I went to remember old times. It was renovated and still great

A hotel that offers something for every situation, and the staff is just great. The food is oke, not outstanding but not bad either.
The entertainment is great as well as the staff at the bar and reception. Small complaints are settled on the same day. The only drawback for a three star hotel is about 10-15% too expensive.
Nevertheless an unconditional booking recommendation.
And lg to the Floresta team =)

Nice clean no frills apartment hotel complex. German French Dutch British. Food basic all inclusive style usual stuff. Good booze in the bar branded soft drinks and a decent local beer. Entertainment could be better seems to stop 1030 but bar open till 12. Kids enjoyed it and loved the pool.

Best 3 star hotel in Puerto Del Carmen. Price performance is right. Rooms are always very clean, serve their purpose and have a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
The grounds are beautiful with lots of gardens. There is a large salt water pool as well as a small and a medium-sized pool on the other side of the complex.
The downside is that the beach chairs are reserved with towels from 7:00 a.m., although this is only allowed from 9:00 a.m. That's why I was personally at the hotel manager, who arranged for the towels to be removed before 9 a.m. on the following day.
The food I have to admit is not awesome, but you can always find something and that is not an exclusion criterion for me either.
In short: I was at the Floresta for the second time this year and have already booked again for next year.

A the time of writing, this is our fifth stay at Floresta. The staff are warm and friendly and we've never had cause to complain about the food or service. Love coming back here.

In our opinion, the hotel didn't even deserve 2 **.
We arrived for dinner and immediately went to eat. We were really horrified! There was a real canteen atmosphere of the lowest level. The food was a disaster in our opinion. Thank goodness I don't eat meat, but even if I did, I would certainly not have tackled it here.
The room was very nice but not clean. It is not cleaned every day. There were ants in the apartment and on the terrace and we spotted cockroaches on the way to the pool.
The noise in the evening was also extreme.
Wanted to go to the bar in the evening. You couldn't sit down at a table because they were still totally filthy from the previous guests. These were not cleaned either
So all in all, we will definitely not go back here. In our opinion not recommended and not worth the money.

Hotel is very clean and tidy only thing let's it down is the food. If all inclusive meals are the same on 2nd week as first no variation but overall good

Excellent location, you have an apartment instead of the usual room, spotlessly clean, it is not the classic huge mega galactic hotel. Intercontinental breakfast themed dinner I dare say every day (Spain, Italy, Mexico, China, America etc etc)

I don't like the facility anymore; above the pool before you go into the water, spit and slippery

DISAPPOINTMENT. The rooms don't feel clean, old furniture, cabinets smell bad, disposable pillows ... But the worst thing is the food, everything prepared, nothing homemade, no variety and the worst of all is that they ignore the allergen legislation food They have a sign in the dining room with the legislation but it turns out that they only have a letter of allergens for celiacs, the rest of the allergens are not indicated anywhere and the dining room staff barely has knowledge about them. In my case being lactose intolerant and having half board I have eaten 6 days practically the same for not having reliable information about it. It is incomprehensible that a 3-star hotel is passed to the bullfighter legislation on allergens and that the staff has such ignorance on the subject having announced the regulations and assuming compliance.

We were from 21.12. until December 28th, 2017 in the Floresta. Here we were pleasantly surprised. For three stars we had a great apartment with a good kitchenette and terrace. The daily cleaning was perfect. The following applies to the entire staff: extremely friendly and helpful (from reception to cleaning staff). For that, actually, an extra star.
In addition, the staff speaks very good English and German.
We had booked half board and (I can't understand some of the ratings) the food was varied and nicely presented. There were themed evenings, e.g. Asian, Italian, etc. and of course tapas. The breakfast buffet was also impressive.
The beach is approx. 300 meters from the hotel, the actual center begins after a good kilometer and can be easily reached on foot via a nice promenade.
The only negative point: the guests while eating.
I haven't actually seen the generation that went hungry here, but I had the impression that there would probably be nothing the next day. Do you always have to start the Tower of Babel on your plates and then leave two thirds there? If there are 6 ketchup bottles for around 200 guests at the buffet, is it asking too much to fill your plate at the buffet or at least bring the bottle back to the buffet immediately? (No, the really nice service staff should kindly do that, but only when we're done) You don't really expect the hotel to put 200 bottles there, do you? (This question is particularly aimed at young dynamic families).
So, your own culture and good upbringing (if available) don't have to stay at home even on vacation.

Hotel Floresta and the whole area, I highly recommend to all who want to find silence and entertainment in one.
Very clean and pleasantly personal from the information to the gentleman incredibly friendly and helpful.
Super location, you can use the great offers organized by the travel agency.
I recommend AMAND BUS.

