Very nice hotel, delicious food, very helpful staff

I think it's an excellent idea to be able to take advantage of the last day of the bracelet, because as the flight did not leave until 20, despite passing 12 in the morning, we could eat, and taste an ice cream later. You could also bathe, which we declined, but you could use a courtesy room to shower.

We had a great holiday in this hotel. Clean rooms, very good food, nice staff and a very good service in all areas

I am currently staying in the floresta apartments for 11 nights all inclusive i only have 3 left to go fortunately, since arriving i have being more and more disappointed every single day and it is 100% definite that i will never return here again!
They certainly do not cater for the english here. the food is pretty much the same stuff every single day and hardly anything english or edible, for the full holiday so far i have lived off of chips and even though i am all inclusive i have had to eat out more or less every single day just to be able to eat something other than bread and chips. The staff and other holiday stayers are majority spanish or german there is very little english people here & they are so rude and arrogant towards the english holiday makers and are not prepared to help you or like to even conversate with you at the most.
The hotel itself advertises that it is in the middle of puerto del carmen and a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre which is a total lie within itself, we are actually at least a 45-60
minute walk to puerto del carmen town centre and in actual fact the apartments are very much next door to the arecife airport.
the location itself is a HUGE disappointment unless you want to spend money every single day in a taxi to the town centre your more or less stuck in the hotel with very very little entertainment!
The drinks are very much watered down and even though all inclusive your only allowed a certain amount of drinks at a time and the all inclusive bar is only 11am-11pm before or after these times you have to pay anyway.
For anybody who would like to keep in touch with family or friends at home and may need wifi for your mobile would probably expect wifi in the hotel considering you have paid all the money to stay here already your wrong. Your also charged for that at 6 euros a day and will soon become to realise you've wasted your money as half the time it won't connect or will just kick you off when you manage to connect and the signal is terrible and nothing loads anyway!
on arrival the lady in the room next door to me arrived to three cockroaches in her room whilst i arrived to baby spiders all over the bedroom wall.
The fan in my bedroom does not work whilst my parents fan in the other room worked until the plank of wood on the fan actually snapped in half, mid spin and flung across the room nearly taking my mums head off and all the reception could say was "sorry".
all in all the customer service ,food, rooms and location is very disappointing.
on booking we got told with us being a party of 10 for my parents 30th wedding anniversary we would have champagne in our rooms with a lovely room with pool views, on arrival with disappointment again we did not have champagne and not near the pool our balcony views was a spar shop and a car park full of cars and coach arrivals.
all in all huge disappointment and will not be returning in fact very much so disappointed i wasted my money coming here. NEVER AGAIN!
we as a family do not usually complain or normally even leave reviews but i think it is only fair to share our experience and save some people's disappointment and hard earned money.

I have been to the Floresta several times. And I have to say that it is a great hotel for families and people who like to go to the beach. You are only a few meters from the beach, which is not super crowded during the holidays. If you want to get some snacks etc., you only have to cross the street once and you are at a small supermarket. The dining room is a bit small, but the buffet food is very tasty and varied. There are Spanish, English and German dishes (of course you shouldn't expect gourmet dishes). There are three pools. One is larger, the other for children and the third is the smallest in the other part of the hotel. You can also get drinks and snacks at the pool bar. You can sit inside and outside while the children's disco takes place in the evening and then the daily evening program, which is not the best, but is completely ok.
The rooms are good and completely sufficient. You also have a small kitchen there. Room service also does its job very well.

You can also play mini golf, as well as a tennis and soccer field.
Free and good WiFi is available in the lobby and in the bar. If you want to have some in your room, you have to pay extra.
Overall it is a very nice hotel complex for families. I hope my feedback has helped you

Nice food and nice location around the hotel. the boulevard is highly recommended. with nice shops and pubs. The only sad thing is that the island is quite the same. in terms of sights. The caves are very nice, but for the rest it is just sand and stone. But the hotel is separate from that. the hotel was really great. especially the varied food and drink. I enjoyed myself very much. 1 very big disadvantage ..... the pool chairs .. Man man man what a mess with people putting their towel on it and then walk away. And just pretend they're crazy. but otherwise everything was above average!

Great family holiday. We went all inclusive and it was good value. Very clean hotel. Staff are excellent. Kids entertainment is very good. Something to do all day but not pushy. Night time entertainment is ok. Breakfast is very good and huge selection.

I would book this hotel again. It is very close to the beach and has a grocery store in the immediate vicinity. The staff speaks English, sometimes German. The rooms were always clean. The food was always excellent.
Sometimes there is some noise from adjacent hotels and from the airport. When sleeping it did not bother me.
The pools are clean. Apparently, however, a lot of chlorine is used.
There are various playground equipment, a playground and a miniature golf course.

This is best place. I have new friend hier and this place is best. Food is really cood. There is really high mountains and one is Timanfaya, but this hotel is best

Perfect family hotel, close to the beach, promenade, shops etc, large swimming pool, clean, nice, acceptable food, good treatment, the big deal that takes more care of the German tourist in English etc than the national, especially in the animations both d Children like nocturnal ones for adults, or do you speak English or leave, when you go to their countries they speak English not Spanish, why don't we do the same, let's be proud of our language, but ... The quality of food and service from each staff member is brilliant. The apartments are very clean and cosy and the atmosphere is great.

