A very nice hotel, especially you do not even need 2 minutes to the beach. The facility is very large and well arranged. There are 2 large pools and 2 children's pools. The rooms are very large and usually have a proper terrace. The location is very central and it is very easy to reach. At All Inclusive you can get a drink at any time (at the pool bar). The cleanliness of the whole hotel is very good. The food is very good and varied. There is still much to report what the hotel offers. So only to be recommended.

High potential structure but it has to do so much to improve. Excellent cuisine. Bar over-priced and poor quality drinks. Big and nice rooms but unfortunately I found a cockroach den in a bathroom tube. Good pool. Suitable for families.
My family of 5 stayed all inclusive from 6/08/18 to 16/08/18. We found the Floresta Hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. Reception were very helpful. Food & meals were fairly standard and of good quality. We also have a fussy eater and they even found enough to eat in the variety offered. The main pool was of salted chlorine water and having not encountered one before, I do prefer a freshwater / chlorine pool. Evening entertainment was ok / not the best but we were out and about for most of our stay. The Floresta Hotel is also within 5 minutes of the beach and local bars and shops with a Spar just across from the hotel carpark.
The hotel ia great. The staff are very helpful and food is good. The rooms are basic but are clean. The entertainment staff keep everyone going and our kids, both 8 love it.
It is a place with a spectacular view, very quiet, the restaurant has a lot of variety and very long hours for each meal, there are recreationists for children, events every day ... Less on Fridays the snacks are very rich, in short. .. It's so good that you do not want to go to the beach, which incidentally is passing the street
Overall, we felt very comfortable. The area is very nice, the food was always something delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Small downside: in the bathroom lack of ventilation and the breakfast times could be longer.
Really nice place for family holiday. Food is nice, staff very polite, room - standard but very clean. Swimming pools brilliant. Entertainment little bit boring. WiFi - disappointed we payed 19 euros for a week WiFi and didn't work most of the time show WiFi has no internet
A big and nice hotel. Food was okay, cleanliness was okay too. Friendly staff. There was also entertainment. Even the house cats were well looked after.
Nice area for families to be recommended for singles that is nothing. Food is buffet .. is very good and varied .. The beach is about 4 minutes on foot.
Staff very friendly, cleanliness great, everywhere. Food also great and varied, definitely better than November 18. Quite satisfied, except for the guest toilets, doors open inwards and you have to squeeze into a corner so that you can close, the same game when opening. The furniture is also showing signs of age. But it is already being partially renovated, in May it is completely closed. We will definitely come back in the spring
We spent 2 weeks at Hotel Floresta in August 2020, family stay, 2 children (9 and 13 years old), AI version. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we felt safe here and we came back home refreshed and relaxed (although this is of course not only the merit of the hotel :-). The hotel is excellently located - in a quiet and peaceful area (although the hotels around were closed this year) and only a street separates it from the wide, sandy beach; Right next to the property there is a Spar supermarket, several taverns and souvenir shops. The hotel has been refurbished for the 2020 season so everything - rooms, restaurant, lobby - is fresh, clean and new. The apartments are really spacious, functionally furnished, only a sofa as an extra bed, not very comfortable (you had to not give the wonderful beds in the bedroom to the children :-)). Air conditioning worked flawlessly, free WiFi in the room limited to 2 devices. Rooms cleaned daily with towels changed, linen changed every few days. Everywhere a clean, well-kept garden, only sunbeds and plastic tables by the sunbeds would require more frequent cleaning. Food tasty, plenty of choice, trays and platters were refilled even 10 minutes before the end of serving meals. In the restaurant, the only restrictions resulting from the sanitary regime were face masks, the obligation to disinfect hands (automatic dispensers everywhere) and marked directions of movement. It was by no means bothersome so you could tell the buffet was functioning as usual. Likewise the pools. The guests are mainly Germans, a lot of Spaniards and Poles, some English. However, we did not notice, as someone wrote in an earlier review, favoring other nations, on the contrary - we got, like other Poles from our stay, a room in probably the best location. Friendly, nice and helpful staff, but not overbearing. We would especially like to highlight Mr. Lacen, Mr. Herbert and Mrs. Monnet from the restaurant, Mr. Blas from the bar and Mrs. Ruth from the reception. And Mr. Animator (whom we called Enjoy, because he wore a T-shirt with such an inscription, and it suited him perfectly), who often made us laugh to tears, especially on the Movie Quiz. Greetings from Poland, Amigos :-).
Went there two years ago,, Nice location (bit far from the centre but easy access by bus or taxi) , good pool, beach very close, great cleaning staff, nice people for the children's entertainment, apartments are fine.
Second, the best hotel where I've been. People were often friendly and the food tasted good (at least hips). The pools were heated tooosi The mini golf course was pretty meh quality. Otherwise good. I recommend
Would rate it as good if it was an apartment complex but poor as a hotel - food is low quality; you would get better food in a cheap street dinner. We tried to avoid eating in despite having paid for inclusive meals. Much better food to be had all along the tourist strip. Also, in room Wifi extra at 19 per week is a rip off, and even more expensive than this for shorter periods. The rooms are fine, very spacious and serviced by cleaners nearly every day, and nice pools etc.
