This "brasserie" does not really fit the class and refinement of this magnificent palace ...

Just renovated. All the charm of the best Parisian hotel is back

The bar is great, the Brasserie is very good, the Crillon remains a reference in terms of excellence. Congratulations for the renovation.

Spectacular, we went to his bar and ate first, wonderful attention, when you are in Paris and want to eat something simple and light in a super cute atmosphere I recommend the Hotel bar.

A sumptuous place and the word palace was invented for him! The service is impeccable, sumptuous benefits! To redo

It may be a palace, but the decor is sad and the atmosphere quite sinister

Since its reopening, the Hotel de Crillon, admirably located on the Place de la Concordre, has (re) become the must-see palace, but also a very chic meeting place of the capital for business. And the kitchen has become excellent in the living rooms.

Beautiful establishment. Wonderfully located. Outstanding staff, always caring and great value cooking. A talented young chef, Christopher Hache knows how to sublimate seasonal produce. The service without false notes is really up to it. We will definitely be back before closing the building for work.

Of all the Parisian palaces, it is its brunch which has the best quality / price ratio! I highly recommend, and the view of Place de la Concorde is breathtaking!

The main dining of the hotel, which is also related to Marie Antoinette. However, is it under renovation?

Authentic palace, recently renovated, located on one of the best place of Paris (concorde) with its obelisk of luxour as well as the fountains of seas. ....!

Magnificent ! the decor is superb and the staff to care for this tea time between girlfriends!

A unique and relaxing place .. the winter garden and his team is really top

Grosteque reception, Have a drink at the rooftop, privatization? too much people ? closed ? waiting list ? nobody will give you the same version within 5min of reception! But friends of friends, no problem. Amateur service without soul. Almost non-existent quality of service for a Palace, the key words are "Mediocrity, hypocrisy, bad taste, non-professionalism". This is just unacceptable and inconsistent with the positioning of this establishment! Zero points for tonight!

Reviews for the tea time. Service and welcome very well. 3 deceptions: 1 - An unpleasant flow of air in the living room ... 2 - Disappointed that the tea is not served at will contrary to what proposes another palace. 3 - Disappointed also paper towels in the toilet (which are very clean but with doors too heavy - you have to push ... it is the marble that wants that I think).

superb place. I went there for a drink. We were not at the bar but at the winter garden .... a wonderful setting for the end of year celebrations. from 9 euros the consumption. Cheap paid for this time apart.

I have a delightful job that provides me the privilege of staying at incredible properties all over the world. The Crillon fell extremely short of the level of service I expected for the value. I found the demographic of the cleaning service alarming - only women of color.

Of course the welcome is impeccable, the comfort certain.And the prestigious place ..

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Love the staff uniforms. Pierre at the Gabriels bar and the concierge staff were fantastic. Definitely take advantage of the show service. They did a great job reworking my shoes.

It was a nice hotel, not to mention. It's a bit stiffer because of the dress code.

The decor is sad l uniform of sad waitresses..the courtyard is sad. .

This hotel reflects the perfect. I was in training and I discovered this place and at the time of entry I became acro. The place is relaxing and sublime because of its decoration. Whenever I come here I am always very relaxed, soothed by thinking only at this moment.

Exceptional setting, grandiose cuisine. The service is not left behind: friendly, efficient and discreet. As other members have pointed out, the only thing on the board is the wine list. Count 25-30 for a glass of wine. The quality is there but it's a bit prohibitive ... In short, a must to do on Paris (and quickly! Before closing).

I came for breakfast with a business relationship. The reception staff directed me to the terrace.

Ordering a coffee and a bottle of sparkling water (as I am taking care of my line), the waiter asked me to leave as it only served breakfast guests on the terrace.

It would not happen at the Bristol ... but it happens in small two-star hotels where the staff is not trained.

From the entrance of the hotel we are pleasantly welcomed by the porters who accompany us to the reception. The receptionists are also very smiling, polite and attentive.
We only stayed for two hours to eat at the Winter Garden. It is a sumptuous place and tastefully decorated. The music was not too loud as I read in previous reviews.
Very well served too. Interesting menu with tasting of several pastries. Everything was very good.

In short, this is a place that should be part of your Paris road trip. This very luxurious place is an excellent experience.

Quiet place, relaxing. The service is welcoming and smiling. At the show "Ambassadors" from 19h you can enjoy a sweet time with musicians and singers. Very pleasant.
Special Mention for Angel's Alcohol Free Cocktail and Cod Snacks which were very good! I recommend

The winter garden is beautiful and cozy. The welcome is perfect. The chocolate and macadamia nut cake is a delight.

A bit old fashioned, and too gold-gilded, but it's an establishment worth experiencing at least once in one's lifetime.

At first glance, quite expensive, but finally nice for a big opportunity and we can easily get a big discount. Sumptuous and very spacious decor, at least 2m between each table. Meal was a real delight for the taste buds, the dressage is done in front of us, a real show.

Stayed here couple of times and they never had a hard time to impress you with there great service and hospitality, great service, food and amenities.

Loved the hotel. Rooms are very new. Butler service was great. Although most rooms don t have view access on Place Concorde, some suites do.
