HOTEL WITH AN OPEN POOL AND VIEW ON CIT! ONE OF MY DEFINITE FAVOURITES IN MANILA.
I was surprised to get the best service in Manila: the hotel gave us towels and allowed us to stay in the pool even though we arrived 9am and check-in time starts from 14pm. I also loved the little buffet for breakfast on the top floor.
