Dr. Kester has been my physician for several years. He always has time to discuss your treatment and treats you with compassion and respect. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time dealing with a personal issue and staff & Dr. Kester made my visits very comfortable. I highly recommend the Urology Center of Florida. Extremely professional and personable-Their text/email appointment reminders are a gem of a service for the person always on the go.

I go to the office of Dr. Steven Kester and I m pleased to report that every visit, every visit that I come, the staff is gracious and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and I get treated nicely and expeditiously. I m so delighted to be a part of this office and thought you might like to know and also to share it with the office staff. Thank you!

I've read quite a few reviews about the Dr. and his staff before going for my first visit.

I had a great time at his office, both him and his staff were super friendly. My only suggestion is that there are not enough parking spots for the amount of people going to the building, so make sure to get there early.

Some people have complained about time. But must I remind you that the Doctors and the staff are working non stop, if there are delays, it is probably because a patient is having a hard time providing a sample of some sort, or the clinic is dealing with the insurances.
Have patience and be kind, everyone working here is super supportive and friendly.

The staff here are very nice. They speak SPANISH which is a plus in my books. I am so glad I brought my Aunt here. The Doctor really listen to my Aunt eventhough She did not speak English his assistant translated everything and they both took the time to explain what was wrong and what would be the best protocol to follow. I feel it is important to write this review to let other people know that good doctors still exist.

I received good care at Dr. Kester's office and left reassured about my health.

Dr. Kester has treated my mom for a urinary tract problem for approximately 15 years. Over the years we ve appreciated his medical expertise, his approach to treatment, his compassion and his friendliness. His staff is extremely helpful with dealing with an ongoing situation or a new problem as it arises. We re extremely grateful to have Dr. Kester follow my mom and her bladder issues.

I was able to make a quick appointment at the recommendation of my GP. The office staff were helpful and very polite.
The medical team reviewed my history and listened to my current complaints before discussing options of diagnostic procedures. Comfortable environment.

Dr. Herman is personable, skilled, and thorough. His staff is competent, helpful, welcoming, and understanding. I recommend him highly as a current patient and as a retired medical doctor myself.

This is the worst office I have ever been to. They keep you waiting for hours, then virtually refuse to give you your own medical records when you need to see a different doctor. They schedule appointments without checking to see if the proper procedures have already been done. Avoid them at all cost!!

Fantastic staff and very efficient. Dr Kester and his staff makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed in what could be a very sensitive and personal situation. Upon review of the visit, Dr Kester meets with you 1 on 1 in his office which I felt was a very comfortable setting and that you can talk about anything. Some doctor offices are so cold in impersonal but to the UCF team, you are not a number. I highly recommend Dr Kester and the UCF team to anyone.

I had an emergency situation and requested an appointment online hoping for the best. The office was pretty busy but they confirmed my appointment the same day! They got me well taken care of for an affordable price. I m 100% satisfied with their help. Thank you Dr. Kester.

Doctor and staff very professional and friendly. I just had some issues with my prescriptions because they need to call my insurance and they don't call them to fix the status of my prescription. I keep asking them about it and nothing.

I ve called about 18 times and visited the clinic twice and it s very slow going. If you are in pain you will definitely have to wait 10 days for an appointment and months for resolution. At least in my case.. just sharing my personal experience.

I ve edited this from 2 stars to 1. The office team recommended I just keep calling to check in on test results (since I guess calling me with them is a bother?) but then someone else who took my call got mad at me for calling back haha. I asked that person to please not treat my call as a nuisance as I was only following their request to call back and am in pain and looking for treatment.

Efficient office that treats each patient like they really matter.

Dr. Kester is the best Period! The staff is tops, Joe is fabulous and the girls are kind and well mannered!

Sat there for 30 minutes to find i had to fill out paperwork. I had an appointment but they knew nothing about me. Just bad

Great doctor. I love how easy it is to make an appointment on line.

Decided to go to this place since it is very close to my home and my previous urologist is up in Lake Worth. This place also has good Google reviews. However I was very disappointed with the scheduling and efficiency of the office. If you are booking an appointment here, best to block out at least a 2-3 window of time for even a short checkup/consultation.

When I was finally called by the nurse, he told me to go into the bathroom to provide a urine sample. I was disgusted to find styrofoam coffee cups stacked, still in the plastic sleeve, on the back of the toilet. Next to the cups was a black sharpie meant for patients to write their name on the cup. There were no lids and urine was spilled on the back of the toilet as well as in the window where you leave the sample. I found this incredibly unsanitary and likely against legal cleanliness requirements but chalked it up that maybe they ran out of the necessary medical supplies needed for taking urine samples. However, on my second visit 2 weeks later, it was the same story.

I should have walked out then but really needed to see the doctor and was hoping he would be a shining light in the darkness of this practice. Unfortunately he didn t provide a great standard of care and seemed to be running through the numbers of patients that they had backlogged on the schedule for that day.

I understand practices are busy and doctors don t make what they used to but this is unacceptable. The rest of the staff, with the exception of the receptionist, walks around looking completely indifferent like zombies waiting for the clock to strike 5:30 when they can go home.

No clue how this place has such good reviews because that was absolutely not my experience. After trying to ignore my gut feeling during the 2 visits, I decided to cancel my third appointment and will be finding a different urologist.

I can not get my records from Dr.Kester sent to my new doctor. We've tried many times to no avail. This is not acceptable .

Dr. Kester and his staff did a great job of ensuring I had everything I needed. Dr. Kester answered the questions I had and clearly explained what I had concerns about. Highly recommend the office!

I was able to get an appointment immediately. This was comforting since the other Dr I called needed more than a month. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and efficient. Dr. was great. Thanks to all of them
