Wonderful ambiance, great service. We ordered four different types of tapas, accompanied by a Negroni and a cup of champagne and we really enjoyed them. Staff was kind and welcoming. They also welcomed my little pet and this was really nice for us. Not wasy to find high level places where pet are accepted. Thank you!

The luxury without excessive noise. The winter garden offers excellent pastries in a very pleasant atmosphere. Service without complaint. The prices are correct for the frame and the quality. By cons, it is very poorly installed on benches or chairs too low and uncomfortable. A flat that has its importance. Congratulations on the renovation of the building.

The breakfast is very enjoyable with a large selection of first quality products presented on an elegant buffet. Hot dishes are offered to order. The jams made by Jerome, the pastry chef, are excellent and very original. The alliances of tastes are perfect (strawberries and vanilla, raspberries and ginger, etc.), the second ingredient marvelously sublimate the main fruit. The service is excellent and considerate. We feel pampered. A very good way to start the day. I highly recommend.

Unlike other luxury hotels and palaces, the Crillon warmly welcomes us like no other palace, the cocktails and dishes are delicious and custom-made. An all-crystal starter just wonderful. Above all to remain discreet as you are and do not lower this level, I would recommend you to film productions or Blogger.

The winter garden of the crillon provides an ideal setting for an afternoon to enjoy delicious pastries. Prefer the pastries to the card that the formula taste. This luxurious and refined setting is really relaxing, the armchairs and banquettes are very comfortable and the staff really friendly.

On Saturday November 30, around 6:10 p.m., we wanted to surprise our parents by inviting them to have a drink at Les Ambassadeurs bar.
Unfortunately, the haughty manager refused us access on the pretext that the bar is full. However, we found that the bar is half empty. In addition, we phoned
twice to book before coming. I ask him if there are no other solutions: he answers me with broad gestures "THERE IS NOTHING ELSE, THERE IS NOTHING ELSE, EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE". And goes away.

In front of his pretentious attitude towards my parents, my brother-in-law and my sister walk towards a hostess in the hallway. This one, more affordable, installed us in a living room
next to the Christmas tree. The impeccable service by ensuring the standard of service of the hotel, welcome with courtesy, taking care of my niece (9 months) and giving advice to
my mother (choice of cocktail) because it's HER BIRTHDAY. Finally, the level of empathy higher than his colleague.

As for me, I went to see the manager asking his name. He retorts me immediately: "I am the responsible f & b manager". I told him that I neither asked him his position and that even if it had been the hotel manager, his way of speaking was not appropriate. It was then that he answered me with a big hypocritical smile: "William". I thank him and go to join my parents. He came back 5 minutes later, interrupted me without embarrassment in my discussion with my parents without apologizing, and gave me his card with the same big hypocritical and haughty smile: William LUSTEAU.

I allow myself to point out three remarks in the way it works:

1 / Intuitive: NULL ("We anticipate ....."),
2 / Refined: NULL ("We are naturally gracious ..."),
3 / Committing: NIL ("We are addressing customers ...").

In another hotel or palace, an employee who makes this blunder would be invited to change position or even profession for "PROFESSIONAL INSUFFICIENCY".

To be treated like this by the F&B representative is fair: very very very HUMILITING.

Avoid this establishment if you are looking for perfection.

We came to have tea on Saturday afternoon without having made a reservation (reservation strongly recommended) we got a table while waiting 10 min (quite fast considering the crowd). The tea is served with good quality sweet and savory mignardises. Smiling, professional and friendly welcome with elegance without making us feel uncomfortable. I was dressed in jeans and sneakers, no scornful or haughty looks (unlike other places). An irreproachable team, benevolent, and concerned about the well-being of the customers. We had a lovely time. The lounges are pleasant, comfortable, cozy. Brand new decoration, class and neat. Only mixed point, I did not find the music suitable for the place, I would have preferred soft, classical or jazz music, it's just a matter of personal taste. Everything was perfect.

We were there for some events in Paris over last w...

We were there for some events in Paris over last weekend. We stayed before in Athenee Plaza, Four Seasons etc. and we were quite excited to try the newly renovated Crillon ( I myself had stayed there before renovation as well).
We had a suite, quite quaint I must say. But the room service was terrible!! We arrived on Friday afternoon. Imagine that housekeeping only came to clean the room on Saturday late afternoon. No night service, no morning service. Completely unacceptable.
Food is quite good, especially in the Michelin l Ecran restaurant. The courtyard brasserie is also very nice.
The bar service is quite slow I must admit. Their selection of cakes is however lovely.
To sum up, I would never stay in this hotel again. Athenee Plaza is the best & safest option so far.

