Both the staff and clientele were not a joy to interact with. At this price you would expect significantly more friendly interaction rather than the robotic "I'm paid to do this and can't wait until you leave" attitude that came across. You also would not expect an alarm on the clock in the room to wake you up at 5am then twice afterward, assuming housekeeping would ensure that these were checked before arrival.
Positives: venue and room were both beautiful.
