Hotel baglio basile**** Review

Four stars because the kitchen, the cleanliness, the rooms, the staff, the very good atmosphere indeed excellent .... But there is a flaw ... the animation too dull and not very engaging ...

Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to get to know this hotel because I couldn't book. I called the booking number, they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes but at the time of my shift, they ended the call. I called back but closed again. The day before I had tried to call for several hours (timetable indicated by them) but missed. I booked at another hotel spa, fortunately there is competition.

Modern and avant-garde structure, ideal for couples, with a well-organized wellness center

Excellent structure, very kind and helpful staff. The really well maintained wellness center, the massages ... The top. I advise!

If you want to relax eat well and enjoy a fantastic reception you can not help but spend a few days at Baglio Basile. Fantastic place with excellent cuisine, you can enjoy a buffet rich and varied, accompanied by excellent service, and then not to mention the rooms are cozy, clean, and decorated to a very good taste that make you relax and make you feel at home. And then finally the spa, really clean and attractive with a group of beautiful girls, prepared and professional. Finally, a praise to all the staff of the facility, friendly and professional, and to name a few, VALERIA MARTINA GRESY ROSSELLA, you are fantastic. These have been two wonderful days, have been there for 4 times and will be going again

Very beautiful and impressive structure. Splendid rooms, trained and courteous staff.
Very positive experience, perhaps some communications with customers need to be improved (for example initiatives, type of evenings, access to services) ... but it is a luxurious environment without intimidating.

Only good things: Cleanliness and rooms. Poor buffet (not for quality) and badly organized, the waiter did not want to serve a slice of cake ready next to my wife clearly in pregnancy (8'mese) because she had to finish the other type already cut. Swimming pool with 2 whirlpools on 4 failures. Not being able to take up a position there was a failure of the light for more than 4 hours without, we had dinner outside, since we went by car, those who remained had dinner at 10. Even if on request they made us recover a meal. Quite available at the reception. Poor animation is a compliment. Recommended for over 80s for musical evenings. Outdoor swimming pool very beautiful but unlivable due to mosquitoes (A fleet at all hours even in outdoor spaces) Fortunately there are aloe plants everywhere that we used as dopopuncture. Basically from what I felt before dell'aministrazione subsidiary it was now a paradise for 2 days only a break anything but relaxing.

Beautiful stable ... but surrounded by odor ... maybe chemical fertilizer that causes coughing .. then too many people x the services offered. 2 breakfast machines with 500 guests ... absurd

YOU CAN NOT FORGET TO MAKE MANDATORY suggest that A STAGE AT THE WELLNESS CENTER .... where kindness and availability and PROFESSIONALISM, are the strengths of a place to be discovered slowly, to then remain and return ... A THANK YOU to ANTONELLA, PAMELA, VALERIA ... for the professionalism with which we have my wife and I tried a Thai massage and a Californian .... I can only tell you A PRESTOOOOO .....

Beautiful facility but neglected, especially the green areas that I have found neither cured nor clean. Good food quality and very friendly and welcoming staff. Non-intrusive but monotonous animation. Beautiful wellness area. I was expecting a slightly more select clientele.

Great, we were there this weekend just spent. One thing to underline, the indications given by the staff about the Venere dining room were not exhaustive. All the diners complained and, after a hustle and bustle, we found it. Signs should be placed along the route.

With two other pairs of friends we had the pleasure of staying at the Baglio Basile in the period from 26 to 28 April 2016 ... taking advantage of the wellness package offered by the structure. I must say that we had a great time and enjoyed the good food ... the comfort of the rooms and even better the wellness services ... and, for the latter, I take this opportunity to bestow my warmest appreciation for the cordiality 'and the professionalism as well as the kindness shown to us by the following spa operators Welfare :

Pleasant quiet place well-being food sufficient path

I was here for a reception, a well-kept location, excellent and plentiful food, friendly and very kind staff; really a beautiful day ...

Beautiful Resort with Spa area, large modern outdoor pool, piano bar, outdoor disco area, several very large 600/800 seats reception rooms. Comfortable rooms, with TV, bathroom, WiFi, balcony, air conditioning. Spa packages + buffet dinner at affordable prices, good food quality, large quantities, courteous staff. SPA not very recent but taken care of, not very large, some water jets were out of service. Present vascular paths, emotional showers, massage rooms, relaxation room with very comfortable reclining armchairs, soft light, chillout music, beverage machine. Sauna and Turkish bath. Overall a 3-day experience very very positive, to be repeated.

I was in an apartment in residence formula, quite dirty, very old structure with a bad smell of old, cobwebs everywhere, above the curtains, in every corner, practically an apartment that I would not recommend to anyone, arrived in the room I found hair on the plate shower, .. voto 0 toilet cistern demolished, and remained in my hand!

You get to the sea by car in five minutes but as soon as you get there it is fantastic the water is clear and not too high

The kitchen is very good there are various rooms to eat in and I was also happy because there is food for celiacs

The staff are very helpful

And the very spacious and luxurious rooms as well as being very welcoming you feel better than when you are at home

Then the hotel is very large with fountains and a huge garden

Those at the reception are available and always ready to give you information and directions as well as being very hospitable

To go back and for those who have never gone I recommend to do at least a weekend here

What can I say ..... A beautiful hotel, large, clean, polite staff and always available 24 hours a day! Swimming pool ...... Beautiful and entertainers ... Top !!!! To redo.

External structure beautiful, little organization as regards children, double rooms with two single beds joined uncomfortably by sleeping with a child in the middle, cleaning the room to be reviewed causes too many insects in the bathroom, there is the possibility of being able to make the wellness path of couple if you have a child with you because they cannot access, excellent structure for oveer 60.

Very characteristic place, full house during the evenings at the end of the year. Also recommended for weddings.

Fabulous weekend, beautiful structure, very clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff. We are not talking about the SPA where we found a relaxing environment thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the staff working there. Very satisfied, definitely worth repeating.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating, I have been a customer for at least 6 years, I went there 2 times a year when I was on vacation. Compared to the first abysmal difference, the rooms all in all are fine considering the price is not excessive, I always go to the spa and that's what disappointed me. Unlimited path and instead they let us out to give space to others since people were coming all the time, only the pool is open and it can stay there even if they should warn, dirty pool, whirlpool that practically doesn't work since I go there, I found the a little abandoned spa. Let's go to the restaurant, ok for the restrictions they make you choose either meat or fish, all limited, we asked for an encore and they had to ask if it could be done, the breakfast itself there was no wide choice as usual, people without a mask and nobody said anything ..... very disappointed, I, who every time could not wait to go there, must say that the time has come to change even if I am very sorry, I do not know if I will go there more or not but to sure many years will pass!

Beautiful location. Polite and helpful staff especially at the reception. Abundant food but not excellent quality, but given the affordable prices the quality-price ratio is excellent. We would like more attention to detail. For example: some dishes smelled of egg, so more attention in washing. Many deckchairs in the pool were dirty with bird droppings, and just a few hydromassages work in the Spa pool.
Anyway, I recommend it.

I refrain from sharing my experience.
But, if you want, ask the mayor of Petrosino.

the excellent structure. the organization of the bad restaurant by two stars, too much confusion, I could give 5 stars sin.

It closed for the winter time and in my opinion a big mistake that could cause damage. Customers are led astray.
