Service is good but the room sorry to say very small

The worst hotel ever.
As soon as we came in the room, I saw 6 cockroaches. The room smelled so bad, and was too humid. I complained about that problems to the staff. And then, she told us check again because they sprayed some insecticide. But there were still cockroaches.
Finally we changed the room, but still I could see them... the staff was nice, but facilities was terrible.

Nice Hotel with accommodating staff.greeted us everytime they see us(and the other guest also). Bed is very comfortable, ACU funtion well, with finish cabinet hanging which matches the room color. Just to remind the Managemwnt that the room needs ro be repaired and maintained especially the part below ACU cause venil is already detaching on the wall, and foot washing inside cr is not painted well.

Good place to hold events if you are based nearby or to just hang out by the pool for a light beer or two and belt out a song before heading back home.

The location is very good, all kinds of travel are very convenient!
The staff's attitude and service are very caring, and the hotel's swimming pool is also a very good attraction! Order a beer at night and you can enjoy seeing the hustle and bustle of Makti from a distance!
Hope that the overall service can be better improved!

A safe place, nice rooms, good service, professional staffs, a beautiful infinity pool, a delicious foods at infinity cafe, and the pretty view of some tall buildings of Makati when you're on top.
