I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times before their travaux and found it to be excellent . This time I visited it and got the same feeling . However was very surprised at the Reception of their Spa Sense when asking about their types of massages to be told by a prim and preachy person that they don t have a sensual massage . We don t do that , clearly mistaking sensual a positive term , for something else !

While it is luxurious, certainly there is staff, but the service is still running (very long wait for 2 glasses, even more to accompany 3 peanuts), and the choice of music in the bar is just awful (a singer with a piano showing all the turnips of the top50 of the 80s, all so strong that we can not talk to each other). A little disappointed.

Nestled in the heart of the famous Hotel de Crillon, this brasserie deserves our 5 stars. But it could not be otherwise. A Palace 5 stars could only display a Top, a Must in all points remarkable. Both in the gastronomic quality of dishes, in the effort of presentation.Home is charming, (hostesses) comfortable places, we are in luxury and pleasure personified. Friendly and attentive staff, card without price for madam, high price but quite justified. It is desirable to book. As for the limousine the valet will take care of it. Make room for the remarkable choice of desserts.

Service unworthy of a palace !!! An Incident took place at the hotel bar with a waiter who behaved in an unacceptable manner.
Totally disappointing experience in a sublime place.
One may wonder where are they going to get the staff? An incident that will never happen at the Ritz or the Peninsula where I am used to.

I did not stay at this hotel but went to the Spa and the Winter Garden. The welcome is impeccable, the staff warm and the service up to my expectations. The hotel is truly magnificent.

The security staff inside is not at all discreet when he "follows" his clients. Perhaps the famous saying: "the habit does not make the monk" should be dictated to them at the hiring .... this feeling of being followed when you go out of the restaurant to go to the toilets and that you Wait in front of the pretty showcase of succulent cakes is very unpleasant especially when this person is standing and pretends not to worry about you, while you are at the center of all his attention.

I stayed at this establishment for a drink at the bar. I therefore did not stay there as a hotel guest.

The place is splendid, the reception exceptional and we are truly in the presence of a palace with all its magical atmosphere.