Great location and lively hotel. Our room was on the ground level a little way away from the hub of activity and 4 pools, but this suited us with a young family. Great value for money and lots of tasty local restaurants that our kids ended making friends with many of the waiters at! A memorable stay, highly recommend.

We were as a couple from 27.08-10.09.2019 in the hotel Floresta. We would like to highlight the absolute cleanliness in the hotel and friendliness of the staff. At the reception one was always informed and helped. The food was very tasty. Everyone will find something here. The apartments are spacious. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. From the hotel one has a good bus connection. In the evening, the promenade invites you for a walk. We will be back.

We are here in Floresta every year. The whole staff is very friendly . And as for the food there is something for every taste. We are very satisfied.

Amazing place, spotlessly clean, great facilities. The food is of a great variety and different every night. The only complaint I would have concerning the hotel is the fact that you have to pay for the water, and are not allowed any other drink with dinner if you are half board. But the rooms and facilities are perfectly clean, and entertainment each night is amazing for both adults and kids. It is just a short walk from the beach, with some beautiful views. Totally reccomended :)

Were there for the second time. Many families with some very small children (like us) and then again surprisingly many older guests, but mostly not bothered. The food is good and varied. Everyone will find something here. The complex is spacious and has two children's and two adult pools. The beach is 200 m the next Spar directly in front of the hotel entrance with relatively normal prices. Many nice restaurants and bars right on the promenade and easily accessible on foot.

In the meantime getting old. Should be rehabilitated. Room moderately

Our stay at the Floresta was on 15th to the 25th of October 2019, it's the second time we have stayed there. It is a great place to stay, with bed and breakfast there is a great choice in the restaurant which accommodates all tastes, the rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend the Floresta hotel without hesitation.

As already rated by others, great value for money. HP is worth it, fresh food is grilled or cooked directly. Over delicious salads up to the Schoko fountain. Also the breakfast 1a

We went as a couple, location a 10, phenomenal cleaning, the food a bit repetitive some hospital things, the bad thing was the atmosphere all set for foreign leisure

Hotel was great. Pools clean. Large room with kitchen and dishes. Service great. Food was very good. There was something for every taste. You can't expect German cuisine. We were in Lanzarote. Spar was just across the street. Those who always complained could cook for themselves. We will be back.

Even if I have already given a rating on Holidaycheck, here in short form:

We have been to this hotel 3 times so far and will definitely find our way back here. This is the case with many vacationers. Although the Floresta with its 3 stars is not a luxury hotel, it is still one of the affordable mid-range hotels that have no rooms, only apartments. This makes this hotel ideal for the common sun-seeker, as it offers 2 large salt water pools, but it is only a little over 100m from the beach.
Many holidaymakers also use it as a starting point for exploring the island; the apartments do not restrict space as much as in a small room.

As far as I know, almost everything is offered at overnight options, only breakfast, half board and all inclusive. The concept differs a bit for each hotel, but the food is good for the hotel category and everyone will find something tasty.

The apartments are all similarly furnished, with mostly a bedroom and bathroom as well as a combined kitchen and living area. Cutlery, crockery, all kinds of kitchen utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven, etc. are available.

Unfortunately, the rooms are already a bit run down, but we are constantly working on it.

The hotel is fantastic in regards to the facilities and food (unless you dont like pork) and especially the staff. However what's stopping me from giving 5 stars is the poor entertainment. 1 night was a bird show., lasted 15 mins then you have photos done which ultimately you pay for which I have no problem with however the next night they bring another bunch of birds for a 15 min show which again you must pay for and it just grinds my gears. Constantly trying to sap money at every opportunity. Another night was a Male singer and I was just embarrassed for him, dont get me wrong I cant sing if my life depended on it but I would never put myself in a situation like that knowing this fact. Out of 7 nights only one was actually good. The kids entertainment is EXACTLY THE SAME every night.... same routine same songs in the exact same order. I dont think it's the fault of the 2 kids workers. I think it's a case of overworked and not enough time to plan... and by the way the 2 people John and le are absolutely amazing with kids so by no means am I taking a shot at them. In summary it's worth the money there is no doubt about that. however if your in to your evening entertainment be prepared to be brought to tears in boredom.

They are apartments which is appreciated but the food of the Buffet leaves much to be desired and if you have half board you have to pay until the water in the meals.

Was a perfect hotel. Neat and a 4 star worthy hotel. Repair was carried out within 2 hours and thoroughly cleaned every day., Definitely recommended hotel

A place where you always like to come back! Great staff!

