Hotel Floresta is a great midrange hotel. Good service, clean (especially outside the bib pool).
Enough space to find a place in the sun.
Food is good for price. The dining room should be a little nicer.
What a loss is that there is no exercise in the morning. My wife found this annoying.
Excellent price / quality ratio.

Good stay with nice apartments, good breakfast buffet, nice walk-in shower and good beds.

The English language is preferred here. No German animation.

What a holiday!!!!-absolutely brilliant, the staff are great, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food splendid, so much choice, would definitely highly recommend. Can't wait to book again.!!!!! Weather, Hotel all fantastic. Also forgot to say how spotlessly clean everywhere is.

A very nice hotel, family friendly, delicious varied buffet, near the beach (you just have to cross the street). We are here for the second time and absolutely thrilled.

We spent a wonderful family holiday at the Hotel Floresta during the October half term. The hotel is located in an excellent location with loads of local amenities near by including nice bars and shops. The beach is also a very short walk away. The surrounding area is kept very clean and tidy. Great when you have a young family like ours. As we are a family of five we had an apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious living area. The rooms were clean and tidy and kept to a high standard. Food at the hotel was also very good and the customer service could not be faulted. Well done to the Hotel Floresta team.

Pools were freezing.. cleaners were friendly but rushed... room was adequate for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Not 4 adults 2 kids like suggested..

Perfect cheap holiday. I normal stay in 4/5 stars this wasnt but you get what you pay for room was dated but clean and serviceable

Well-kept area, basically everything in terms of the price-performance ratio, is a bit shabby and unfortunately VERY noisy.
Unfortunately, you can taste the food's quality, which is not too high. I think less selection (which you don't have to throw away because it tastes good), but a little more quality, would be great here.
But you can't beat the location and the staff is very friendly.

The apartment is good, the view is great, pool area was very clean, staff very nice! But the food and the cleanliness in the restaurant (at the buffet) is not at all. The food has no taste, much fast Food, always the same food except the country typical dishes. The volume is unbearable food, too few places ... you are in line .... The area is otherwise very nice .. The flight noise bothers a bit The beach is really nice and not crowded ...

I think it is a nice hotel. The pools were large and clean and I thought it was a nice little house. I thought it was perfect !!!

A real hoax. The very poor rooms the very outdated cleaning staff call the attention to the maids in front of the customers. The wifi is not free. The walls fall off the paint to chunks ... A scam ...

A set of apartments at the quieter end of Puerto del Carmen. Things to do for all people regardless of age. Staff are really nice and helpful and the food is good, with a wide range of foods.

Myself, my girlfriend, my two step brothers and their great aunt had a 9 day stay. In one word: disastrous!
When we arrived and discovered the so-called lobby, the listless receptionist checked us in and gave us the battered keys for the "apartments". Just arrived and still hoping to have a nice stay, we moved into the room. Me and my girlfriend shared a room and the other fellow travelers shared one. When we walked in one didn't notice anything of the term modern. The facility is anything but modern and at first quite not functional. As a surprise we found hair on the sink and the toilet in the bathroom, a dead spider in the sink and a used toothbrush cup. That alone screwed up our reception. When we turned on the air conditioning in the living room to get the dirty air out of the "apartment", after about 3 hours we noticed that there was an enormous amount of cooling water and dirt coming out there. Then our couch looked like a pig. In addition, harmful and unhygienic. The same problem occurred in my stepbrothers room. Repairs should be made on complaint. After switching it on again, the same thing happens again. Then it went on to the dining room or rather the small dining room that the hotel has to offer. The choice: extremely small
The taste: qualitatively the last
Even if the cooks tried hard you could taste the quality of the food. Hideous. Pretty much the same every day. Variety: Nothing.
Really the bottom drawer in terms of taste. Sometimes not even got a seat and the food was basically cold.
We continue with the outdoor facilities.
The pools: cold, dirty because the lifeguard simply swept the dirt that had collected on the edges of the pool back into the pool. Very good for your health!
Some loungers were often free. If you take a closer look you can see why. Bird droppings and dirt adorned some of the loungers. Disgusting even with a towel over it!
The sports facilities such as the tennis court and mini soccer for the small children were satisfactory. Now for the only good thing: the location. Fortunately, there were some ways to escape from this hotel.