Hotel De Crillon is perhaps one of the best I have been to in my entire life. Cozy clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious food, a comfortable large bed - all the advantages of this place cannot be listed at once. Our honeymoon was great with this stunning hotel and it definitely deserves all five stars!

I am a great lover of cooking and a Parisian brunc...

I am a great lover of cooking and a Parisian brunches enthusiast. For the past few years, I have been enjoying myself by discovering the brunches of Parisian palaces.
After a long hesitation between the Ritz and the Crillon, I let myself be tempted by that of the Crillon, wishing both to discover the hotel, newly named palace after renovation, and this innovative formula offered of one themed brunch per month.

The theme was autumn around the mushroom, which soon convinced me as a die-hard fan of this vegetable.

There were two of us, we arrived at 11:45 am. Obviously, everything was not ready yet, the staff were busy in the room to get everything set up quickly. However, we were told when booking that the first service started at 11:30 am. So we found it surprising that not everything was ready at 11:45 am. But, this is just a small detail.

A server was dedicated to our table. This was the highlight of this brunch. He was very attentive, always available, friendly and smiling (the only one among all the staff present that day!)

We headed for the buffet, well presented and pleasant to contemplate.

Unfortunately, from that moment on, the disappointments followed one another. A theme is announced: "This is autumn" specifying that it is around the mushroom. Only one dish was offered, certainly delicious and original. Considering the announced theme, it was unsettling that nothing else reminiscent of fall was on offer. So what's the point of offering a themed brunch?

A selection of seafood is announced: only 3 kinds of seafood, a very big disappointment for a palace of this standing! No spoon for using mayonnaise for shrimp or shallot vinegar for oysters. We had to claim them not once, not twice but three times !!!!! We ended up helping ourselves with our own cutlery ... which in our opinion is not normal.

Our biggest disappointment was with the eggs. We hesitate between the term disappointment or shock. First of all, no Egg Benedict on offer ... We find it strange that in one of the so-called most beautiful palaces in France, or even in the world, there isn't a complete choice of eggs in the brunch that proposes that once a month, but why not?
Then we fall back on scrambled eggs. And there, to the height of horror, the eggs were pre-cooked, in a bowl. The cook was reheating the already cooked eggs in a pan in front of us. Are we in an ibis or formula 1 hotel in the suburbs? The eggs are not even cooked a minute!
Ditto for the pancakes, which are already prepared and reheated in front of us in a pan. And the final bouquet, the pocket of whipped cream placed on the cabinet just next to the cooking plate in operation. Respecting the cold chain is obviously not a concern at Crillon ...

All this served by unsmiling, unfriendly, borderline unpleasant staff.

So we paid 145 each (not counting the 20 for the valet but that in a pinch consider it normal) for filthy eggs, a ridiculous selection of seafood, reheated pancakes, a hot whipped cream, a basic pasta salad, mostly uncooked new potatoes, a non-fresh Paris Brest, a buffet that offered nothing exceptional in terms of taste, a mostly unpleasant staff, and a non-existent and uninteresting theme.

This brunch does not live up to the location and reputation of such a palace. A real disappointment or even a scandal to make fun of its customers at this point.

I sent this exact email to Crillon, who responded with apologies and asking for my contact details to call me. They must have lost my number because they obviously never called me!
In short, spend your money elsewhere!

What a disappointment for the shop rather poorly designed and poorly displayed price but it is not new because it was already the case in the old shop before the work. But Benedicte, if I think I remember her name, had career, class, conversation and culture, and this is not the case for the new saleswoman who found nothing more smarter to ask me the mark of my shoes, my jacket, my watch ... in short, everything happened there and she did the same to my wife some day after. Hallucinating! If she believes that by indisposing the customers by indiscreet questions she will sell! We do not ask the brand, the name of a jewel to a lady for the ring she wears so pretty or so. The smile and the youth are not enough and I regret your former saleswoman who certainly had a few more years, but who wanted to come and go back in the shop and was refined. This new salesgirl can pass her way as we pass ours after being more than 25 years of regular customers.