It is a very good hotel but I do not like the beds because they are very hard and the pool table is on the air and when playing the balls move and get into the hole, the football outside is all rusted and degreased and in very bad conditions . But for everything else it is perfect.

Breakfast from 8 to 11 o'clock and dinner from 18 to 22 o'clock. Child friendly and very relaxed atmosphere.

How it happens with everything, there are 3 * hotels to which I would put 4 and hotels like this one that would leave you in 2 *. With saying that there have been two times when they made the room, they put the torn sheets on us. The buffet very brief, do not vary anything, very little and always the same.

Attention, cleaning, buffet. Quality price very good for 3 stars.

stayed october 2018 receptionist was very nice, my mum forgot her straighteners so the lady insisted to bring her own in from her home, and she did, very pleasant. We stayed for ten days for breakfast and dinner and eight of those days we had our dinner in the restaurant. You have to go early - 1/4 of the time your allowed down there to get the best and not leftovers, gets very busy. Lovely food although same breakfast every day, range of food but many of them are things i havent heard of. Literally it was rare for me to see an english person in there. The staff did their jobs but if you were spanish theyd have a laugh with you and talk with you. The pools were so seawatery so it stinges my eyes alot. Dont trust weather forecast as we were told itd be sunny but half the days it was wet. Funny because when we landed there was a storm and thunder. After all next time wouldnt be my main choice, its decent but not great. Id recommend it for families with children under nine, its full of things for children. Wouldn t recommend all inclusive because gets boring after three days

Apartment complex, rather large but super nice. Ideal for families with children. Pool facilities, small drawback: may in the evening only until 18 o'clock, morning at the earliest from 10 o'clock used. But has good to do something with the meal times in the hotel restaurant and the times of the pool cleaning. Otherwise very friendly staff, no matter if front desk (some accent-free German speaking) or technicians, as well as housekeeping. Every day cleaning the rooms, nice beds make up. No complaint. Next to hotel a Spar supermarket. To the beach, which is crazy long and wide, just 5 minutes on foot. Beach promenade also not crowded with crowds. So good relaxed. Restaurant: no firm table compulsion to sit there daily, where there is room. Food varied, shortcoming: the fruit could be more of fresh fruit crowned, as from the tin (peach, pineapple, etc.), That was only the case with kiwis and melons. The knives are sometimes very dull. One gets in the morning, for example, hardly a bread sliced. Nevertheless always gladly again anytime!

All employees friendly and helpful. In the event of problems, they would react immediately and fix the problem.

The rooms are very large and clean.
The food was good.
The pools were cleaned every morning.
Unfortunately, you hardly had a chance to lie down by the pool, as the loungers were occupied with towels in the morning.

The hotel is very nice. You have a savings market right outside the door, e.g. to cover with water.
The beach is also only a few minutes' walk away.
The bus stop is also directly at the hotel, where you have good connections to Playa Blanca and Co.

We had a very nice, relaxed time.

I think sleep gets in Papa's eyes, the main thing is that the days are warm.

A good hotel. Many guests from Germany and less from England. Rooms have almost everything you need (iron missing, but toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishes, microwave, TV, refrigerator, etc.) Nice staff. Supermarket and Ocean are nearby. The food tastes good and is not too fat.

The whole hotel was clean and tidy. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating either.

The food on offer for the all-inclusive was varied and well cooked as well as being fresh and well presented.

The pool areas (all 3) were kept clean and there's plenty of sunbeds to choose from and the poolside bar and ice-creams were always handy to have!

Basic Apartnent but Clean, No washing machine included, Lighs in the Bedroom and Living were dim, Could easily hear noises from other apartments, food was acceptable, however they would not suit the taste of Brittish and Irish People including breakfast. Be aware of the half board not including any drinks , not even a glass of water there was a sign even on the water dispenser saying only for all inclusive.

For families with children ok. But beware it only has 3 stars. That means you have to cut back on the food. Common areas are not available.

We were greeted in the hotel very friendly and the room allocation worked fast and uncomplicated so that you could quickly take care of other things that are more important on vacation.
The hotel is clean the staff is friendly, however, the rooms are getting a bit old, but that was perfectly enough to spend the nights there relaxed.
The food in the restaurant is okay no matter if breakfast is lunch or dinner.

Quite large and quiet hotel. Some of the facilities are a bit outdated and sometimes (in our case) the room catches you quite far, but nothing important.

Also after checking out they give you a free room to shower so you can take advantage of the beach until your flight departs. A DETAIL !!