The reception and the room allocation in the hotel was uncomplicated. No matter how stressful the day went, the staff was always nice, helpful and attentive. The area is very clean and there is a good entertainment program throughout the day. The buffets were very rich and varied, there was something for every taste. We felt very comfortable during the entire stay and would love to come back!

So far very nice place weather very good. But only been here 1 day. That could all change . hope it doesn't

Had our own apartment on an all inclusive stay. Entertainment was good and lots to do locally. The beach is a short walk away.

One of the finest App. Hotels of Puerto del Carmen. Near the beach, near a diversion of restaurants and supermarkets. Higly appreciated by tourists of several countrys. The rooms are standard, but the services are good and personal is very friendly.
The swimmingpool is nice, but they should remove towels from guests who reservate beds around it. The restaurant serves bufet in several styles and themes, so you dont have to leave Floresta for a good meal.
Floresta is loved by tourists, so you have to book early for high-seasons.

There is a pool but the lifeguard is busy with window cleaning and the like.

The hotel is getting on in years and the dining room has something of a train station hall, but otherwise the area is worth more than 3 * in our opinion. Another dining room for the more distant apartments would take the strain off the reception in the main building.
The dishes are adapted to the main clientele and extensive. The location is good, decentralized but not off the beaten track! The promenade is ideal for strolling and strolling.

It is very well located. The staff are very friendly and behaved very well throughout the stay. Almost all of the people staying were elderly.

For the price the hotel was good. Very close to the beach and shops are nearby. The room equipment is sufficient: kitchen, living room and TV. The paid WiFi is mostly stable and unfiltered.
We even had a cockroach in the bathroom, we called her Rudi. He was with us the whole time and was a nice change of pace.
The half-board buffet was varied but not outstanding.

We were not thrilled with this hotel. Of course you can not make a lot of claims in a 3 * hotel room -but especially with the food we would like to draw attention to it: the meals are not varied; often cold to lukewarm, not lovingly presented and often not seasoned well! Salt and pepper stand on each table (as practical).
The hotel is far from the actual location, where a lot more shopping and bars / restaurants to choose from.
Beach is easy to reach. Certainly interesting for families.
Rooms are simple and equipped with a kitchenette.
Wi-Fi on the room costs!

Without a doubt the buffet, quality justita of the food.

3 stars for 3 stars.
The bus does not stop in front of the hotel, so you have to walk from the main road to the hotel (about 150-200 meters).
That's stupid, especially with small children and 4 suitcases.
The gastro offer is characterized by mediocre dishes and queues repeated every 5-6 days.
The gastro area is too small for the size of the hotel.
It is about 400 meters to the beach (back to the main street + another 200 meters to the beach.

Good clean apartments. The buffets are well cared for and there is something for everyone. Nice swimming pools and especially convenient for the beach. Totally no problems with air traffic.

Staff are nice .. foods cooked ok just a bit of a miss match just too many mozzies and cockroaches in the room for my liking

It is generally OK. Unfortunately, just like in other places in the world, everything is subordinated to Germans and English - from breakfast on the linguistic issues to the end, and on the way a glaring detail: it is in vain to look for Polish among many flags exhibited in the auditorium. Sorry, but not all hotel guests are able to eat eggs, bacon and beans every day for seven days (English prayers) or potatoes in ten varieties (Swabian version). In addition, clean, tidy, discreet and unobtrusive service. Though the old lady at the reception should probably go away for a well-deserved retirement :-). Big Plus for daily diversified with various performances evenings.