Excellent, for its location near the beach, salt water pools. Unbeatable treatment of all the staff of dining room, bar, reception .... very kind and correct. Good cleaning and maintenance of the facilities. The only downside that I put are the mattresses of the sofa-bed that are very hard to sleep on.
The area is clean. Beach 5 minutes walk away. Beach clean. No stones. Rooms have air conditioning. Cleaning staff works clean .. The food is mediocre. Could be better. Despite signs in the morning all beach chairs with bath towels provided, so that you have hardly ne possibility to get hold of a place for themselves. From 7 days two times the possibility had nen place to get.
Lovely hotel, stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child. They are 2 storey. Front door access only 1 step but second floor at least 10 steps to get up so not good if u are elderly or have a baby in pram unless you have help but I'm sure it's easy to get the room changed. I asked for ground floor when booking and got it and also asked for late checkout which I didn't get unless I was willing to pay 30 euro, but I was told it wasnt guaranteed which was fare enough. But you can request to book a shower after checking out if available. It had everything which was required 2 slightly bigger than single beds, large comfortable corner sofa- big enough for 2 adults to sleep on. TV which had bbc1, itv, channel 4, sky news, well impressed with that. Kitchen with microwave, 2 electric hobs, fridge, kettle, toasters, utensils, only downside no small bowls or plastic cups for children luckily I brought my own. Bedroom windows had metal railings that made me feel safe to leave the window open at night but not needed as there was a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the living room. We was placed towards the main road which wasnt noisey at all and was a really lovely view. The cleaners came every day which was fantastic. The place overall very very clean. The public toilets were clean but could have done with replacing toilet seats due to a few chips on them. I was booked B&B- plenty variety of food, hot and cold. Bacon had more fat on than bacon. Small sausages but just have more. Lots of fruit. Despensing juices of orange, pineapple and apple. The staff cleaned your table soon as you finished and go back for more. All food was topped up very fast. Reception could get busy at times but plenty of seating area. 3 pools. 2 sides to the hotel, the side I was at had 1 children's pool and 1 adults. Plenty of sunbeds so no waiting around. I fell ill and call reception at 1am who were very helpful, I was told if I attend medical centre it maybe 3 hours wait and cheaper or private doctor could be there within 30 minutes. I opted for private doctor who came within 30 minutes. It did cost 375 which I had to pay next day but was made aware of this before treatment. I will claim this back. But didn't realise when taking out health insurance you have to pay first then claim it back so wanted to make people aware of this. Not sure if it's the same if attending a medical centre.
Hotel in walking distance to the beach and local shops. The beach toilets very clean and showers outside. Overall loved the location as I wanted a more relaxing holiday. Quite area compared to cc Biosfera which is 7 euro by taxi. Went to the market there on a fri but local shops to hotel were actually cheaper, you must haggle to get good price even then I found out later it was cheaper near my hotel but good to experience as very busy there. I did go end Sept 2019.I would highly recommend this hotel. Enjoyed my holiday very much only got spoilt due to illness and would definitely return in the future. My mother loved it there and shes very hard to please. Hope my review helped you and if it did please like.
This hotel has so much promise but is let down in some key areas. Let me explain further...
We visited on a self catering basis but I understand there are all inclusive options available.
Firstly, the location in Los Pocillos is excellent. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk.
The rooms are basic and have some catering facilities however nothing much more than being able to fry and boil something. There is a microwave but ours was hit and miss with it s cooking capability. I would have liked these to have more utensils so we didn t have to eat out every night.
The main pool was like a playground so getting any peace or relaxation was hard, especially in the afternoon when the pool is packed. Despite there being a kids pool all the kids seemed to be in the deeper pool and brought inflatables and water pistols galore. Not the fault of the hotel however there is a huge amount of German guests here and a lot of them had no consideration for other guests.
Pool areas was clean and the pools cleaned daily. Pools are salt water. The scar on the face of this hotel is the bar area. It s horrible to look at when the rest of the hotel is quaint and Spanish looking. Despite other reviews saying bed reservation was not allowed and was actively policed, we found this not to be the case.
Reception area is not inviting and I found some of the staff to be a little rude at times. The entrance to the hotel was totally grubby and has had spilt ice cream on the steps for near on a week and a half until the rain washed it away.
The grounds are nice and well kept. Plenty of interesting vegetation.
On the whole it s been an ok visit. I may return if there is no other options for me to try.
Clean, loads of space beautiful trees and plants, close to beaches, shops restaurants. love lanzarote, have been around 10 times now but 1st time at Floresta love it can't wait to return
Great family hotel , one and two bedroom apartments , two pools, daytime animation to suit all ages. All inclusive food variety very good. Friendly staff. Just a few yards from the beach. Spar supermarket across the road. 10 mins in taxi from the airport.
The only bad thing is the pool because the rules of use are not respected. Most users do not shower before entering the water, they reserve sunbeds from the morning by placing towels, they throw themselves from the curbs into the water, they play with balls in the water ..... fatal. If you want a quiet bath from 8 in the afternoon.
