all in the bathroom. Our room had not even been cleaned!! We kept calling down and asking for a manager and they proceeded to send security as well. It was our wedding night!! We ended up getting another room at 2:00 that morning! So disappointed!! We had all of our wedding guests at the Hyatt place for $75 a night and it was a million times nicer!!! We should of stayed there and saved our money. I will never be back
My stay at the Grand Hyatt has been great!!! The staff were caring and the service was second to non. This is a great place to stay. Please keep up the great work.
Staying here currently on our 3 year anniversary. My wife and I are impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Although there was a little confusion with my reservation, DJ did a wonderful job at researching and asking for help from who seemed to be higher authority. The champagne and strawberries were excellent. Like I said I am currently here but I could not wait to say good things about those hotel and staff. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Atlanta, for helping make our anniversary one we will never forget.
My hotel stay was lovely. Clean well kept rooms, nice amenities (the garden is gorgeous), and the staff kept the conference I attended running very very well.
I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was amazing! The hotel staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They upgraded me to a great room, surprised me with wine, cheese and fruit tray and handwritten note. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I'm so glad that I recommended the hotel to some of our wedding guests who also enjoyed their stay very much!
Hotel was nice but received a bill afterwards for a $6 charge for water. They had a welcome bottle of water in room. Just seems tacky to overcharge for a bottle of basic water that is presented as sign of hospitality
For a highly recommended hotel this place was beyond disappointing. I would have thought it a splurge night in a fancy hotel but was incredibly surprised that our hotel room smelled terrible. Like...they just cleaned the carpets after 5 years of use and it hadn't fully dried out. Our windows had finger prints all over it and even initials that a kid left on them, so not the fun *clean* view we were hoping for. The glass on our desk also was covered in hand prints. The bathroom sink had quite a few hairs left in it and to put the cherry on top of the cake, our entire bedroom was illuminated by giant football stadium lights (that are used to light up the outside of the building) and the curtains didn't properly overlap which made it rather difficult to sleep with all the light filtering through.
Also, we got cold at night and opened up the closet to grab an extra blanket...there was no extra blanket. It was clear, that this place puts more money into their lobby and gardens than the rooms.
Then we were charged 2x for something we only used one of and when we called to inform them of this, there wasn't a single "I'm sorry" at all. Really disappointed with this place. You'd have a better time at an air bnb.
Warning about the self parking lot... I was attending Atlanta Mania and had my car broken into. They shattered my window and took my backpack that had my ice skates in it (among other things)
