I was thrilled when I saw my taxes. Preparing them with Turbotax, I had to pay in a lot last year since I own my own small business. This year, Krumm & Associates were very thorough and got me a tax return! I couldn t be happier. It is definitely better than doing taxes on your own!

I have used Krumm and Assoc for over 10 years. Everything was great until this year. I have used the same accountant every year, I dropped off my docs with my name, her name on them and left notes. I got a new person calling asking multiple questions, so much so that I could have done it on TurboTax. I explained my frustration and got a line of excuses. They don't care about keeping a 10 year plus customer, I am finding someone new!

Went through Krumm and associates for my tax return this year. Was my first year filing by myself and was very happy with my return. The return was way bigger then expected which I was very pleased with. The great customer service that I received from Dawn Heck was extraordinaire she made things very simple and easy for me. It was time to rethink our direction, develop new goals and make some changes. Part of that process involved reevaluating our accounting processes. I decided to start meeting with folks to discuss our needs. Krumm and Associates was the first result in my search and after meeting with Mr. Krumm, I didn't schedule any more meetings with other firms. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Krumm and Associates could address most of our needs beyond accounting and tax preparation. Mr. Krumm provided a vast amount of common-sense, actionable advice, got me thinking about important and somewhat difficult questions, which got me moving and thinking in a new direction. I found great value in our initial discussion and expect nothing less if we continue to work together.

Five stars! A family member recommended Krumm & Associates after I had tried nearly everyone else. I am going on 5 years with Krumm and Associates now and have utilized a broad range of services including tax prep and business consultation. Great experience every year I had my taxes done with them

I would rate this business a zero, but that is not an option. Krumm and associates prepared my taxes in the past and provided me with mediocre service at best; yet they got the job done.
However, filing for the 2016 tax year was a very different story. I provided my tax information in February to the same staff accountant we dealt with in the past. There was a brief period of some back and forth with questions and inquiries, and additional information needed etc. I emailed several times curious about updates, and responses were very slow and untimely. Right before the tax deadline I was emailed regarding additional information they thought they needed to file my taxes. A phone conversation took place, and after explaining the situation (the fact that the requested information was irrelevant and didn't exist) I was assured that everything would be handled and taxes would be filed.
I emailed and called over the past several weeks checking on the status of my 2016 taxes and I was rudely ignored and strung along. My taxes weren't filed nor did the firm file an extension on my behalf.

Ken and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am not just a number to them, I am a valued customer. Lynn does our taxes and she is the best! Her knowledge of tax laws and how the relate to our situation are better than any other person we have used. And even though Brie didn't do our taxes she jumped right in to find an answer when I needed it. Thanks for all your help Ken and Associates!