Great value for money. If you want to save a few , you can also arrive and depart by public bus in around 15 minutes.

This was our 3rd visit. Nice and relaxing, though lots of people, there is plenty of room in the restaurant and beds by the pool, the pool is never to crowded.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel that meets this requirement very well. The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and fast. The rooms are in good condition, a two things could be nicer, like The air conditioning, which lamellae misses to change the direction ... But it works, all in all, I can recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a good 3 star hotel in Lanzarote, this is great.

Hotel is really great! Unfortunately after a week the food is repeated. Room always clean. Large pool (salt water).

I have been visiting this hotel for 7 years and am satisfied.
Since I do 99% diving holiday, I would not rate the animation.

Since I did not use these but was diving, I can not write much about it.
But I have noticed that they are cleaned every morning.

Unbeatable location just across the street and you are on the beach the well-equipped apartments only need a scourer to clean the dishes and the correct and attentive service

Very clean room. Food is varied and delicious. A star deduction for the staff at the front desk, because sometimes you do not feel very comfortable here. But on the whole highly recommended.

A place where you can really relax. Friendly, open-minded and helpful staff. A neat and clean facility a place where man feels comfortable.

I do not recommend it because clients did not comply with the rules to avoid the spread of covid19, they smoked in common areas, they removed their mask to walk through common areas anyway. The hotel tried to manage it well, but the clients did not get used to the new normals.
Highlight the friendliness and service of employees

Friendly, nice accommodating. Nice pool area. Well maintained facility. There is much to offer and a few meters to the beach.

Really clean. Great apartments. Perfect for families. Food was ok. Only real complaint is some of the staff were unfriendly and even rude. Not all. Waiters and cleaning staff were really friendly. Also not great if you're vegetarian as they annoyingly add ham to all the salads, which I just don't understand! But all in all a great time for our family of teens and toddlers.

Had a lovely 10 days here in June. The complex was clean. The rooms were clean and were exactly what we needed. Good location. Would recommend it for families

The hotel is good. Most male staff very rude. The female staff very nice. Moderately clean in the rooms. Food is not so varied. After a week, the food plan repeats itself.

Been there last year been there 2years ago and returning for another great time week. Can't wait.just back everything is great except the entertainment not to good a bit boring. Kids have a great time. Went out a few evenings.

Stayed last year and loved it so much just home again after a 10 day stay. The food,service and courtesy of staff was excellent. The beach, shops, bars and public transport all close by. Strongly recommended for a relaxing pleasant stay. Already planning our next trip to Hotel Floresta for next year!

Thanks to the hotel team, we were thrilled. Facilities, food and above all service were first class. We had problems with the beds and with the fan in the bedroom. These reported before breakfast, were already removed after breakfast. No language barriers with the service, just great. As Weigth Watchers we could easily put our food together at the buffet. Thank you, we will gladly come back to you.

It was generally a good place. Food was fairly standard for lanzarote but the pool was a good size and most of the bar staff were lovely on was quite misrable and seemed as if he didnt want to be there. The day time entertainment was great for the kids and there was even stuff for the adults. I also quite liked the rooms with nice beds. Sheets were changed almost everyday and with it being so close to the spar we had everything within 20 yards of the hotel including the beach. If you walked for around half an hour to los cocos teros then you would come to a massive strip which had everything from pandora to gucci to addidas so generally a brilliant place.

All small plastics bags for one half bread, by the breakfast small Butter, small Marmelade, small Nutella big rubish!!!

Very good hotel, great food, great location. Close to the ocean, to shops, to pubs. You can not be bored there.

This is my fourth time here in the hotel. Very nice staff, everything was clean, delicious food ..... What more could you ask for?

All very old, outdated and dated, only for low cost giris, I will never return to this hotel, although the service is very friendly and the breakfast very good.

Beautiful designed facility. The rooms are quite simply furnished, but completely enough. The food is good, but the dining room is quite small and therefore quite full, so it can come to the buffet to wait. Overall, everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly.

Good location 2mins walk to beach. Staff very helpful and nice to deal with. Suite was a clean spacious 2 bedroom with pool views. Family friendly hotel with great kids club and activities. Food mostly average. Recommend the purchased weekly Wi-Fi. Pool bar bit of a let down. Not much atmosphere. Otherwise good hotel.

There are 3 pools.
Big and spacious rooms, nice staff. There is a huge buffet, but it is very noisy in the dining room.
There is a pool bar with all kinds of drinks, different types of ice cream and good dishes such as chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and the like. Sandwiches (only if you have full board, otherwise you have to pay for everything)
The pool is clean.
There is a supermarket right next to it.
The beach is not even 5 minutes. gone and totally beautiful.
Unfortunately the beach chairs cost 10 per day (public beach).
The beach is also very clean and it is flat.
There is a shower.

Overall a very good middle class hotel with a great location, nice staff and good food.
