What to say ... To begin with, I wanted to thank the entire Crillon team who were incredible, especially Serge our butler who was able to organize the marriage proposal without any false notes. The emotion and the surprise were there. The rest is perfect! Spacious, elegant, zero lack of taste. The spa is just crazy. It was the best weekend of our lives, forever etched in our memory so we thank you! See you soon !

I went to dinner, I asked to be in the winter salon. As usual everything was fine.
I who arrived in the early evening, all the tables being taken I was able to take advantage of the lobby, I asked for a glass of water which was kindly brought to me. It was a beautiful evening.
I recommend the lobster club sandwich, it is very expensive, it was a gift I made myself, and it was very good.
The tea was delicious too.
I tasted the puerh cold tea and a hot tea. (I drink a lot of water) I had a good time reading.

On the recommendation of a friend we visited this hotel for a drink and something to eat in the afternoon after sightseeing.

The hotel is beautiful, the service provided by the waitress was as you d expect for a five star hotel and the teas, coffees and cake were lovely.

However I have never experienced such appalling customer service by restaurant hosts in my life. I was keen to visit the Jardin D Hiver, we walked up and the room was more than half empty. We were asked by the host if we were residents, when I said we were not they said there was a 45 minute wait but we were welcome to go to Le Boudoir. Which we went to, it s in a small seated area next to the corridor and having sat down it wasn t my preference for a relaxing time.

We returned back to the Jardin D Hiver and the host looked shocked to see us. I said we d be happy to wait and she offered us a seat outside the entrance. At that point my husband said he d prefer to walk out as he d notice she looked us up and down. Whilst I hadn t noticed my very clear impression was she didn t want us there. I said to my husband I don t think she wants us cluttering up her lobby and she ll find us somewhere quick.

Sure enough less than five minutes later she came over and said we have found you a suitable alternative . That alternative was a small table, with low chairs, hidden behind the door. The room was half empty with loads of beautiful, large, comfortable chairs and tables.

The two hosts then proceeded to welcome the next three non residents with open arms, no queues or wait and direct them to the beautiful, comfortable chairs and tables.

We both watched this happen, I sat silently, my husband just said he d never been treated so shockingly in his life.

We re both experienced at visiting very nice hotels such as the Ritz, Claridges and Four Seasons. We were on holiday in jeans, Barbour jackets and timberland shoes, we are very polite and know how to behave in social situations. Yet the hosts immediately judged us as second class citizens.

If you re of a sensitive nature I would not recommend this hotel.

As I say the waitress and cake was fabulous but the atmosphere and welcome was not.

I went to the the Jardin d'Hiver just catching up with my sister. Its a place i enjoy going from time to time and it is always pleasant. Unfortunately, this time, one of the staff was snobbish concerning the choice of my drink. Afterwards, i asked them for a hot water (asian culture and sore throat), and it was refused to me. She said i already shared my drink with my sister and having a hot water is just inadmissible. I have never had a hot water refused anywhere and still had a decent bill to pay. An establishment such as the Crillon should not refuse something as simple as a hot water no matter my status, or the amount of my bill.

One of the most luxourious hotel of Paris. We went to the spa to get a high quality massage then had access to the beautiful swimming pool and sauna and hammam. Service is out of this world and it was not that expensive for the experience. I have stayed in the rooms in the past as well as testing the restaurant. It is not too crowded and well if you want some intimacy it is a great place where to go. Thank you for the amazing experience, i ll come back.

To have !! Just returned to have an overview after the work, not very welcoming we stick, very poorly received by the security I would see 1 other time with more time, perhaps! Really reserved for an elite, the staff very well

I just went to the hotel bar and very sincerely it is very nice although a bit cramped. What is a pity is that we have not a good view of the Place de la Concorde. If you like luxury hotels, I recommend the Ritz next door which is much more impressive or the Intercontinental.

It has been a great experience, not only did I enjoy the great food and facilities, but it also has a marvelous location, with magnificent views from the terrace and lots of restaurants and shops in the nearbies.

The newly renovated hotel is a once in a lifetime experience. The bar Les Ambassadeurs is a great cozy place to have a drink. The attention to detail and the kindness and grace of the staff are what really make you feel that you have gone back in time. It s all about how you re treated. In this day and age where no one seems to care anymore, even if you are paying, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are well treated. The barbershop is great. Got a great beard trim and haircut by a very professional and knowledgeable stylist. Come and stay at the De Crillon. Will definitely be back. And location wise, like no other.

Beautiful hotel. Had dinner in the restaurant order a cote de boeuf rare. After 1 hours of waiting, it arrived well over done. Even the waiter agreed. We returned it and didn t eat it. Didn t order anything else but watched our guests eating. Check arrived with the cote de boeuf on it. They refused to take it out. At the end remove half of it. As I couldn t make a statement because I had invited people with us. Very poor and no professionalism. Not what I had expected from crillion. The old crillion before the renovation, this would have never happened.

Anyway, everywhere is gorgeous and another world,
The room is large and you can enjoy the celebrity feeling.
There are many types of bread for breakfast.
I was able to spend gracefully in a glittering space from morning.

Very pleasant evening and excellent dinner at the Ecrin, the Michelin-starred restaurant of the Crillon hotel. Impeccable welcome from the whole team, friendly and warm.
Extraordinary Signature menu and perfect wine pairing.
Thank you for all the kind and delicate attentions shown during the evening until the surprise for my wife's birthday at the end of the meal.
To do again absolutely, to recommend absolutely.
